One of the last fast food stops before the civilization ends as Southern Boulevard continues across the peninsula, I stopped here for a late lunch and ate it in the car. Service through the drive through was quick enough. The lady at the speaker was easily understood when I told her that I had a mobile order and gave my name. At the first window, my receipt was handed over. And at the second window, a sealed bag with my meal was handed to me. A short distance away, I unwrapped it. The burger was assembled properly with the right amount of ketchup, mustard, onion and pickles. The chicken nuggets were spicy but only warm. They did put the sauce and sufficient napkins in the bag. They don't even deserve a star. I've shown up two separate times in the drive thru and they would be unresponsive. Although the second time they said that they're "dine in only" through the intercom. So I left, didn't have the time to argue or beg to use a drive thru. Well a few minutes after that, I went to Publix and got food instead. Then decided to call them and ask if they have their drive through open. It was the same woman saying "Yes we're open dine in and drive thru." Figure out to hire people who actually want to work and care for your customers. Would never recommend this place to anyone. When this location first opened, it was the best. The staff were friendly, everything was clean and fresh. I stopped in today for a snack, and was very disappointed. I ordered a Kid's Meal with hamburger, fries and soda, and a salad. When I paid, the cashier handed my the soda, and then picked up the next car's order and looked at me like it was time for me to move on. I told her I was waiting for the rest of my order, and waited a few minutes for the rest. While I was waiting I saw her toss the receipt away without asking if I wanted it. I did want a receipt, and she had to reprint it. The fries were burnt and dry and the burger was mostly bread and ketchup. There was nothing else on the burger, no pickle, onion, or anything other than ketchup. Luckily I didn't buy it for a kid because that's not anything I would give to a child. The biggest surprise came when I got home and opened the bag with the salad. The salad had a lot of old brown (spoiled) lettuce. I had to return it. What a disappointment! UPDATE: The restaurant replaced the salad immediately with a fresh one. That at least was handled well. read more

A few time I've come in there have been No smiles or friendly attitudes, one employee even muttered curses under their breath about a customer that was slightly impatient. Called him an "A**hole". Understandable on the impatient part because it took 7-10 minutes for someone to even greet us at the front register. It's not "How may I help you?" here, it's "What you want?" I get working at a fast food place sucks, I used to do it. But at least be friendly to the guests spending money there, you never know what someone is going through. Only reason I give two stars is because the food is still made decent here and it's a relatively clean place. Nobody ever wants to see or hear it but employees should at least fake a smile. Ok i have gone here before and was disappointed but dealt with it. But this is the third awful experience and it's time for a review. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. Owner needs to step in. The staff is very unprofessional, completely lack customer service skills and are extremely rude. Living down the street, it was exciting to have a new place to grab food fast. It's a beautiful new building and clean (for now). My family and I ordered from the drive through. The woman was nice-ish (could have been more welcoming). She was slightly confused by our order so when I got to the window I apologized for the complicated ordered and just wanted to make sure she heard me correctly through the speaker. However she turned away and a man looked my way, I said again "I'm sorry but I just want to make sure.." before i could finish, he looks at me and says all bright eyed with a little attitude "I'm listening?" The woman who had turned away is now facing me with her lips puckered to her nose with the same what do you want face on. Everyone in the car looked at one another in shock. We really could tell how much we inconvenienced them. Imagine they had to actually take an order and politely provide it to their guests. I didn't dare ask for napkins or any sauce for dipping. After all that my father spit out and threw away his burger because he said it wasn't even cooked. This place already has a bad reputation and it hasn't been open very long. They should re-evaluate who they hire or provide better supervision. They need employees with a good positive attitude. read more

Well, just like any other fast food restaurants they really have good food and I'm especially very happy that now they have breakfast. My daughter loves their chicken nuggets and I love their bacon eaters. So yeah, I think I would prefer Wendy's then to McDonald's or Burger King.... read more

This store always closes wayyy before they're supposed to there's people in there but they tell you it's closed with 5 cars in line. Go to the one in Royal palm by Walgreens instead. Wow, this Wendy's sells the most disgusting burgers. I recently moved to the area and this is the closest fast food located near my new home west of this Wendy's. After a long day of moving from Miami we wanted a quick and simple dinner. Unfortunately we don't have many options for takeout so I came here. NEVER AGAIN! The burgers tasted so bad my daughter and I couldn't eat them. We rarely eat fast food but next time we can't cook I'll drive further to the McDonald's which will be cold by the time I get home but I rather eat that than eat from this Wendy's. I don't see this location lasting long. Even the employee was rude, I moved here from Miami....I know rude. Most people in this area are very kind so I was surprised about that too. I tried repeatedly to overlook the issues because this is the location closest to my home, but since I have only had an issue free experience twice in the last year I am done with this location. From the fact they can't get the order right, to the broken kiosk (which if it worked would allow me to correct the mistakes but its a blank screen where the order should show up) to the argumentative attitude from the server(s) when trying to order a meal. At this location its a problem EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Even trying to get the order corrected today resulted in an argument. I paid for it. What you gave me was wrong. Why do I now have to argue with you about whether or not I can order this from the specials menu? Just fix it already. My recommendation is to avoid this location at 15753 Southern Blvd. at all costs. Instead we had to drive to another store at 12001 Southern Blvd. to buy what we already paid for, but here we ordered without an argument and received the food made as requested. When I ordered the clerk put something up on the screen I questioned he said " you didnt tell me that" (w/ attitude) and still did not fix the situation. As usual, for this store, the order was messed up. While waiting for my wrong order I overheard another customer calling the store because they screwed up that order also (forgot 2 things of chili).
