Chipotle is cheaping out! I've eaten over 100 salads in my lifetime. This past, year each of the 6 salads I've had have been a disappointment. Maybe it's just this Ashland store, but the amount of salad has been less than satisfactory. Today's salad was about 30-40% less than a few years ago. It used to fill to the edges of the container and be slightly "mounded" above the container level. These last few were well below the rim and well inside its efges. Yes, I've asked for more veg/rice, and yes I know the protein is 4oz, but I shouldn't have to ask... based on past salads. And the dressing?! /2 oz at the most (see picture). I've had wine tastings with more. Anyway, being cheap... errr frugal will save money in the short term, but not the ling term. read more

This recently opened popular fast healthy food spot was exactly what this town needed. Lunch time was indeed a popular time because the location was packed with hungry patrons. We ordered the flour tortilla tacos.(amount of three.) with their new honey chipotle, chicken and a second set with the regular chicken. Upon our arrival home, we were excited to devour our lunch, but disappointment soon struck our faces as we opened our aluminized foil entree. Were our eyes trying to play a trick on us? Help me find the chicken my partner blurted out. It was a measly portion of minute pieces of protein. I am not 100% discouraged because it is a brand new recently opened store and I'm sure they're trying to get all the kinks in order. I will try again next week and hopefully my appetite will be fulfilled with protein and not three flour tortillas. read more

The food here is delicious and fairly good quality too! I love how fast it is. The workers have been friendly, helpful, and positive, in my experience. I live in this side of town, and it's great to have an easy, tasty, nearby option. The vibe inside is lively and light, with a sort of industrial style. Absolutely DISGUSTING! This place should be closed down by how dirty it is inside. I was only one of two in there to order and the 2 guys cutting up food knew I was standing there and yet they both continued to chat for several minutes. Then my order was TERRIBLE with super grisly chewy meat and the sour cream tasted slightly of mold, so I tried to call the location but after waiting 15 minutes to try to get the call answered, I hung up. I wish id have looked up the Numerous BAD reviews before wasting my money there! GROSS read more

Ordered a chicken burrito and the chicken was fatty, the tortilla was gummy and chewy, ended up feeding to my dog. The counter service was bored and unhelpful. Music was horrible, hurried to eat and leave. Second visit and the first was very good experience. Might try again or just drive into Medford. read more

I ordered chips and a sofritas burrito bowl from this location a few days ago. The food tasted fine, but I caught awful food poisoning which consisted of severe stomach cramps and back pain shortly after eating my dinner. It took me a few days to recover. Not a pleasant experience. I will not be going to a Chipotle in general ever again. read more

After all the hype, this was such a disappointment. It is just dressed up fast food and not healthy at all, really just barely a step up from Taco Bell. It's quite expensive for what you get and the quality was much lower than other places in town with comparable prices. There's virtually no parking, too. read more

Went there a couple months ago when it seemed like they had just opened. There was a very involved, what seemed like a manager or a trainer prompting employees. The food and service was excellent. Last 2 times, that person wasn't there and line people seemed rather laxidasical. Also seems like they are skimping on meat. Today it was hunt and peck for a piece of chicken in the bowl. I had also gone to the one in south Medford a couple weeks ago and noticed the meat skimping as well. Hope it is just a matter of retraining the employees rather than Chipotle trying to increase their profits at the expense of customer satisfaction, because that doesn't work. read more

Hi this is my 3er time here was not a lot of people I order bowl I did ask for guacamole. Music was loud one girl drop off container with meet on the floor my server was paid attention to the other person she ask for more meet and the last meet on the container serve to me I saw her dropping meet out my plate and with her fingers she put meet on my plate . I love CHIPOTLE it isn't even open yet and i still go every day just to see if it is. Please have my order ready at 12:30 every day. A bowl to go, double white rice, both beans, chicken, two scoops of mild, one of medium, corn, a HANDful of cheese and lettuce. If i am feeling good on that day I will want guac. please have tis ready to go. read more
