Chipotle newbie here! Despite knowing about the chain's wild success for years, we finally got over to see what all the hubbub is about. I was surprised to see at CMG, I'm really ordering one thing. The pictures show both of our plates (two different orders not one). Mine was the large burrito. Each was about $12 but it wasn't small. For that price I might like a bit more, even, but it's a decent amount of food. Many toppings and sauces were available and I got most of them (sans those with an upcharge). The taste was good. I did not see any sides or appetizers. Besides drink availability, it is just one thing to be ordered. Long tables (think cafeteria style) filled the space. This is easily one of the worst chipotles in south florida. I got a bowl with chicken, they scoop up a small spoonful, and pour most of it in and leave some pieces on the spoon! They couldn't even give me a full small spoonful here. They are always stingy, and I've received a piece of a plastic bag in my food two separate occasions. This place is messy and stingy. read more

I got dinner for my 13-year-old son because I had to go out. We picked it up and brought it home only to find pieces of plastic wrap all throughout the food. When I called, they would only refund the meal but not pay for a delivery for another meal. I wasn't able to go pick it up again. He ended up trying to pick out the plastic and eat it because there was no other option for dinner and found a bone or something very very hard in there so he just tossed it out. Super disgusting and very unhelpful customer service who left me on hold for longer than I was able to hold for. read more

Three star but has potential of being more. This is a new Chipotle near my house. Hopefully over time the employees get better and can serve good food. So, I had been waiting impatiently for this location to open in the Canyon shopping center off of Boynton Beach Blvd. Finally they have opened a few weeks ago. So far I have been there three times. All three times they have been pretty mediocre. One time they forgot to add the salsa to my order. Another time it seemed like their portion was half the size. And lastly the veggies are over cooked and almost have a burning taste to them. I love Chipotle so I hope they fix up their act and make it good. It's so close to my house so I hope to go there again because I always crave Chipotle when I want rice and beans etc. read more

Finally we have a Chipotle near our house. This location of Chipotle finally opened in the Fall of 2017. Until this opening the nearest Chipotle was on Jog Road and Lantana road so this is definitely a convenient location. I usually go to Chipotle with Rabia J and we have been to this location 3 times since it has opened. Unfortunately this location is still getting used to the eating habits of the locals of the area. Chipotle food is usually pretty consistent so most locations give you the same product. On our last visit we went 25 minutes before the close and shockingly the employees had already started to wrap up the evening and there were no veggies available for the sofrita bowl. Now I understand that they don't want to waste veggies overnight but without veggies the bowl is pretty much incomplete and doesn't taste the same. Hopefully management will figure out how to run this location more consistently. Looking forward to my next visit when they do have everything on the menu. read more

I am such a big fan of Chipotle, and I have been to various locations all over the country, but this location is incredibly disappointing. I have been to this location multiple times now, and it seems like there is no management, ever. It's the messiest, slowest, worst organized Chipotle I have ever seen. I have complained directly to Chipotle, and while they have acknowledged the receipt of my complaint, I have seen no changes and no one has contacted me. Chipotle is a great place for a delicious burrito wrap or bowl. Love the fresh ingredients and the made-to-order options. The location in the Canyons Town Center on Boynton Beach Blvd is usually very efficient, but the last time we went, they seemed to have several people milling around the kitchen while only 2 people were on the line trying to fill the orders from the growing crowd. Eventually, the staff got organized and the orders quickly flowed. I am giving Chipotle 5 stars primarily for their generous and fun Halloween offer: $4 burritos for customers in costume. While this isn't as generous as their previous Halloween offering of a free burrito for customers dressed as burritos (hey, lazy people, a piece of aluminum foil on your finger does not count as a burrito costume!), I understand that Chipotle is in business to make money, so a nearly half-price burrito is still a super deal. A chipotle is a chipotle is a chipotle. the food is consistently good and portions are a better bang for buck than most any other take out spots. It seems, however, that every chipotle is the same with employees not reading tickets correctly and forgetting items in orders. I order delivery from this location every now and then and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they've not given me the vinegarette for the salad I ordered. My last order, no rice was given - I ordered white rice. No tomato salsa was given- it was on the order. I rechecked my order to maybe give benefit of the doubt...everything was ordered correct. Often, when I pick up an order at the location, I'm told they ran out of the vinegarette, at 7pm, before any dinner rush. And you have to pay for it now so there's just no chance they've run out that early in the shift. I've worked in multiple restaurants and in the service industry in the past and I've forgotten things before but this consistent neglect to properly fulfill orders is why I simply can't give any higher than a 3 star review. read more

