2.5 I wanted a quick meal and ordered my standard veggie bowl. Brown rice, black beans, pico de gallo and lettuce. I didn't notice until I saw I saw the pico de gallo added, they barely put anything in the bowl-- I asked for more and then the other employee added the lettuce, another employee who was rationing the portions. Chiplote is notorious for this but sheesh. I go to sit down in the back and the whole row looks dirty. This table clearly wasn't cleaned in a couple hours. I went there and got a chicken al pastor bowl. It had a little kick to it but the food wasn't hot, more like above room temperature. The order was ready for pickup and waiting for me when I got there, but I'm not sure if it was just sitting there for a few minutes before I got there, which is why it wasn't hot. Next time I'll just order it in person in hopes of it being hot when I eat it. read more

On Mon, 5/29 was my first time coming to this specific Chipotle location. I honestly like the fact that they have a parking lot and drive thru available as an option. I decided to make a mobile order ahead of time and when I came through the drive thru, my order was already done to pick up. Customer service was good. I did not have to wait at all. Everything that I ordered was accurate from my burrito bowl. The food was tasting good and was well seasoned. My only complaint is that they do not give enough portions of chicken in your bowl. For the price that I paid it should of been a lot more. Otherwise I was content with my experience here. I will definitely come back here again if i'm around the area again. read more

I figured I would try this place since it was a new location closer to home. I ordered a chicken bowl and found the experience to be underwhelming. As I ordered my chicken bowl, the server literally gives me the smallest amount of rice and chicken I've ever seen at any Chipotle. The rice had to be the equivalent of one scoop at other locations; the chicken was even more disheartening, a mere 7 pieces of chicken chunks. I was forced to ask for more which I never usually do. He continues to scoop another 7 pieces and I asked why so little, but continued by saying he gave me more. I left I at that but when I rang up my order I realized they charged for extra chicken, meanwhile the amount of chicken I saw in my dish was less than what most Chipotles would give with a standard serving, let alone extra chicken. The worker continued by saying there is a strict guideline on a one scoop policy. I would be able to emphasize usually, but in this case I never see such a cheap Chipotle. Not to mention all the other items in my bowl was just as minuscule. I felt like I had paid $14 for rice and beans.
