I had been looking forward to trying the ALL NEW Cilantro Lime Sauce, which made it's debut today (Rewards Members got to try it for free today (Normally it's $1 extra)). I must say it was very good. I would definitely get the CL Sauce again. I also finally tried the newish Al Pastor Chicken, and I enjoyed that also. My burrito bowl was great, and the only thing missing out of my online order was napkins and utensils. Thanks to the GM also for stopping to ask how my order was as I was eating in the restaurant. The staff seemed very stressed and definitely understaffed. I paid $50 for 2 bowls and tacos which is insane and they were just thrown together very quickly. The tacos were basically falling apart. I asked for more rice in the one bowl and staff seemed annoyed I made this request. I will definitely drive a farther distance to go to a different store next time which is a real shame cause it's a very convenient spot. They need to do better. read more

Worker spent the entire time complaining about working 12 hours. During her yelling about someone calling off, she said she was tired, sick and didn't feel good. Shouted it to the entire customer line that they were backed up on. 1) call off if you're sick prepping food 2) the rest of America is pulling 12 hours too 3) this place was absolutely FILTHY. read more

Of all times to run out of product it's on a holiday weekend. Like how do you run out black beans? Run to Aldis right behind you if you must but at least you have all your products. Placed an order online first thing today with a 10:50 am pick up time. I walked into restaurant and immediately noticed dirty tables throughout restaurant. They were clearly left dirty from night before as restaurant just opened. Every time I've been to this location the tables are dirty. Not good practice. Food was much better on this trip. read more

Ordered online and this is one of many times our order has been wrong. Ordered two burrito bowls and chips. The first burrito bowl (not pictured) was missing three ingredients clearly listed on the lid sticker. The second bowl (pictured) was barely filled when we paid extra for double servings. 9/10 times there is something wrong with the order. You never know what you're going to get when you pick up your order from this location. Also, the order is at least 15 minutes late than the listed pick-up time every single time. We will be unlikely to go back after we've had many, many poor experiences here. read more

I truly never leave reviews even if service is horrible but this was a whole different experience. We have had many issues with this chipotle in particular over the past few months so we hardly even actually come in. But after an extended period of time we keep coming back thinking maybe we were just unlucky in the past, but nope. Once again this place is a mess. Many of the workers, especially the ones making your orders in front of you appear to be on something. Please don't take that statement lightly because they really truly are!! They are sloppy, messy and just not professional. This time in particular though I ordered a $3 side of quac and it was not in our bag and there was a huge piece of chicken inside our side of queso. Not to mention our bowls are pitiful and unacceptable. I love chipotle as a company and have had many great experiences at different restaurants but this one in particular is gross and disappointing. This location is notoriously out of ingredients. At 7pm on a Thursday, a sign was on the front door giving notice of all the sides that they were out of. It has been an ongoing issue for the past few years. Other locations in the area do not have the same problem. An employee at another location said that it is poorly managed and to avoid it. Meh. Standard Mexican chain food, nothing special. I've only been to Chipotle once before, and that was the one near Peach Street in Erie, so not much to compare this place to. I ordered the barbacoa (barbecued meat) taco bowl with some corn and mild salsa and pinto beans. The portion size was decent. But, I'd much rather have gotten something else for $10 such as from a local shop. Mezeh in Charlottesville is a similar concept but you get a much higher quality of food and quality is essentially unlimited. Chipotle really restricts your options for toppings quite a bit. The actual flavor was not bad. Some in my party said the queso was pretty good and so was their sour cream as well as guacamole. My salsa was decently fresh but not too flavorful. I did like the meat, although the portion wasn't too generous. It had a good texture and flavor (not too sweet either, and not spicy which is good for me). Rice was standard, you can choose from brown or white. Decent bean portion. All in all, a popular Mexican chain that I don't often visit and probably won't return to. Food is somewhat good but nothing compared to local places. Wait times can be decently long, too. Portions not too big and limited menu. read more

Personally my favorite chipotle location in the Pittsburgh area. Amazing portion sizes, they don't skimp like they do in other locations, and the service is always excellent. I have had a good experience ordering takeout from here, but never again will I order delivery! The food arrived a half hour late and ice cold. If you order through the Chipotle app it sends you to a robot that doesn't answer your question and doesn't send you to a human. To begin it took over 15 minutes to order when there were only 3 other people in line. The staff was more concerned with fulfilling an employee meal than the customers in the restaurant. The line staff was incredibly rude when I asked to have a double portion. The staff member doing my order did not hear me ask for a side tortilla, and when I reasked about it he gave me attitude and was angry. He also was not happy when I asked for a double portion of chicken. Lastly, I was charged for chicken al pastore when I got normal chicken, and when I said this to the cashier it still was not fixed. There was also no music or anything playing inside the restaurant making it eerily silent. This restaurant needs to fix its staffing issues before I come back. Showed up at 10:45 AM when they were supposed to open. Doors were locked until 10:55. People standing outside in the cold and they wouldn't let us in to wait until they were done prepping. When they unlocked the door, they just turned the deadbolt and walked away - didn't open the door to acknowledge the customers waiting or apologize for keeping us waiting in the cold. Staff serving the food were extremely rude and unfriendly. One employee shouted at me asking if I wanted hard or soft shell because I apparently didn't answer fast enough the first time I was asked. Portions were much smaller than they are normally, but I wasn't about to say anything since they were so unfriendly to begin with. I walked towards the door to leave, forgetting the chips, and the one employee screamed, "LADY, you forgot your chips!" Worst experience at a Chipotle ever. read more

I'm not sure what happened at the Bridgeville location. I went in tonight to get dinner. The restaurant was not crowded at all. I ordered and was watching as the employee started my bowl. Everything looked like it had been sitting out for hours. If it wasn't almost gone. I wasn't thrilled that the employee was scraping the bottom of the container to get enough rice. I opted to have no meat because it all looked charred, dried out, or like it he'd been sitting there. I ordered a large Queso with chips and was told they didn't have any large bags of chips so I'd have to wait. They only had small bags of chips. I said I'd wait and the three employees behind the counter looked at each other and acted as if I had asked them to make them from scratch. I opted for a small bag because anything else was going to take forever. I paid and went to get my drinks. The drink machine was out of ice and there was garbage everywhere. The station looked like it had not been stocked or wiped down in forever. I asked for more ice. The girl brought out a half a bucket, poured it in, and left. Leaving the dusty top and filter on the floor in front of the machine. She never came back. I got my drinks and left. When I got home and started eating, I found clumps of rice in my bowl. It was gross. I ended up tossing it. $15 plus dollars down the tube. The whole experience was ridiculous. If this is a franchise, the owners need to make some serious adjustments. There were no less than 10 employees working. Or not working, as it seems. Absolutely NO excuse for the restaurant to be in shambles. I won't be going back there anytime soon. read more

I was here a few months back and left a not so great review regarding the condition of the store. I'm happy to say I've been back twice since and have found the location to be much cleaner! Clean restaurant, however the lack of food they give in this restaurant is a bit upsetting . As a grown woman they gave me as much food as a kid would eat . Chipotle is awesome for so many reasons! I really like their general trend of going green whenever they can. I like that they offer wonderful options for vegans - sofritas are really good. If you haven't tried it, please, do! And they managed to combine healthy, inexpensive and fast food into one. You can get A LOT for your money if you order a bowl. I don't know how they do that but I wish more companies followed their lead. read more
