    Burrito

Came on a Sunday for dinner with my family and enjoyed our experience! The staff was all very nice. Margaritas were good and strong! The table chips and salsa was elite. I got the taco salad and enjoyed. We got the kids taco for my baby but the ground beef was a little too spicy for him but he loved the beans and rice. My husband got a burrito and it was huge!!

Very good. Came in shortly after they opened and before they had a presence on Yelp. Started with a Don Chepe Margarita. It was the smoothest margarita I've ever had! Absolutely delicious. I have no idea what tequila was in it, as I left the choice to my server. For dinner I had the Carne Asada and my wife had an avocado broccoli quesadilla- a rather odd combination I thought, but very tasty and well done. I was asked how I liked my steak done, which you should never ask when cooking a steak as thin as Flank Steak- there is only one way, and my medium turned out to be as expected, well done. Regardless, it was seasoned perfectly and very delicious. The rice and beans were nothing to write home about, but they were a bit different than your typical Mexican joint serves. Not better, not worse, just a bit different. The chips and salsa served before the drinks were good, but not great. Salsa is made fresh, but more like a tomato sauce without a whole lot of other peppers or onions making an appearance and no heat at all. I did ask for a hotter salsa and was brought a different salsa altogether (not just hot sauce dumped into the house salsa.). It was thin, but very good and had a heat that just kept coming. So much so we had to leave and fly down Pearl Road to Rosati's in Brunswick for their frozen custard! The dining room is setup like a sports bar, with many TVs all showing different American sports (didn't see the crazy Spanish soccer channel on any of them, though there was one TV dedicated to a City Scape that I think was Mexico City. Spanish/Mexican music playing overhead which bordered young kid crap music at times, but for the most part didn't offend me (probably because I couldn't understand a thing they were saying). Our server was fast and extremely friendly. Trust your ordering to him and you can't go wrong. I didn't see Enchiladas on the menu, or a lot of cheesy things, but I will return to find out!

Great food great service. The music is good. Service is amazing. I got the house quesadilla and it was amazing. Packed with flavor and it's just firework flavor town in your mouth. I also got churros and it looks so cool If you're in Strongsville and you're looking for a good Mexican place this is the place for you. Definitely coming back and definitely recommended.

    Street corn dip. AWESOME!

STOP SCROLLING! If you are in the mood for Mexican this place hits different. It's different than a run of the mill Mexican joint. Everything is super fresh and seems to be homemade. The margaritas seem to be on the pricey side but you get a carafe that actually equals 2-3 drinks. So you can share one for sure. We had the street corn dip with our chips and it was addictive. Our meals were quick and super tasty. We will be back for sure. Skip your favorite Mexican place and give this place a shot if you're in the area!!! New establishment so everything is obviously clean. Service was also exceptional! Alex was very informative and super friendly.

Another cold chilly stellar snowy day in Cleveland, a perfect day to stop at el taco macho. Well, I see a few of you got the word since there are now two tables full of ladies having lunch, which is more than I have seen the last couple times I've been here. Come on people this place is beautiful. They know their business they're authentic and their food is pretty much to die for most of the time.

Really good experience! The service was great, atmosphere was so nice. And the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend if you're in the Strongsville area!

Food is always good. Fast and friendly service. Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired but still recommend this establishment

This place has a huge menu with tons of flavor variety. I enjoyed my quesadilla and lime margarita. The decor is luxe and modern.

My family and I visited Gran Fiesta Mexican Restaurant on a Saturday evening, and even though the…read morerestaurant was packed, we were seated immediately. Every table and booth was full, and I'm pretty sure we got the last available table! As soon as we sat down, we were greeted by our server and brought warm tortilla chips and fresh salsa. The chips were warm and crispy, and the salsa tasted fresh and flavorful, a great start to the meal. I ordered the Camaron al Mojo de Ajo, which came with large shrimp, rice, and grilled zucchini, tomatoes, and mushrooms. It was excellent and exactly what I was in the mood for. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, and the vegetables were a great complement. My husband ordered the Big Burrito Norteno, a 10-inch flour tortilla stuffed with pork, chorizo, grilled onions, jalapeños, beans, and cheese, then topped with cheese sauce and a mild green sauce. He said it was outstanding, packed with flavor, and incredibly filling. My son stuck with his favorite; 2 bean burritos with refried beans inside, white queso on top, and a side of rice. He enjoyed every bite. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the service was efficient, and the food came out promptly. I would definitely return and order the Camaron al Mojo de Ajo again!

The overall rating I'm giving is based mostly on sticker shock of menu prices. We had a gift card,…read morewhich is why we chose Gran Fiesta, husband and I have not been before. We figured it was similar to other mexican restaurants in the area, as the menus are alike. We often frequent Cozumel in Brunswick or Cleveland. I was gobsmacked at how expensive Gran Fiesta was, comparatively. My tres Marias enchiladas were $22, Fire burrito $19, and a bowl of cheese was $12. not fundido- no additions- just cheese was $12. Our bill was wrong and we were charged for a burrito we didn't order, but our bill for two people: queso, 2 entrees, a daiquiri, a Pepsi was $74. WOW. that being said, my Tres Marias enchiladas were very good. I got chicken and I was pleased to see the chicken was fresh grilled. Juicy, flavorful, and plentiful. I've seen shredded chicken in enchiladas and this was much, much better. I like the different sauces. It was presented nicely and everything was served hot. My hubby said his fire burrito was good, but not quite as good as the one he gets at Cozumel. Our server was good. Fast, friendly. Food came out as expected. manager checked on us. Seated quickly. Good experience. The restaurant was very hot and stuffy, but it was a very hot day in Cleveland. Wondering if they were having HVAC issues. No moving air. The food and experience take a backseat to the price, and next time I'm craving Mexican we are unlikely to return to Gran Fiesta.

This place truly never disappoints. Every visit the food is hot, fresh, and consistent -- which is something you don't always find. We've honestly never had a bad meal here. Tonight we ordered the Burrito Texas, which was incredible -- stuffed with steak, seasoned pork, and bacon, then topped with chorizo, melted cheese, and pineapple. It was served with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream and was packed with flavor. We also had the Chicken & Steak Fajitas and two beef tacos with cheese, lettuce, and black beans. Everything came out hot and delicious. They were really busy tonight and our server, Paola, seemed newer, so the service wasn't quite as attentive as we've experienced on past visits. One small disappointment was the specials board when we walked in listed chicken and steak fajitas for $15. When the bill came, it was $19.99. When I asked about it, we were told the $15 price was for shrimp only, which was confusing based on what the board said. Overall, this is still one of our regular go-to spots because the food is consistently great. Hopefully the specials board gets clarified, but we'll definitely be back.
