I had the worst customer service experience at this location today. I stopped here before work because I was craving a hash-brown. Literally ONE hash-brown. I pulled up to order and the drive thru was pretty busy with at least 4 cars in line before me. However, it did not take long for me to reach the call box to place my order. I was greeted by the usual automated service that asks if you want to use the McDonald's app and when I declined, I heard an employees voice who took my order for the one hash brown. Then that employee let me know to drive around. As I drove around to the first window, I noticed that the car in front of me did not stop at the window, but proceeded to pull up to the second window, which is usually for pick up. I waited at the first window where payment is made for a few minutes and realized that no employee was approaching the window, so I assumed maybe they were taking payment and giving out the food at the same window this morning. As I approached the second window where you would pick up food there was a female employee standing there giving me a very nasty look. I was handing her my credit card and stated that I was paying for my order and she again rolled her eyes and told me I needed to go back. Very confused I asked her: "you want me to back up in the drive-thru?" ... I was apprehensive about this because again, it's early in the morning and the drive-thru was just busy. She motioned with her hands for me to back up, which I did, and as I sat the first payment window once again, no employee could be found. I began to blow my horn, which continued to be ignored (At this point I was about to be late for work for a single hands-brown ABSURD!). An employee did not come to the window until a line began to form behind me from people who had just placed orders at the call box. Again, I am handing my card to the employee to make payment and they are looking at me confused. She asked me what my order was AGAIN and I told her that I had ordered one hash brown already at the call box and had pulled back to pay for that hash brown. She took my payment and I proceeded to the second pick up window again. As I approached the window the second time the same female employee with the VERY NASTY attitude, continued to stare with no acknowledgment to me whatsoever. She shoves a bag out the window at me, (which was still the wrong order). To my luck there was a hash-brown in the bag so I just pulled off to avoid further confrontation. Yesterday I placed an order for a McChicken and did the drive through. I think the employees told me to go to the wrong window and I ended up having to wait maybe five minutes. They gave me the wrong order and also the car behind me had to hand the food bag back to them, so there was a lot of confusion. Eventually I got my McChicken and it was hot and tasty. The ladies who helped me were also nice. Just recommend they check with the customers to make sure they give them the correct food. read more

This is my go to McDonald's location. This review is based on my overall experience not just todays visit .. only because I'm here at least once per week( don't judge me lol). Let's start off with the service . They're very polite here but I have to beg for condiments. The freshness of the food varies and isn't really consistent. Some days you may get hot/fresh fries and other days you won't. I always get the chicken sandwich and it's okay. They're usually always out of apple pies . I'm not sure why they don't make more if there's a high demand for it. Also the coke machine seems to break down often. I hope this review helps .. read more

Hands down the worst mcdonald's in florida. I've gone here a few times and the burgers are always overcooked hockey pucks. They are also usually out of half the menu. I went here tonight as a last resort and ordered two burgers and some nuggets. Sat in line for twenty minutes. I finally got to the window and the kid came up and said they are out of burgers and asked if I wanted fries instead. I shit you not, mcdonald's had no burgers and the kid tries to sell me fries. Two stars because the shift that runs breakfast is almost always dead on accurate with my order, which is very simple. However, the crew the runs the night shift, what a mess. Literally cars always backed up in the drive thru, which I understand, everyone's getting out of work trying to get something to eat on the way home, but it has to do with the customer service I think. No one says thank you, or you're welcome, or acknowledges you, or gets the order right. My husband and I just waited in line at the drive through , put our order in for ONE coffee , literally just a coffee, they told us to pull to the 2nd window where we were left for 16 MINs!! 6 mins into our RIDIC WAIT - a person opened the window & said oops wrong car, and we inquired about the coffee and they said "uh I don't know " then 10 mins later someone finally came by and said "sorry the coffee machine is broken , that guy (who took our order) doesn't listen" . It would have been nice to tell us that IMMEDIATELY as opposed to having us wait ! We were given our money back and we were on our way , 16 mins time wasted & no coffee. Service is incredibly slow. They will leave you sitting at the drive thru window for 10 minutes without so much as a greeting. Or they will make you park while they are doing god knows what inside. Every time I've gone my order has been wrong, the food is cold and sometimes stale. They seem confused as to what they are doing. What was supposed to be a quick, stress free and cheap dinner quickly turned into a nightmare. Pulled up to the drive thru window and ordered a double cheeseburger meal with no onions or mustard, a double cheeseburger, chicken nuggets and large fries and drinks for two. We approached the next window when the employee handed us our drinks and then a small bag of fries, and told us to have a nice evening. Confused we asked where the rest of our food is and she looked at us with a blank stare. She then asked us what we ordered, walked away and came back with a drive thru print out asking if it was our order. We confirmed it was our order and she explained the person in front of us apparently tried to say it was their order and then implied she would go get it from them. Obviously the person at the drive thru taking the orders made a mistake, no big deal. We told her we wanted a fresh order, she agreed. They tell us to pull into a spot to wait and we did. When they brought out our food I checked the bag to make sure everything was there. We were missing the chicken nuggets. My bf went into the store to ask for the nuggets. I decided to check the burger to make sure there were no onions like we requested. There were no onions but I did find a small black hair right on the cheese. I immediately brought the entire bag inside and asked for a refund. Employees did give us a refund and apologized but that was after the drive thru employee got nasty with my boyfriend and claimed she didnt mess up our order and we got everything we needed. read more

Well, my two year old daughter wanted French fries and McDonald's was the first burger joint we spotted. We came in, ordered our food, and after sitting down for about three minutes, my daughter knocked her happy meal on the floor. Trying to be a good daddy, I went up to order her more fries and nuggets. The manager asked what the problem was with her previous order and I explained her mishap. She went into the back and came out with another happy meal. I asked for the total and she replied, "for what?" I reminded her that it wasn't their fault, but she insisted. I was across the street getting new tires put on my truck and decided to stop by this McDonalds to get some breakfast. Now before I begin, I have been to quite a few of these establishments in my lifetime. Lol. This had to be the worst one that I have ever been to. When I walked in the first thing I noticed wAs the filthy floor littered with dirt and trash. I ordered the big breakfast. Everything was very cold. The drink machines were both out of ice and drinks. I had to ask the lady behind the counter for a cup of water. My coffee was old and tasted burnt. I had to clean my own table before I sat down. All of them were do dirty. There was a lady mopping behind the counter and pushing debris under the work station tables instead of sweeping first. I had to use the restroom and OMG....I almost threw up. The floor was filthy, the sink and mirror both looked like they had not been cleaned for days, and there was shit all over the toilet. The lady behind the counter was complaining about her boyfriend so loud that the other customers were looking at one another in disbelief. This place needs new management for sure.
