Domino's is a chain that, like Papa John's, will sometimes put out a promo or some new item that looks too good to pass up. A couple of weeks ago I ordered from this location because of a half price promo. I ordered again last night because of the "emergency pizza" promo they sent. Who am I to say no to "free" pizza? There are many differences in these two places. For one thing, I actually get my pizza from Domino's. I'm pretty sure my last order from PJ resulted in a manager with an attitude and no pizza for me and other people. With Domino's being a chain, I'm using "chain points" in my rating. In a nutshell - Whenever I order delivery it's always here fast, and the driver is always super friendly. I like that. They have quite a variety of dishes on their menu. Last night I ordered a medium two topping, parm bites, and some sort of pepperoni cheesy bread. The parm bites are something I can't get enough of, and that's probably the actual reason I ever order anything from Domino's. They're GOOOOD! The pepperoni cheese bread was really good also. What have I left out? Yes. The pizza! I ordered the same italian sausage I did on my new york style, but these were noticeably bigger, which makes me wonder if they were running low and broke them up last time. For some reason, I just don't like the sauce they use. The toppings are fine. The cheese is fine. The crust is good. But the sauce. Not good. HOWEVER. This makes a great day after pizza. I love cold pizza the next day. The flavor is better and the texture is still good. I don't know how or why, but that's how their pizza works for me. I may have an order that simply doesn't include pizza from there sometime. Then I can have more of my parm bites!! read more

I saw this VIRALPIZZA on YouTube and thought those topping might be good together so I ordered a large Pan with Extra Garlic Parmesan (which didn't have extra and I will say it didn't have hardly any of the sauce)/philly cheese steak (i think they forgot to put on)/bacon (boy they loaded with bacon thinking maybe we would forget about the Philly cheesesteak)/extra mozzarella cheese (once again no extra cheese)/last topping was extra Cheddar Blend cheese which again no extra. i ordered this pizza from the Domino's where I place my orders all the time and I will say this is the first one that was a REAL DISAPPOINTMENT & plus it wouldn't take my code to get 40% off. But I was really disappointed with the way the pizza came out and paying over 20.00 for something we didn't really enjoy or ordered. read more

Very impressed. We've been Papa John's regulars for years, but the quality and customer serve have completely gone to crap. I've now used Dominos a few times for both personal and catering orders and have been very pleased with quality, timeliness, and service! Will definitely be our go-to from here on out! read more

Absolute havoc. I had some other words that I wanted to use, but they aren't really Yelp appropriate. 0 stars for management, and I'm only keeping it at a 2 star because of all the great past experiences. First, my boyfriend tried to place an order on his phone using their online feature. Got an error a few times. We called the store number. Someone answered and said that there were open and she gave us the operation hours for today. I thought it was because we were placing the order on the phone, so I tried on my laptop. That didn't work either. I called the same number back to try and place the order on my phone with the lady that answered. I didn't want to do that because she was a little difficult to understand, but she did great. She got my order, but then she was getting the same error screen! She told me that they were probably closed since she couldn't get in contact with anyone from the store... Shouldn't ALL the employees know if the store was open or not? Especially if they're going to have remote employees who are trying to take orders for this store?? I'm so confused. I understand that it is close to the holidays, but let ALL of the employees know because I know for sure that the lady I spoke on the phone with looked up their hours online, which says they are open. Pretty good pizza for a fantastic price. I order at this location every week, and always have good, fast service and a good value. The staff here is very polite and efficient, and I'm amazed with the volume they handle. Never had anything wrong with the pizza, and it's always ready when promised. This is "chain" pizza, but it's always at an amazing price and is the best "chain" pizza. It can't compare with Giordano's or Lou Malnati's, but it doesn't try to. read more

I wanna say that my family sometimes eats here at least twice a week and a couple of my children that have moved out eat here alot too and they almost always fix our food the way we like it and in the few times that they have not made it correct and I mean like two in a hundred times they have always fixed it at no cost to us thank you for great service read more

