I walked to a competitor next door and found the employees in the parking lot. One smoking and the other on his phone. I haven't to an Arby's in a hundred years. Got a coupon for a free Gyro so I decided to try it. They give you a choice of a Greek, roast beef or turkey Gyro. I chose the Greek, consists of Gyro meat, tzatziki sauce,, Gyro seasoning, red onion, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce on flatbread. Just fair, not like a Greek restaurant. read more

Drive thru to pickup some Gyros and Turnovers. Line was not long during lunch time. Great thing about Linton is the street full of Fast Food. Almost every name you can think of is on this street. Therefore, competition is tough for these restaurants. Anyway, we do find their Gyros and Turnovers pretty good. Quality will not be Greek restaurant level, but, it's Fast Food. I must have came with my grandson on a bad day. They were short staffed and they were not able to take credit cards because their "system was down". Luckily I happen to have cash on me. I am not faulting the workers their at all, they were great but definitely over worked due to being short staffed. I assume the manager was taking my order while he was on the phone with technical support to get their systems back up, tough day for him. I placed an online order, was set to pickup at 9:10. I walked in at 9:13 was not greeted. Crew was busy and obviously being ignored by the manager who was on her phone just walking around, sometimes standing at the screen staring at the ticket time going up but not managing. I was finally spoken to and told we were waiting for mozzarella sticks. I wait , I see the kid cooking portion my mozzarella sticks but not put them in my bag of sandwiches that's been sitting there this whole time. I ask if I can have my order, already 10 minutes past my pickup time at that point. The cook gets snappy and says it's coming, I said oh okay I thought we were waiting for the mozzarella sticks you just portioned. He says well I didn't know you had 3 large fries so now you're waiting on those. I correct him and tell him it's actually 4. This whole conversation no manager stepped in to help just on her phone. When the fries finally go off the manager who's been touching her hair face and phone goes to portion my fries no gloves no handwash no nothing. I'm disgusted. I tell her I don't want the food after seeing that I want a refund. She says ok go online and do it. I tell her she's a bad manager for letting her crew sink and not helping just being on the phone abd not even knowing how nasty what she did was. Rhonda shouldn't be a manager and I need a refund. read more

Don't bother trying the new fish sandwich at any Arby's it's all greasy beer battered nothing. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the manager said he was sorry and even said they were having problems with vendor, I tossed it in the trash and he gave us our $$$ back. I ordered a fish sandwich without lettuce and tomato, guess what got home and there was more lettuce and tomatoes on it the fish was burnt and tiny... This was only my second time at Arby's, but it was an excellent experience because of RJ. We had a big group that came in right around closing time (because everything in the area closes at 10pm) and he welcomed us right in, made sure we got all of our orders, and got us everything we needed. Apparently the roast beef and cheddar is just roast beef and nothing else. Based off the photo and the name I assumed there was at least cheese on it. So I had to park and go inside to get a new sandwich. When I told the manager my sandwich was just plain roast beef he just asked what kind of cheese I wanted. They didn't remake the sandwich...literally handed me a cup of cheese and walked off. According to the photo and the description should've been so much more than a hunk of roast beef on two pieces of bread. read more

I really like this place! All the burger chains are basically the same thing but Arby's does their own unique thing. Which I appreciate. Anyway, went to this Delray one today and it was good. Food was quick and the employees were pleasant and efficient. They closed the one near me so whenever I am on Linton and I need a place to eat this is my spot. It is not high quality deli food but it's better than the other fast food chains. One note though, this decor has not changed since 1985. They are still rocking the old school teal and beige, although now it is pretty faded. That's fine though. Gives them a bit of charm. read more

I have never received a more gross item from probably any fast food restaurant, let alone an Arby's. I typically love the roast beef and cheddar sandwich, but I received a mess once I opened the sandwich. It was practically impossible to eat as it was so thrown together and falling apart, my hands were covered in cheese trying to fix it, and after a few bites I felt like throwing up. It didn't even fit on the bun which had became soggy almost instantaneously. Luckily I had wet naps in my car to clean my hands, it was so so messy. This should not be typical Arby's standard and I am very disappointed. The fries and mozzarella sticks were good at least. read more

