My first time at a Culver's - my friend wanted a butter burger so I Googled and found this location about a mile from where we were. Walked in and approached a young woman at the counter who never looked me in the eye; I repeated "no cheese" yet our sandwiches, for which we waited a long time, had cheese and we had to wait what seemed like another long time for new sandwiches. My friend was pleased with hers; I thought mine was rather salty and I was not impressed with either the service or the flavor of the butter burger. I usually come to Culver's for the custard, which is consistently good. Today, I decided to try something different and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown--the chicken was dry, tough, and honestly had the texture of cardboard. Not sure what possessed me to stray from the usual, but lesson learned. Summer time calls for burgers, fries, and sundaes. There were 2 moms and 5 kids that were hungry for lunch and we landed up here to get our afternoon meal fix. It wasn't really busy there on a Monday afternoon, so it was nice we didn't have to wait long for our food at all. The deluxe burger with fries and a fountain drink were good. After taking my son to Lion Country Safari, I decided to stop here for a quick bite so we could keep exploring without him asking for snacks too soon (lol). I ordered him a two-piece chicken tender kids' meal, which came with fries, a small lemonade, and an ice cream cup. I loved that they gave us the option to enjoy the ice cream now or save it for another visit. This time, we decided to indulge. The tenders were amazing--probably the best fast-food tenders I've had in a long time. They were lightly breaded, and the chicken tasted real. That's the best way I can describe it! The crinkle-cut fries were hot, fresh, and perfectly salted. The portion size for a kids' meal was generous, and they didn't skimp on the sauces either. I'm visiting the area from Kentucky and was pleasantly surprised to find that this Culver's has a veggie burger on the menu. My local Culver's in KY does not have a veggie burger on the menu as far as I know. The veggie burger and French fries were hot, fresh and tasted delicious. I would definitely order this again. I'm a Culver's fan. We frequent one of the locations in Coconut Creek. We were excited to learn they'd opened a new spot in west Palm Beach County, albeit in Loxahatchee. As we were shopping on 441, we weren't too far away, so we decided to stop by for dessert. First off, the pin had been dropped in the wrong location. Whoever had been here before was telling us to make a U-turn when we didn't need to. Luckily, we saw the building and were able to cut across the three lanes to the north side of the road. I've since corrected the location of the pin drop and forwarded this to Yelp. They had a long line for the drive through, but inside was not too busy. I saw they still had the "flavor of the day" from the day prior as a concrete so asked if they could make this for us as a regular special. They were nice enough to accommodate us with something not on their menu! Wow! We both got a dish of their vanilla custard ice cream which they topped with their salted caramel pumpkin. It was very pumpkiny (is that a word?) -- definitely a bit of fall spice -- and paired with the buttery nutty taste of the caramel sauce -- made for a decadent treat. The staff was very friendly. Not just the people behind the counter. Even the ones who were cleaning tables engaged in conversations and were helpful -- as needed. Now we know where they are located, I'm sure we will be back when in the area. Not just for dessert (my husband's favorite) but also for their Swiss mushroom butter burgers (my favorite). read more

Came here for a quick meal tonight. Tiniest piece of fish for 14.99 in a combo meal. It was the same exact size as what you would get in Gorton's beer battered frozen fish box. Super small!!!! No tartar sauce on the sandwich, just a ton of thick mayo. Fish wasn't even good. Our butter burgers were not even warm and the cheese was still cold, one large piece of undercooked bacon on one of them as well. Make sure you check your bacon before taking a bite of your sandwich so you're not eating raw bacon. Disappointed for sure. Fries were nice and hot as usual. read more

We go to this Culver's fairly frequently. The food is typically pretty good and we haven't ever really had any issues until this visit. We ordered four meals to dine in. They delivered three to the table. We went back and got our last meal from the counter ourselves. My daughter got a kids meal and decided to get her scoop of the flavor of the day to go. When she got her scoop, it looked good so I went back to the counter to get one for myself and my son. The woman at the register asks how she can help me and I start to order. She stops me and says she has to help someone else who had a question. Standing there with my credit card in hand, order half spoken, I waited and waited and waited, until I got frustrated and put my card away. There were literally six staff members behind the counter, none of whom could be bothered to take my order. We left without ordering. TLDR: Food is good for fast food. Service is not good, even by fast food standards. The manager should fire the staff and if he/she doesn't, the owner should fire the manager. read more

Brand new location...very clean and great service. The only reason I only gave it a 3 rather than higher is I had the grilled chicken sandwich which tasted like rubber. Very disappointed. They shouldn't offer chicken if it's just a defrosted rubber tasting patty! My husband's burger was delicious so we will go back at least for what they are best suited to serve. I must start out by saying they serve hot food. Shakes are always a treat We have visited Culver's 3x's at two different locations Lake Park 1x. The staff is friendly & helpful in both locations. We waited about 12 mins for the order to come out. I don't mind waiting as long as the entire order is hot. Other two visits were in the Loxahatchee location. It's great to see more restaurants, fast food, Tractor Store & Aldi's etc coming to the Loxahatchee area. A Trader Joe's next would be perfect. The person at the drive through did seem rather disinterested and the burgers did come out wrong (we received and were charged for doubles when we wanted singles - they were still delicious so we weren't mad). I had onion rings and they were way better than a fast food level of side item. Flavor of the day custard was peach crumble - this was not good. Came and ordered burgers, cheese curds and sundaes for the family. Nothing stood out as particularly fantastic unfortunately nor are portion sizes very big for the Large upcharge. Everything is pretty mid and its $15 for combo meals, I don't think we will be a regular here anytime soon. We waited a while for our burgers and our now waiting for our sundaes about 35 mins for all. Let me just start off by saying the young people that work at this Culver's are so friendly and polite. It must be a nice place to work because I didn't see any disgruntled employees. They are helpful and go out of their way to make sure you're happy that being said this is a dangerous place to take my husband. Any place that has a thing called concrete mixers where they put cold custard and mix it up with candy spells disaster. My husband had a root beer float with his mushroom Swiss burger followed by a pumpkin pecan concrete mixer. Oh yes, and some onion rings. The service was very good and staff super friendly , however since they are newer to the area it was packed! We opted to ordering from the inside rather than drive thru. The chicken tenders were just ok I expected them to be more like raising canes I was not a fan. The fried cod fish was massive and very delicious and the crinkle cut fries were also fried to crispy perfection. Next time we will try a custard and I wished they had the frozen lemonades but the staff said those would be coming soon. We were very happy to learn this new spot is open for business. (Waited a week to try to avoid the crowds) When we pulled up we were lucky to find a parking spot. Once we walked in though the lines were very manageable and moved fast. After we ordered we got our drinks, sat down and the food came right out. I had the double butter burger basket with cheese curds and my husband had the basket as well but with fries. (I had to take half of my food home because of the generous serving size) The staff continuously circled around maintaining the dining room cleanliness, checking on the guests and even offered to assist with throwing away our trash while we shared our concrete mixer dessert. This Culver's location is the best I have ever been to!!! And I've been to many since traveling for soccer with my kids. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave everyone is so kind and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting YETTA an employee there whom I thought was the manager how she was greeting everyone at the tables and asking if anyone needed anything. Such a super sweet lady.