Kind of surprised only 1 review for this location as it has been open for a couple of months now. Decided to try a burrito based on the recommendation of a friend who said they were a handful and heavy and indeed he was correct. I got a chicken burrito with brown rice and black beans and everything else medium hot. It was so big I didn't think the poor girl could handle it but she wrapped it well. Weighed a pound + easy. It did fall apart at some point but by that time I was done. I didn't finish it. If they cut it in half it would be ok for two with a side. It was tasty and something different for me. Super clean store not busy at all. Maybe people are still staying away as when I mentioned to somebody that I ate at chipotle they made a face and said dude they have an e-coli problem.. I don't go to Chipotle as often I used, matter of fact I barely go nowadays. Probably because I got so tired of the one in Boynton and Congress being awful at portions, service and the food. I work 3 mins away from this location so I stopped in yesterday on my lunch break with some co workers. The day was beautiful, and so was the place. Pretty much reminds me of the one on PGA blvd. There was only three people ahead of us in line and it moved pretty quickly. The service was solid, the only thing I will say is the food lacked some flavor. Next time I will just include some more salt. Besides that I enjoy my visit and I will be back again. Having it so close to the job is a plus! read more

I go in place my order and the lady handling the to go orders lines up six in front of me and another guy in front of me. I'm waiting 10-15 mins as she is slinging food all over the place. I ask her if she can move me ahead so I can get back to work and she refuses. I said I'm a customer here now not coming later. Still refusing to accommodate me. This is by FAR the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. The cash register, app, and website were all down and not working and instead of closing the kept letting people in and making food for them and at the last minute would tell them it was cash only. The manager and workers were literally ignoring everyone while people were trying to figure out how to pay. The manager was the absolute worst. The girl in front of me politely asked for her name and the manager said " why do you need my name" like 30 times. I'm not kidding! So incredibly disappointed. My husband and I went there as it's one of our favorite places to eat. When we arrived, there was no line behind us. I ordered a chicken bowl, then my husband ordered a quesadilla. We were told that the quesadilla could only be ordered online/app. Which makes no since to refuse a customers order on-site unless it's done via the app. I wondered what would happen to someone who isn't as technology savvy. As we were there, and again no line behind us, we asked if we could just order the quesadilla on-site and they again refused unless it was online. According to them, it creates less of a long 'wait time'.. again no one was behind us in line. We decided to order online as we were in the store but had no reception. Finally, I just asked my husband if we should just eat somewhere else - then this is when they decided to place the quesadilla order on-site (not online). So disappointing and embarrassing to be told 'no' unless we order on the app. If we didn't have the app or a smart phone - I guess we would have had to leave and been refused service (which could be construed as 'ageism'). What good is it to have a store on-site if you can't order in person? Or only portion of the menu can be ordered in person. read more

I love chipotle so this review might be a bit biased. Over the years I've learned that every chipotle is either hit or miss when it comes to customer service / quality of food / Cleanliness. Had a very nice experience at this chipotle last night. The meal always starts off well when there is no line. The staff was friendly and didn't try to start a war with me when I asked for extra rice. I like rice. White rice. The cashier was also friendly. The food was great. This Chipotle is by far the best Chipotle I've ever been to! Not busy at all and i finished my order in less than a minute. Super friendly staff and a very well-maintained store. Only one person was friendly that was the reason for the two stars. All the beans and meats are highly seasoned. Way to hot and spicy. You certainly couldn't feed this to a child. The chicken is dark meat. Tonight they ran out of cheese and they have 3 hours left until closing. The counter person said " I think we are out of cheese". I asked if someone could please check. He begrudgingly walked away and came back shaking his head no. They don't serve chips you have to buy them. Well, this was my third time here in one year. They say third times a charm. Walking to chipotle with nobody in line, five people were working... It took two minutes for them to egg knowledge me. I had to wave my hands in the air and yell hello! Then they looked and just nodded their head as they talked shit about an employee and were not doing squat. I'm only writing this review because of how great this chipotle is. I live in Renaissance Commons and we have a chipotle downstairs which is absolutely horrible for so many reasons, so I take the drive out to this chipotle. Totally worth it.. the employees look happy to be there, they're not rude to you. Best chipotle I've ever been to!! The Customer service is impeccable!!! Placed my order online for a bowl including guacamole and a large order of chips and guac.. unfortunately due to it being 8:45pm they had run out of guac and offered to substitute for cheese or to hold a credit on file for next time.
