So that was a bit disturbing off rip. Let me set the scene. I literally went through the drive thru twice and didn't get a response even after screaming into the speaker. I knock on the door AND INSTEAD OF OPENING IT TO ALLOW ME TO ORDER, a very large blonde man with a neck beard smiled at me through the window in such a way that I was shaken to my core and decided to turn around, go back to my car, and try the drive thru once more. I tried, and didn't receive a response. That's when I chugged along to the first window, then the second, just to find out that they are closed. Their sign on the door says they close at MIDNIGHT. This took place at 10:27 pm. I am very disappointed seeing as I fought extremely hard to get my food, and ended up with a little bit of trauma and the means to write this review. I'm only giving this restaurant 2 stars because this is my first negative experience here within my lifetime living in Chardon.
