After arriving i got my food out and saw there was a huge mosquito bug literally pressed onto a couple of my fries. I mean i can see the legs head and fuzzy body with the proboscis. A big one at that. I feel sick to my stomach and obviously don't trust that the rest of the food hasn't been touched. I called to see if i could possibly get a refund because i don't really want to get more food from somewhere that already served me mosquito french fries. I spoke to the manager and told them the situation. The manager did not offer to remake my food and told me a refund was not possible and he could send me a couple coupons to my address. I told him i felt this was inadequate and i have worked in multiple different food establishments and this has never been the way something was handled. the manager then said he discussed with the higher up manager and they said it would only be possible to refund the two fries because the rest of the food was up to par. How can you possibly tell me the same food in the same bag with the bug hasn't been contaminated. In this economy i feel as these people are literally playing with people's money and time. I spent 32.04$ for 2 meals that i can't even eat it let alone enjoy the meal. I ALREADY ATE A FRY WITHOUT KNOWING THERE WAS A WHOLE MOSQUITO IN NY FRIES. I am so disappointed and irritated by the service provided from this restaurant and really want my full refund.

Freddy's is known for their fry sauce and I was looking forward to that! There were napkins, fries, and burgers in the bag, but no fry sauce. Sad. Fortunately the fries were good on their own and they stayed warm for the drive home, which was just a few minutes away. So twenty bucks for 2 double burgers and large fries. I don't mind paying for quality, but service needs to go with it. Keep the work space clean, don't cross contaminate, and then it's worth it. I hope to be back sometime. The burgers really are good. It's a shame the bar seems to have been lowered on service and employees.

As we were eating, somebody came over the outside loudspeaker at the entrance of the store saying we needed to leave and we can't sit there, not knowing who he was talking to, I ignored this and we continued to eat our meal. About 5 minutes later, he came over it again, angry, and said if we didn't leave, he had a photo of me, our car, and our license plate, and he was calling the cops. We were the only car in the parking lot, and nobody was in the drive through, so we just left and finished eating somewhere else. I don't know what is up with this, but corporate needs to know about this immediately. So just watch out, you may get the cops called on you for eating their food in their parking lot

The dining room and outside dining was a little dirty tables, but one of the employees quickly came to the rescue and clean the tables. They were very busy and we were getting folks through Fast in the dining room and the drive-through. Professional and friendly staff very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend this chipotle even though it's out of the way from downtown it is worth a drive.

Today we decided to try something different. Unfortunately, the mobile app was experiencing technical difficulties, so we placed our order through the drive-thru instead. We ordered a "Big Breakfast with Muffin and Hotcakes," but when the employee gave us the total, it immediately seemed lower than expected. At the first window, I asked the employee to verify the order. She informed me that we had stated we did not want the hotcakes. I clarified that we had, in fact, ordered the Big Breakfast with Muffin and Hotcakes. At that point, rather than addressing the concern, the employee turned away mid-conversation to assist another customer on her headset, ignored what I was saying, made no corrections to the order, and handed me the receipt. Recognizing that the issue was not going to be resolved at that window, I proceeded to the next window and spoke with the manager. This was not at request. The manager was already at the window when I arrived. The manager explained that we had not been charged for the hotcakes and instructed us to take the order and drive back around through the drive-thru line to place another order. This occurred during the morning rush on a workday at approximately 8:15 AM, when time was limited. I work in customer service myself and make a conscious effort to treat service employees with patience, kindness, and understanding, even on difficult days. Because of that, I also recognize when customer service falls far below reasonable expectations. What was most disappointing was not the original ordering mistake, as those happen, but the dismissive and argumentative way the situation was handled afterward. We were repeatedly told what we "did" and "did not" say, while no effort was made to correct the issue in a reasonable or customer-focused manner. Ultimately, we left without the order we requested and with a very negative impression of the experience. I hope management will use this as an opportunity to emphasize attentive listening, professionalism, and basic problem resolution during customer interactions.
