Worker couldn't properly figure out order. Taste was very blah. And they need to learn what AL Pastor means because they aren't doing it.

Great service. This place is always busy and well stocked. Front end line people are friendly unlike the Chipotle at the College Mall.

The normal/old system of ordering at one register and paying at another was not used. You had to order and pay at the far end, which is away from where the big menus are. There was a small menu attached to the counter. There was no signage to show what the specials were, which was very confusing. I got 2 chicken parm specials, one without the marinara. They were both pretty good. I'm not sure what type of chicken they are using now, but it was still good. It did not have the diced chicken look one is normally used to. They seemed generous with the chicken. The restaurant was clean, and the food was good. The lemonade machine is behind the counter because their lemonade is the better kind. I would have given this 5 stars, but between the awkward ordering sitch and the lack of signage about the specials, I had to give them a ding. The saving grace was the guy behind the counter knew about them. Hopefully this place is a lot more consistent than the bad reviews would have you believe. The food was solid!

It's really good! People who don't like imitation meats will appreciate this because it's not trying to be chicken at all - you can clearly tell it's breaded cauliflower. Great texture when you bite into the crispy breading and get the perfectly cooked flaky cauliflower inside. The seasoning is intense and delicious. The hot is legit hot, but even the milder spice levels are still flavorful. I tried the cauli bites, tenders, and slider. The tenders are huge! The cauli bites and chicken bites are the same price, but the cauli tenders cost $2 more per tender compared to the chicken, so meals with the tenders are $2-4 more to the equivalent chicken entrees, which is kind of ridiculous because cauliflower has to be cheaper than chicken. If you are interested in the cauliflower, be aware that the batter contains dairy and egg, and it's fried in the same oil as the chicken. So it's unfortunately not suitable for vegans or vegetarians who are strict about cross-contamination. Did not have great experiences with drinks either time I tried to get something. I tried to get a Powerade slush, but was told the Powerade machine wasn't working, so I could choose another flavor if I wanted. The fruit punch was also apparently not working (although I saw the worker pour some out and it looked fine from what I could see), so I ended up with orange which didn't really do anything for me. I tried to get iced tea on another visit. I attempted to mix the unsweetened and raspberry but I think the machine may have been not working or just out of tea because I got what tasted like straight raspberry syrup and was undrinkable. I will give the tea another go if I confirm that the machine is fixed, because I like the Gold Peak tea. I think the food is fried to order, so you have to wait for the stuff to be made, but considering that, the service is timely. The place has been clean when I'm there. The indoor seating feels very industrial but there's lots of outside seating which looks nice.

The cashier was very sweet too. Popular hangout for the college kids...there was so many of them.

Today we decided to try something different. Unfortunately, the mobile app was experiencing technical difficulties, so we placed our order through the drive-thru instead. We ordered a "Big Breakfast with Muffin and Hotcakes," but when the employee gave us the total, it immediately seemed lower than expected. At the first window, I asked the employee to verify the order. She informed me that we had stated we did not want the hotcakes. I clarified that we had, in fact, ordered the Big Breakfast with Muffin and Hotcakes. At that point, rather than addressing the concern, the employee turned away mid-conversation to assist another customer on her headset, ignored what I was saying, made no corrections to the order, and handed me the receipt. Recognizing that the issue was not going to be resolved at that window, I proceeded to the next window and spoke with the manager. This was not at request. The manager was already at the window when I arrived. The manager explained that we had not been charged for the hotcakes and instructed us to take the order and drive back around through the drive-thru line to place another order. This occurred during the morning rush on a workday at approximately 8:15 AM, when time was limited. I work in customer service myself and make a conscious effort to treat service employees with patience, kindness, and understanding, even on difficult days. Because of that, I also recognize when customer service falls far below reasonable expectations. What was most disappointing was not the original ordering mistake, as those happen, but the dismissive and argumentative way the situation was handled afterward. We were repeatedly told what we "did" and "did not" say, while no effort was made to correct the issue in a reasonable or customer-focused manner. Ultimately, we left without the order we requested and with a very negative impression of the experience. I hope management will use this as an opportunity to emphasize attentive listening, professionalism, and basic problem resolution during customer interactions.
