Hands down the dirtiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The bathrooms reminded me of a rest stop that hadn't been cleaned in a week. Toilets were clogged, no soap, no paper towels and dirty toilet paper all over the floors. Conditions of bathrooms always make me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Dirty tables all over the dining room and sticky countertop and floors. Hoping they were having an off evening and that this was not common operations as this is not the Chick-fil-A way. I will say positively that the associate that took our order was friendly and polite. And my fries were almost hot. read more

I'm not sure why this location is so different from some of the others in the area. Went here a few days ago. They had 2 lanes for drive-through, and after I ordered, it was hard to merge. When I did, I got to the window, and they didn't have my order, I think, because of the way the merge happens. So then they were trying to get the order together they forgot the straw and condiments. So I saw a mobile team member and asked for them to bring the items and she never came back. So then I drove around to the drive-through window and asked the kids there to get them for me. The kids working were nice and helpful, but the drive-through area needs to be more organized. read more

Took it to a friend's condo to eat right across the blvd in Century Vlg. Very disappointed with the waffle fries. They looked nothing like the commercial on TV, and the boxes were only half full, not overflowing like the ones on TV. And they were soggy, not crispy. The chicken sandwiches were great, though. It took three visits for me to feel like I was giving this location a fair & adequate review. On each occasion the service has always been quick & smooth. This location has mapped out the parking lot so well that the drive thru, inside dinning & curbside parking do not overlap or interfere with each other (many locations have not mastered this.) I would give this location 5 stars alone for efficiency if the customer service here was not below expected standards. On each visit I have had my order taken without an employee smiling for greeting me in any form. When I say thank you in the drive thru line & at the window I've had employees repeatedly reply with "mhmm" or "pleasure" which is down right lazy & shows the lack of interest in delivering supreme customer service (which everyone knows Chick-fil-la is known for.) I would highly suggest management conduct training/retraining workshops for all employees interacting with customers. I have never had an issue with the accuracy of my order or food quality until my third visit where the lettuce on my sandwich was brown around the edges. I honestly don't mind driving past this location to one further just for quality customer service. I don't plan on patronizing this location again. read more

Today, 5/6/22, I had a terrible slip and fall incident at the chick fil a located at 6060 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417 around or before 2pm. The floor was wet and I did not know because there wasn't a wet floor sign. I took a very nasty fall where I landed on my knee and fell right on my right ankle. The pain was so great that I was left stunned for a moment and needed help getting up by someone who was there with me. I limped to my seat, while having trouble getting there because I was still slipping and limping. The woman cleaning the floor with the machine came around and asked if I had fallen. When she saw that the floor was wet and there wasn't a wet floor sign, she went running to get the wet floor signs and place them. Then she said that she was sorry multiple times and that the machine was supposed to pick up the water but that it wasn't because it was missing a piece. Then she went back to work. She didn't even offer to write an incident report or anything. I understand that she's sorry but I'm the one who has to go to the doctors. I was hurting on my drive back home and when I got home, it felt as if I was in a car accident, as my knees, ankle, wrist and back are in pounding pain and already getting inflamed and my knee has a huge lump. I have photos of my injuries if you'd like to see. It's a real shame this happened because the reason we eat at chick fil a is because we support their values. I saw older people coming into the restaurant and I was glad they didn't fall because of the staff negligence. I may have broken my ankle but I'm glad the older people coming in didn't fall and break a hip. read more

The food at this location tasted great and was prepared pretty fast, but the service of the workers on the headsets and at the window was quite bad. After double checking our order at the window, we were listening to the employees joke around and whatnot, and had a feeling something was going to be messed up. It seems like they were not paying attention even though the receipt and sticker on the bag had the listed items of the order correct. A side dish was forgotten and we received an extra entree that we hadn't needed. Let me start out by saying how much I love chick-fil-a, my boyfriend and I eat here around 3xs a week. We live on Palm Beach Lakes and our location is shut down for renovations so, being that we love the food so much we drive all the way to this location .. the past 5-6xs we've come here they ALWAYS mess up our order. They either don't include sauce, don't include the gf bun, give fried nuggets instead of grilled, or give my boyfriend the wrong sandwich even though it's always clear on the receipt. Honestly it just makes me not even want to go anymore despite of the good quality food. How hard is it to read a receipt and double check the bag before you give it to a paying customer? This is not a good customer experience and the crew members need to slow down and double check the orders so we don't get home every time just to realize we're missing what we ordered. There are 3 things that I have come to learn are certain in life: death, taxes and exceptional food/service at Chick-Fil-A. I was craving some of their waffle fries and lemonade and I decided to pop in for lunch. This was my first time at this particular location. I was greeted with a smile by the cashier as she took my order. My order was ready quickly during lunch time and I found a booth. There were a few moms with their kids scattered around the restaurant but the floors of the lobby were spotless. The tables that were empty were spic and span as well. The manager of that restaurant has had to have military drill instructor experience. The food was excellent as always and the lemonade was perfectly sweet and tart. Their fries were fresh and orgasmic - seriously, it doesn't get better than this. I defy anyone to find better waffle fries. As is customary with Chick-Fil-A, a restaurant attendant came by and asked if my drink needed a refill and if everything as ok. For 6 bucks I get someone coming to my table to ask if I need anything. To top it off, the restroom had a sensor in which you wave your hand in front of and the door opens automatically. They even thought of germs and how to keep everyone at a minimum risk! If I could afford it I would buy mass quantities of stock in this place. Kudos to the owner for closing on Sundays so his employees can watch football or go to church.
