Skip this place, everyone, and go across the street to Chick Fil A. And as for me, after $11 for an inedible meal? I'm 4-ever finished with the Popeyes brand. I realize eleven bucks isn't a huge amount. But it's a good chunk of change to spend to end up hungry.

My husband's big plate even asked about our son's drink (not knowing I got him a Sprite), and was told there was a juice in the bag (note/the receipt showed we ordered a Sprite). Got home, opened the bag, no drink and no apples for the kid. Mine was missing 1/2 of my side, my husband was missing 1/2 of his side, and he got some beef entree when we ordered chicken. I don't speak up often, but after a long road trip day, and you just want to sit down and relax...getting your food order all wrong doesn't help.

Looks like I'm not alone! Chipotle is a far cry from what it once was. These hacks here though, are something special. We ate there for the last time the other day. I ordered extra chicken in two separate bowls. We ended up finding 3 thigh joints between the bowls, which we didn't even finish. The chicken was questionable as it didn't look all the way cooked either. The chicken pieces were huge and not up to par. We arrived around 9pm on a random Thursday. The employees were all standing around in back n their phones, while 1 person was working the line, if you can call it working. There was a line to the door, and one person came up to help with the register, while the other 5 employees were standing on their phones. By the time I got to the front of the line, it was trashed! On top of that, the employees that were standing around were now making their own burritos, which I then had to wait to pay for them to pay and get out of the way. Romaine lettuce was not cleaned as it had gross leaves and dirt all up in it. The whole time I'm waiting at the cash register, waiting for the lazy employees to pay, two of the girls were talking crap about the place and it's manager. The guacamole was brown on top and the line person didn't even stir it up before placing it on my burrito. The Carnitas was bone dry and not replaced. The steak was obviously still there from the lunch rush and peppers were still basically raw. I'm sick of complaining about a restaurant chain that has been on point for years. But this was the last time I'll eat here. Lazy 16 year old employee's with no skills, no work ethic and no self awareness.....You can do a better job with 2 solid employees total. Not to mention the obvious quality and safety control of food temps and cleanliness in an open kitchen. Gross and no thanks. Take your little brats and train them or fire their lazy butts. But what do I know, I've only been working my ass off in restaurants for over 20years. Peace! read more

Honestly i was hesitant to come here with all the bad reviews already. But gave it a whirl anyway :-( charged me for a full burrito x2 for chicken and cheese. Others places charge me 4$ they call it a chicken 3 pt! No beans rice nada!!!! And got my brothers bowl wrong too. 15$ for 6 bites!!!!!! Totally disappointed!!! read more

They'll cop an attitude with you if you ask for a rewrap after they've punctured your burrito. And there was no soap in the mens room when I visited. Begs the question if everyone is washing their hands prior to serving food. I'd mention it but didn't want to deal with the rudeness of the staff again. read more

I am very very very excited to know that they are opening a location in Colorado Springs! Today, what I wasn't pleased with is that I ordered the mango habanero salsa on the side because the last couple times they have totally drenched the chicken and made it unappealing for the food that I brought home and it gave the chicken a weird aftertaste. I thought I was being smart by asking for it on the side, however they charged me two dollars extra for a small side of it. I'm ordering a 16 piece meal and they are charging me two dollars for some extra Barbecue sauce? Not cool.