TL;DR = Management is rude - CHOOSE THE N WALNUT LOCATION!!! Don't expect much assistance if your order is wrong. If doing carryout - inspect EVERY ITEM BEFORE walking out the door. If you expect pizza sauce with your pizza, make sure to order EXTRA pizza sauce if you don't want pizza shaped cheesy bread. If you want a real sandwich with more than 3 small pieces of chicken or steak, you have to order double meat, pay extra, but MAKE SURE they actually put extra meat on it - they'll charge you but give you no more extra than they would have. Finally, if you have an issue, be prepared to reach out to corporate, as the staff and management will just try to tell you you're wrong and make it seem like you don't know what you ordered. Today's specific issue: Burnt pizzas, belittling, lies about rectifying the situation, managerial disdain. Employee Audra (or Audri) and manager Mary Ellen are EXTREMELY RUDE. I've had issues with Mary Ellen before - a few months ago she wanted to argue with me when I paid for double meat on my sandwiches but only got single meats. Another time, when I asked for extra tomato sauce on my pizzas and seemed to get even less than usual (only cheese and bread)! These issues are infrequent - I do order Domino's about 2-3x a month (THAT is not going to be the case any longer), but I seem to have an issue with the S Walnut location at least every other month. And it usually always comes back to Mary Ellen not wanting to help in the slightest to make the situation right. This time, I ordered 2 pan pizzas for carryout on Nov 4. When I got home, saw they were burnt pretty bad and also not the pan crust - looked more like a hand-tossed crust with the toppings all the way to the end (maybe person grabbed the wrong type of dough?) Called back about the mistake - Audra (or Audri) answered the phone, said she KNEW it was the right crust because she made the pizzas herself, proceeded to argue with me for a minute, trying to tell me I didn't know what pan pizzas were (again, I order about 3x a month, always get at least one pan pizza, I know the difference). She asked if I could return the pizzas. I told her my family and I were running late for a movie and couldn't wait to have them remade. She said she would credit the pizzas for next time. I thanked her. Didn't order again for another month (because of the bad experience, mostly) but tonight I figured I'd try to redeem the free pizzas, even though I suspected she never really put the free pizzas on my account. Sure enough, I just tried to redeem the pizzas today, and there was only a free cheesy bread on there! Asked to speak to the manager, and manager Mary Ellen told me all she would give me is a free cheesy bread. I told her that's not what I was promised last time and she said she didn't care! She actually said that! Then I asked her if I'd have to reach out to corporate and she said "They're just going to tell me to give you free cheesy bread so go ahead". Very rude customer service. Have had too many issues with this store and will not be giving it my business any longer. Maybe the FRANCHISEE is really that petty about his bottom line and would rather lose customers than $1-2 on a remade order. Not smart business. read more

Advertisements got me...1st time and most likely last time customer. On travel recently had a thin crust and it was great. Ordered online & went to pick up 20min later. Stood for another 10min minutes and finally caught someone's eye and asked after 1 other walk in and 3 delivery folks that picked up their orders/went out for delivery. When finally got attention, she asked my name again. She went and picked up my pizza that was 1st in their order, but 3 empty spots after then two more pizzas. Hence, ours was ready when I got there. I had not ordered from this location in over a year. Decided to try again. Delivery driver could not locate my apartment complex for some reason. had to walk out to the road in order to help him. Doesn't seem right to be charged a delivery fee when the driver doesn't actually come up to your door. Had no issues in the past with previous drivers finding my place. Food is usually pretty good... If you get your whole order. Forgot dipping sauces and cinna sticks, instead of them sending the driver back again we had them credit our account. Ordered again tonight by phone to get a sandwich and our replacement items and guess what? They forgot our replacement items and sauce AGAIN!!! And to add insult to injury they had the nerve to question whether the items were delivered, despite the fact the driver was still standing there while we were on the phone! Never again... read more

They messed up on the pizza order and we called just to let them know there was a mistake and that we were fine with what we received. 20 minutes later without asking for it they brought us the original order without asking for it, they screwed up and fixed the problem without being asked on a Friday night. read more
