I've never had such a horrible experience at a chick-Fil-a. I ordered on the app thinking it would be faster. It was the worst. I placed my order 5 mins before I got there. Then you check in with the person at the drive thru. (Why did I order on the app if I still have to wait in the drive thru line????) anyway. So I checked in with her. Waited 10 mins because it was a lone line. Then I get to the window expecting it to be ready. The lady says "what's the name?" I tell her she replied "I never got that you were checked in." I almost lost it. She told me to wait up front and they would bring it to me. Approx another 10 mins go by. (8 cars) so I get out of the car and goto the window. She says "it's not ready" are you kidding me?!?!? How is it possible that something I ordered approx 20 mins from an app is not ready. I was so annoyed. Then the other person said "tell her to wait and pack this food" I waited a few mins and then got my food. My husband was trying Raising Cane's, which is right next-door, but I like the grilled nuggets with the crunchy kale salad. The line at the drive-through was insane. The restaurant however, was empty. I waited for felt like lifetime for my grilled nuggets and crunchy kale salad to-go, and when I reached my destination, I realized they forgot the crunchy almonds. It was disappointed since I ordered the crunchy kale salad. Now it was kale salad. The service was extremely slow. In fact, I was waiting so long that a woman asked what my name was, and realized my bag was sitting on the counter for a while, and it was just forgotten. I don't know if it's the tender, juicy chicken, the super fresh fries, or the deals they keep emailing me but something keeps me coming back! Obviously the food here is fantastic, but I think the service is also worth talking about. I have never met an employee who didn't greet me and take my order with a smile. I absolutely love how positive everyone here is- even when I forget to ask for sauce and ask at the window!!! Another thing that is super awesome is their speed. This place always has a line that wraps around into the street, but I'm never waiting longer than 10 minutes. They are quick and efficient. My order is always fresh and correct! Usually they are right on top of it but today they seemed a little overwhelmed. After I ordered my food, I sat down and waited which wasn't long considering how busy they were. After I got my food, I noticed they forgot to add the Oreos to my son's ice cream cup. After telling the person who brought the food, all they said was the cashier didn't charge me so if I wanted it I would have to pay for it. Well that's the point. I asked for it at the register when I ordered it and it wasn't heard I'm guessing. My intentions were always to pay for it. Wasn't expecting it for free but the way it was said to me was as if I was. Next, I noticed the pickles were not added to my chicken sandwiches as also asked for. And it did say it on the ticket...so the same person helped me with that but seemed very frustrated I needed it. Took a few minutes just to get the pickles... I normally don't complain as I have worked in restaurants and know how it can be busy and overwhelming but all that was needed was the person to be friendly about it and helpful instead of acting like I was a bother. Other than the food was great. Just hopefully next time, they can be more courteous as to helping a customer and let them feel welcomed instead of a bother. read more

Chicken Sandwich Combo. DISAPPOINTING. The construction and appearance of the sandwich was unappealing seeming to be haphazardly put together. The buns and pickles didn't seem fresh with the Chicken Fillet being thin and small. The Chicken Sandwich did taste good but I found it to be inferior in size and taste to the other fast casual restaurants in the area. The Waffle Fries were greasy and soggy with only a small portion being offered. I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich for someone else who commented how the Chicken was rubbery. I was under the impression that CHIK-FIL-A served quality food but that definitely was not the case. Every CHIK-FIL-A is a public nuisance due to the traffic congestion at their sites. Some municipalities have rejected the construction of a CHIK-FIL-A in their area because of traffic and safety concerns. The customer service at this store was horrible being mostly manned by a good amount of teens. The restaurants interior was also dirty with a need for a make over. Stopped by for lunch because I got a promotion through my credit card. Most of the menu was fried chicken, so it didn't appeal to me because of health reasons. I did however find a salad that they made with grilled chicken that I ordered. It was OK. I feel for what you get, it was pricy, almost $9 for a small salad. The order was filled very quickly. They brought it to my table. There was a really nice play ground on the premises for kids. I watched the children play as I was waiting. They seemed to be having loads of fun. The drive through line was very busy during lunch hour. Most customers filled their orders through this way. I appreciate what this chain stands for. Like all of the Chick-fil-A's I've encountered, time and time again the food is always hot, delicious, and fresh. This location specifically is pretty attentive to their curbside customers. Out of the countless number of times I've ordered through the app, I have only had issues with my order twice that I can remember. On both occasions, restaurant employees and management were apologetic and swift to not only correct my order but provide some form of compensation for the mistakes made. Their eagerness to maintain customer satisfaction is unmatched. Even though this location can get pretty busy during lunch time they have always done a great job of having multiple hands on deck to move the lines inside and outside as quickly as possible. Terrible customer service.. As a student I went to TownCenter Chick-fil-A to grab some food after school. From the jump the staff were already giving attitude about coming into the restaurant. My teammates and I all ordered for because we were told if not done we would have to be excused. After getting food and eating. Some teammates finished faster than others but like I said we were in a group. The manger repeatedly told staff to tell us to get out with no courtesy of waiting for our teammates. This location does an extremely high volume of orders and they are quick! The lines are always long but they move fast. This location is good if you just want a standard menu order. However when it comes to custom orders in the drive through they are annoying because it's going to be a hassle every time. This is an example, I order the nugget meal sub the fries for fruit and sub the soda for apple juice. When I got to the window it was the kids juice box so I asked if I could get a sweet tea instead. I thought it would be juice in the cups. One sip and that juice box gone. they proceeded to tell me it would be a price difference which I don't care about but I thought the combo automatically came with a soda? Why is sweet tea an up charge only at this location. I didn't complain so they was nice enough to just give me a small tea. Also ALWAYS check your bag when it comes to the sauces for whatever reason they are stingy with the sauce. I hate when I forget lol I advise ordering from the app and pulling into the app parking spots it is the most convenient way to ensure your order is correct and you get remarkable service.
