You know every time I come here it's can you go park in the front so we can make yah food fresh. Then you wait 10-15 minutes to get food that's not fresh. What sense does it make. The food is good here when you can actually get food. Someone need to know that the workers do NOT stay until the actual closing time. They are closing up 1 to 2 hours early. It is one of the few places open to late nighters. Kind of defeats the purpose if you arrive and the staff are out in the parking lot heading home for the night. First and last visit to this place. Person that took the order was pleasant and advised I could take my time, as I did not know the menu. That part of the transaction went well. Unfortunately they got the order wrong. when we ordered, we were the only car in the drive-thru and a few employees were outside hanging out in the other drive-thru lane. It's not like this place was super busy at the time. We were supposed to get a regular order of loaded garlic parmesean fries, but got chicken bites and fries instead. Not much in price difference around .30 cents, but its the principle of it all. We were looking forward to trying the loaded garlic parmesean fries! I called the number on the receipt, no one answered. I left a voice message stating the problem and never received a return call. I guess this is why this location has such a low rating? I was recently at checkers and the woman at the cash register after taking my payment asked me to back up I didn't understand why I believe it was so I couldn't see it what they were doing she asked me to back up past where the window was and then she would let me know when I can move forward by sticking my food out window to grab it from her. Love the Food, but this location is a mess from a customer service point of view. I've visited this Checkers many times over the years but the past 6 to 9 months have been pretty bad. - Nearly every visit as of late, we wait to PLACE an order at the voice box for at least 5 minutes and as long as 10 minutes. - Nearly every time we order now, something isn't available (soda machine is down or dispensing bad tasting soda, ice cream machine is down, items are out of stock, etc). While I do understand there will be times when things happen, this is almost every single time we go now, and often it's more than one thing per visit. - There is generally only one out of 3 - 5 employees that has a clue what is going on, the rest either stand there looking at each other or, worse (and this has happened on many occasions) they stand there hurling insults and screaming at each other. If it wasn't so frustrating to watch, it would be comical how unprofessional it is. - As of late, if you look into the drive-thru window, you can see how dirty the interior of the restaurant is. Someone needs to have a look, it's getting rather disgusting. This was not always the case at this location. - Every order for the past five times we have gone has had something missing from the bag or we realize we have someone else's order entirely. Thankfully after the first time it happened, we check our order while still in line, but the mistakes still take a ton of time to correct and I can't imagine how much money this is costing the company. Bottom Line: Checkers has such great food that it's a shame that this location can't get its act together. Management needs to take a step back and look around. If I didn't enjoy the menu so much more over other fast food options, I'd have given up long ago. Sadly, I believe my time has come to no longer frequent this location again. read more

Until the car in front of us pulled up to the intercom to order. We sat for at least 15 minutes, maybe more, and the car in front of us didn't order. Finally, the guy in the car said "Are you guys for real?" and the attitude that was unleashed upon him from the nasty cashier through the intercom was unbelievable. I ordered a meal through the drive through and the woman who handled my order was incredibly rude. It was very clear that she was not listening to me while I was ordering because she kept repeating incorrect information back to me. I asked for some ranch on the side for my fries and she first insisted I get the loaded fries, which I declined multiple times until she rudely stated she could give me the loaded fries with nothing but ranch on it. I stated I wanted regular fries with ranch on the side because I like to dip them in the ranch, and she replied saying I have to pay extra for the sauce. I was surprised since my first time there I was not charged extra, but despite that I agreed to pay extra for it and continued to request the ranch. She then stated quite annoyed that she does not even have any ranch. I ended up giving up and moving on to the window to pay for and pick up my food. The fries were over cooked and smelled like funnel cake and the fries were dumped all in the bag, literally not a single fri in the container.