I visit this great spot quite often! This is my favorite place to grab a bite. I visit this spot routinely. The cooking is just great, the staff is professional and the price is decent. I enjoy going in this place to have a decent dinner.  I really enjoyed my lunch at Arby's had not been there in a while , and it was peaceful and employees were very professional and food was awesome. It has been many years since I have gone to Arby's. I used to go for the Roast Beef. Just went after seeing their ads on TV. Not the old Arby's. Many choices excellent sandwiches. The service was excellent as compared to other fast food restaurants that I have recently visited. Can you believe that they actually offered a free desert because I and another customer had to wait a few min. longer. The wait was well worth it. Their fish sandwich was excellent. When was the last time you went to Arbys? I discovered this one by accident and made a note to return. I had my favorite Arby's meal, Beef n Cheddar, Potato Cakes and a Jamocha Shake. With the first bite I grinned. As a child I rode my bike 11 miles in each direction for a Beef n Cheddar. It was as good as I remember. The potato cakes delivered the goodness that only fried carbs could...and the Jamocha Shake was gone before I made it home. It was a great change of pace, America's Roast Beef, yes sir. read more

When you step foot inside an Arby's you know what you're getting. Every few years or so I crave that mystery meat they call the Beef 'n cheddar. I happen to think their jamoca shake is fantastic too. I'm a big fan of putting their curly fries inside the sandwich and lathering it up with their Abby's sauce. If you stick to their value menu you'll be fine, but what used to be a fast-food meal under $5 is now closer to $10. They have increased their selections and have even gotten a little diet-friendly, but let's not kid ourselves. This is Arby's. You want a real French dip go to Houstons. You come here when you want fast food but somehow convince yourself this is slightly better from you than KFC, Mc Donald's or Taco Bell. It's all the same. As for this location, it's run like your typical DMV. Disgruntled employees exchanging loud zingers back and fourth with other sandwich makers. I was disappointed the one closest to us closed down on Lake Worth and Jog. It's been years since I've been here. As we were out shopping last night, we decided to hit the place up since it was a couple blocks away. I love the beef n' cheddar combo. It's simply that. Every bite is juicy and delicious. The curly fries are good. Three sides of condiments (ketchup, horseradish, and barbeque) makes dipping a whole lot of fun. The place was clean and we got our food quick. I'm so going back! read more

This is probably one of the greatest customer service restaurants I have ever been to. Seriously. Am a pregnant momma and have weird cravings for their mozzarella sticks, so I frequent their drive thru at least once every other week. I have never had a problem. Sometimes the food isn't handed to you in 5 seconds, but it's always hot and fresh. Every time. The drive thru workers seem to love their job and always have a great personality. THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME. I ordered a sandwich and chips. As soon as I put the bag in my car a bug flies out of the bag and starts crawling over my purse. At the moment the bug is still in my car. Went inside to give the food back and get a refund. Seeing where they cook the food and how dirty it was makes total sense that there was a bug in my food. I'm completely disgusted. Just because it is fast food it doesn't mean that it should be dirty. The back door was open as well. I don't ever write bad reviews but thanks to this experience I now have to look through my car for an inch long bug and will not be eating lunch. I also commute an hour to and from work. Got the new bacon BLT. What a disaster. Worst decision I ever made what I got was old broken up pieces of dried out bacon. Nothing like what you see on TV. Been coming here a few years. Yes- it's an Older Restaurant. Considering there's a Brand-new Wendy's right next door. But- They keep it Super-clean. They employees here Really take pride in keeping the Dining Room, and Restroom clean. Their Mozzarella sticks are probably the Best in the Business. Much better than TGI Fridays since they changed their recipe. Their Turkey Club is great. So is the Pecan Chicken Salad. Fresh Brewed Iced Tea (not that Gold Peak CRAP) Definitely a Fan!
