Stopped by here today on my lunch break to grab some lunch. As I normally do, I placed a mobile order and did drive thru pickup. There were only a few cars ahead of me in the pick up line and it went very quickly. My order was nice and hot and cooked to perfection and packaged and delivered correctly with no errors. There's plenty of parking nearby if you prefer to go inside. I will say the drive thru is pretty small so I feel like traffic might get backup up in the parking lot during busy times but there was no issue while I was there. Love this Chick-fil-A! Justin Mize is such a good manager, he does super cute events like Bingo and Cars getting Coffee, and even gives out rewards to our apps. I never have issues at this location, the drive thru, or pickup. The employees are super nice, and they're very quick! If I could give this location a 7 star review I would! This location is on my way to work so I would love to be able to say it has a great drive thru... but it doesn't. Besides being extremely slow, I have yet to get what I ordered. I try to get a biscuit with NO egg. Why is that hard? Just don't put an egg on a biscuit with bacon and TaDa, my order would be right. And never leave the drive thru before you check to see if you got a granola packet in the ridiculously expensive yogurt with fruit. I've included a picture of my recent "yogurt with no granola" order. ( I did get Oreo crumbles once instead of granola. This was my first time here No. PRE-expectations . Waiting to get up to the drive up window when a young lady comes up to me and says how can she help and This starts off great customer service!!!! After the order is completed i round the short corner and another young lady smiling brings out the order after repeating it to ensure it is completed and off I go!!! Now I have to say that is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE At home we ate while the food was food was at the perfect temperature we dug in! Husband had chicken sandwich with fries in a few short minutes all gone! He loved it! I had the SW salad which had a tang to it so you wouldn't go to sleep through it! It was very good! There's a reason why Chick-Fil-A's drive-through is always busy: their chicken sandwiches are tasty and satisfying. Yes, the fried chicken is not as healthy as the grilled chicken, but it tastes so much better! I enjoyed a regular chicken sandwich, which was both juicy inside and crispy on the outside. The portion size was good as the chicken extended beyond the bun. My wife tried the spicy chicken sandwich and was satisfied with the degree of spiciness. The temperature of the chicken could have been a little higher though. The cashier offered a variety of sauces for our sandwiches. We used some of the BBQ sauce and it provided a nice complement to the chicken. We would have preferred a toasted bun as it seemed a bit soggy and didn't do justice to the nice piece of chicken. We didn't have waffle fries on this visit, but have thoroughly enjoyed those in the past. The service was pretty quick and the appropriate Covid-19 safety precautions were in place, including blocked off tables to ensure socially distanced dining. Oh Chick-fil-A, you did it again! I came to this location impromptu with a friend of mine and our kids for a Monday afternoon fill up. We were able to sit inside together consisting of 2 mommas and 5 kids. The wait wasn't long for our food, which made us all happy. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with the famous Chick-fil-A sauce and a side of waffle fries. The sandwich was cooked and flavored nicely and the fries were soft and chewy. I ended up getting the frosted diet lemonade since I deserved it and it was so refreshing. The staff at any Chick-fil-A location deserve a round of applause and 5 stars for the service they provide. This location brought the food out to the table when it was ready and it was clean. Also, the drive thru has 2 lanes for ordering, which is a nice feature since it tends to get backed up real quickly due to hungry customers ;) read more

I used to frequent the Chic-fil-A closest to Congress and Boynton Beach Blvd. Over the last 6 months the service quality has declined. It does not appear they have an adult manager to oversee and lead these teenagers/young adults. Before, the customers were the priority to serve and get the drive through lines moving as quickly as possible. Instead, I see little gatherings where the customer is an interruption to their important conversations amongst one another. The next thing is half the time my order is either incomplete or the wrong sauces are placed in my bag. I will not be going back to that location anytime soon. read more

my family and I go here pretty often throughout the month. Every time we grab dinner or lunch, the services always pretty quick and I have never gotten my order wrong. The lines are usually not too long and the food is pretty hot and standard. I've never gone there where they have been out of any food items. The restaurant when I walk in has always been pretty clean and I've had no issues with finding a seat. Overall, this is probably one of the better Chick-fil-A's that I've been to years. read more

Chick-fil-a is our last hope in being served fast food with some dignity intact. I had a curbside order that was taking a long time to deliver. I went in to collect it and it was an oversight. They really felt bad- like all 3 employees at the counter apologized sincerely. And they offered me a gift card for some nuggets. I can't tell you the last time an employee at any type of restaurant actually seemed to care at all- fast food, fast causal or more seated casual- seems like no one cares much abt customer service anymore- ACCEPT chick-fil-a. We took are 8 year old at 2 pm after going to the hospital for a procedure down in ft lauderdale in the early morning to this restaurant which was close to home. The order was fine and food delivered to our table fine but the 2 chicken wraps (one a 7 dollar entree and the other 10 dollar meal) my wife and I ordered were dry and tasted stale. I brought the wraps to the front and spoke to staff and advised of the issue, and they could see the wraps were 95% untouched. I had thought the staff and this type of place would of said, sorry and please order something else. Instead, I got 'we cant take them back' (they also advised they were made fresh in the morning ) I am not sure if they were implying I asking them to take them back to resell them? I then told them i did not expect them to take them back but wanted to bring it to their attention before they are thrown out. Since they would not 'take them back' i threw them in the garbage within their view. You would think at this point, seeing a customer throw out their meal instead of eating it, (17 dollars at that) that yet again they may offer something else to eat. Instead, nothing was offered. There was only 1 customer in total at the registers so it was not they were super busy. I was surprised at how there was a lack of response as I had thought the employees at most chick-fil-a are above average with customer service and want to make things right. Perhaps we got them on the wrong day and wrong server but thus far I stand corrected in my initial above average assessment. So we left hungry but I did not want to beg for them to do something and we ended up ordering terrific Greek food at Chris Taverna (warm chicken wraps) several hours later after returning home. read more

I honestly think this is the best chicken sandwich around. It's better than KFC, better than BK, better than Wendy's... really good every time and I go about three times per month. The drive-thru is also busy almost every time we go for lunch, but they have it down to a science. Our recent experience with you has been much less than desirable. We ordered dinner to be delivered through DoorDash on Saturday March26,2022. The charge was over $40.00. The driver texted that they couldn't find our address. We texted them back the address plus directions. The driver refused to deliver our food with no reason. WE live in an upscale gated community. Our food was never delivered and Door Dash refused to refund our money. We spoke to the manager of your restaurant and she said she's not responsible for Door Dash. We were left with a distasteful realization that we weren't going to get our dinner and be out our money. Door Dash refused to give us a refund so we feel we were robbed by Chik Fil A and Door Dash. This location does not believe in wearing masks for the unvaccinated. As per the CDC guidelines non-vaccinated people should wear a mask to protect others! This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! We came with a 17 person group and all got our food extremely quickly and fresh. Where do I begin? Oh if you want the WORST customer experience ever, this is the perfect place for you. At the drive thru, you can be the first one in line to then have 5 cars be served ahead of you simply because you were caught in the "unlucky" lane. Then, they will mess up your order, and rush you through the line, assuring you falsely that your order is correct so that you are forced to speed through and head to your residence. Then, when you get home you will find the order is completely wrong, insufficient sauces, and no plasticware. Then, you can drive yourself back to the location where the director will ONLY refund that part of the order they got wrong and refuse to remake your entire order. The employees will refuse to give you any contact information for owner operator Justin Mize, but they will give you a 1-866 number that you can call every night and be assured by a customer representative that the owner operator is obligated to contact you per the terms of his franchise agreement.
