I haven't had a Chick-fil-A sandwich in a long time. I tell my friends back home that the McDonald's crispy chicken sandwich taste just like the original sandwich here. We shall see. There is so much this place does right. It's sort of like they cornered the market on how to run a fast food place. Drive through - during their busiest times, they often have order takers that will take orders from cars far back in the line so the food can be hot and ready to go at the window. They have also managed to alter things a bit so there can be two rows of cars that merge into one. Dining in - I dined in for the first time last night. It's the first fast food place I've been to in a long time that actually had a lot of people inside. The kids menu is at kid height, so they can look directly at it, and even place their own order. The person at the register was very nice, and everyone there seemed like they actually liked their job. The food was great as always. The kids meal offers a fruit cup that appeared to have very fresh fruit. This is important because the feedback I've gotten is that the McD's apples aren't good. During our dinner, el kiddo accidentally dropped her chocolate milk, making a pretty big spill. I found someone in the dining area who cleaned it up and offered a replacement. After eating here, I have no idea why anyone would go to McClown and order from a computer to have food cooked by people that probably hate their job. This is a great CFA. It is consistently very clean and the employees represent the company well. The food is fast and fresh. The only thing I can comment on is I always order extra pickles, however I typically just get one or two more. I could do a better job of asking for even more, but come on, give me pickles! Great service! Great food! I am in love with their grilled chicken recently. Normally I go for fries but trying to stay on the healthy side. My second favorite fast food place. Zaxby's is first because I love their chicken best. Chick-Fil-A is a very close second. Why I always got to crave it after church though? :( They probably know me by name here because I go normally at least once a week. Frosted coffee is a personal favorite. We were passing through and decided to stop for lunch. I have seen the mac & cheese advertisement on TV so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a Chicken Deluxe meal and subbed the Mac for fries. The sandwich was great but, I was very disappointed with the Mac. The cheese was dry and the cup only a little over half full. Didn't look anything like on TV and the flavor was not that great. I don't have any interest in trying to defend the ultra-conservative values held by some of the folks behind Chik-fil-A. And I also wish the employees wouldn't say "my pleasure" when you thank them. That's very off-putting. And I think the waffle fries are just okay. But it doesn't get much better than the Chik-fil-A chicken sandwich. I've been to numerous Chick-Fil-A locations throughout the U.S. and most have never failed when it comes to receiving good food and good service. This location stands out... there's one particular worker who stands out because she remembers me and my order. She always has a smiling face and is just pleasant to deal with. I don't always get her when I place my order but if she's near the window and she sees me she always makes sure to say hello. That is impeccable customer service. Whoever the managers are or the owners of this location I would like to commend that you keep Brennen as an employee. The food I receive has always been fresh and hot and very seldom do I have to go back to request any changes. This is by far one of the locations that has it well put together. read more

Hi! I would like to make a complaint about a team leader (not sure if that's the appropriate title) named Jeannette. I called to ask what the policy was about employees working outside as it is extremely cold. She responded with extreme rudeness, she told me she was not going to answer my questions, she told me that I did not have a need to be asking these questions. I have never had this level of rudeness come from a Chick Fil A employee before and was completely caught off guard. I was simply calling as a concerned customer as I go to chick fil a frequently, and was curious about the policies. I felt I was very polite and just had a few questions that could have easily been answered but Jeannette decided otherwise. Even when it's really busy (which is most afternoons around lunch time) the line moves really quickly. The workers are always so friendly and accommodating and I've never had an order messed up. Manager Janna has a terrible attitude that (in my opinion) does not represent this company. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food I will eat and usually I am super pleased with the food and service because everything is prepared quickly and perfectly. But Friday night I went through the drive-through and bought a spicy deluxe meal. The fries were not hot and were greasy (like they had been sitting for several minutes). It wasn't busy, so I circled back around and drove back to the ordering box. I told the young lady that I had gotten cold fries and would like them replaced. She asked for my transaction number (#7250) and said that she'd need to ask the manager. When she came back, she said that the manager had said that "since it was just a medium fry, she would replace it just this one time". I was pretty shocked and when I got to the window, the young man handed me my new fries (which were perfect) and I asked him for the manager's name. The manager, Janna, came up behind him. I told Janna that I have never had to return food before and was shocked that she said she would replace it just this once. She said, "I wasn't the one who told you that." I replied that she was the one the girl asked and that she told me Janna had said that. Janna shrugged at me, so I told her that there were people waiting for their food behind me, so I would take it up with corporate. She shrugged again and I drove away. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS AND BANK STATEMEMTS IF YOU EAT HERE. The last 3 times I ate here, I got a receipt with one price, and they are actually taking more money from my bank. That is a scam and probably illegal. When I called they wouldnt even refund me and just left me hanging. They blamed me for not using my coupons right (then why are my coupons showing on the receipt I'm given?). Ended up having to call my bank to take care of all the excess charges. Went today with the family. Was very crowded and we had to wait in our food much longer than usual. As always the food was very good, the staff was extremely polite and friendly, and the main restaurant was clean. The women's restroom was dirty and the sink was clogged. This chain does not want you to eat healthy. They do not want to answer yOur questions. They can't, actually. They just want you to order their very expensive fried food, pay exorbitant prices, and be on your way. Thought I would deviate from the fried chicken and waffle fries, so I tried to order the large (not side) Kale salad. Can you get the dressing on the sIde? I don't know, b/c that is the answer I got from 2 different employees. When I got home I found a small dish, and no topping. Then why did my receipt say Krunch? No idea. KId got waffle fries -- 1/2 were like thin brittle disgusting potato chips, the other half like a quarter of soggy flaccid half-raw potato with the skin barely scrubbed off. And we paid $25 for 2 kids to eat, and the sad incomplete salad. Glad this chain is reversing it's inhuman policies a bit, and isn't it great they hire so many hs kids, but this location has bad food and bad customer service due to poor training. Stay away! Update: tried them again. Went through the drive-up. When we got to the window, there were four or five people crowded in there having a party, it sounded like. They were all laughing and shouting and joking around. What fun it must be to work there!! How nice for them!! Too bad they couldn't manage to get the order right; no wonder, b/c they really weren't paying any attention to work. Got the wrong sandwich. The people here are really nice, but boy are they stingy on condiments. We ordered 4 fries and it came with 2 packs of ketchup. Seriously? Same with the mayo. We asked for 4 packets of mayo and they gave us 1. I asked for more and the guy seemed really annoyed :/ Come on, providing something as small as ketchup or mayo isn't going to ruin your margins. It's worth it to just please customers and keep loyalty up.... sometimes restaurants and chains cut corners to save a few cents here and there but all they're really doing is decreasing customer satisfaction and losing long-term business.
