Wow. At 1pm, I pulled up to the drivethru and they informed me they were closed and would be opening in 10 minutes. I said okay I'll wait and they informed me I was not allowed to wait in the drivethru. So I backed up and waited. In the meantime, several cars pulled up behind me and I told them we had to wait ten minutes for them to open. After ten minutes I pulled back up to the drivethru and they informed me again that they are closed and it would be ten minutes before they opened. I said "You told me ten minutes ago that it would be ten minutes, now you're saying it will be another ten minutes? What is going on?" That's when the guy got very rude with me. When I asked why he was giving me a hard time when all I did was ask what is going on, a woman got on the speaker and started making rude comments. I told them I would be speaking to a manager and the woman informed me she is the general manager. She then made a comment about I could apply to work there. Hey, I know it's Taco Bell but there's some days that you need speedy because you've gotta go into work and you need something to eat so you don't fall over from standing on your feet for hours. I usually order on the app because there's some special deals that are not available on their posted menu that can be made available in the online portion so it's worth checking out. The app is really easy to read and has many options. Of many of the fast food places out there both my daughters and I all will cave for some good Taco Bell. My youngest is vegetarian so she will use this option as they have a fairly decent vegetarian menu. I like their chicken bowls. the Cantina ones. On a few of these tacos, you may have to watch your salt as I can tell. The shelves are pretty salty but for speed and pretty good flavor. I highly recommend Taco Bell. It also has a close location to my other house on the west side that we used to go to all the time. It's really consistent and I think it's pretty rare when I've had a bad meal here. read more

Waited in like for 25 min. The young man at the window apologized SEVERAL TIMES for being short staffed (which was not needed), he thanked me for being kind- they forgot 2 of my items. I love taco bell but this is consistently the worst one I have ever been to. The tortillas are regularly stale. The assembly of the burritos is regularly half assed. You know what I mean-- all the sour cream at one end of the burrito, tons of onions, no way to tell which burritos are the special order without trying to open the crumbling stale tortilla. At the ordering speaker I ordered the number 2 - 3 supreme soft taco combo. But I specifically asked for them to not be supreme. The lady asked us to repeat it and then when we did she said "you said regular?" We said yes. So we pull forward. I also ordered more than just that but only the number 2 was messed up. It was instead a soft taco with tomato. Therefore we said something and got 3 new ones. However they were locos Doritos tacos. Which is not what I asked for yet again. I've been to this Taco Bell numerous times over the past several years. As with most fast food places, workers come and workers go. My experience has been both good and bad, sometimes meeting my expectations and sometimes I would get home after going through the drive-thru only to find that my order was wrong or an item was missing. My most recent experience was in July 2023. I had a large to-go order so I went inside to place it. I was waited on immediately by a very competent and patient young man. He took my order and then wished me a good day as he was leaving and his shift was over. I believe he stayed over just to take my order and I appreciated it. Once the order came out, it was in two large bags. I decided to check it before I left so I wouldn't be surprised at home if an item was missing. A worker from the kitchen came to the front and helped me assure that everything was there, and it was. I'd rate the employees that I talked to a 5, the food was a 3 or 4 and the price a 2 or 3. It seems like the Taco Bell prices have come up from being the best bargain in town to being more on par with other fast food. The experience this time was good and I'm sure I'll be back. read more

Last time I ordered online and picked up in the drive through. Half the order was completely wrong. Today we went inside and ordered. First we wait 15 minutes for the food, then they give our food to someone else. Then they must've tried to hurry because my chalupas were disgusting and not cooked. Plus the place was filthy. Dirty floors, dirty tables, nasty build up in the bottom of the mostly empty sauce bins. I don't know what happened over like the last 6 months, we used to love this place. I give this "new" opening of Taco Bell no star. We watched as it was redone and today we stopped to get our favorite food when we go to Chardon. What a welcome. It was just before noon, we ordered, got our food and went to the counter for drinks and napkins. Well, there were no lids for the drinks, no regular taco sauce, no mints, and when we asked they said laughingly, they are right over there. Some one didn't do their job. Then we started to eat and the shells were cold and as I saw someone who I thought was the manager, told him they were cold. He said the machine is supposed to keep them warm. I suppose it would if someone had turned it on. And since I had no lid on my drink as I got half way through it, l spilled it. The managed saw what happened and as I picked up the tray with the drink water in it,he just looked the other way. I bet he has no respect for older people. We are in our 80's and love Taco Bell. We won't be going back there. And you need to get a manager with some people skills. He is devoid of them. read more

Oh man. This is the fastest Taco Bell drive thru ever. In the drive thru line there were two ahead of me, but once I ordered 2 things those cars had pulled away and at the window they already had my food. Order correct and delicious (for Taco Bell) asked if I wanted sauce. Included a spork. A-ok. Short review, but it's Taco Bell! I got a cheesy bean and rice burrito and triple layer nachos.
