Alright I want to start off by saying I am not one to ever leave bad reviews, especially on fast food places because I don't care enough to. In fact I don't think I've ever left a bad review on yelp, I usually like to leave positive on the places that are good, and just not review the ones I don't care for. This Taco Bell is consistently terrible in every way possible. No matter the size of the order, every single time they are out of something, mix up orders, overcharge, or close an hour early. Usually I don't mind orders being messed up. I worked in food service for my first job and I get it, there's a million different things to keep track of. That's not the problem for me, though it is for others Tonight I arrived at the drive through, having placed an order 30 minutes prior, giving plenty extra time for it to be prepared, which I always try to do. Again, I've worked in food service, and the one thing I hate is getting mobile orders and the customer showing up 5 minutes later. I pulled into the drive through about 30 minutes before the lobby closed, and an hour before the drive though closed. I was asked to wait a moment for them to catch up on the orders ahead of me. Having placed a mobile order ahead of time I was in no rush and figured my order WAS one of those being prepared, so I said no worries. After waiting in dead silence for 15 minutes, the speaker came back on and said they are closed and taking no more orders. I did not question closing early because again I GET IT ITS FOOD SERVICE!!! I however quickly asked politely if because I had a mobile order placed well ahead of time if it was by any chance already prepared. They said no, and looking at the app they were correct, it was received but not completed. Either way, they denied my polite request, and out of nowhere, switched to a different person speaking and began lecturing me about how this is a restaurant and you generally "reserve" your table at least 45 minutes before closing. I got a refund through the app luckily, however I was pissed at being lectured for something I literally planned ahead for. Apparently the 6 people In line in front of me get to show up and order 15 minutes before they "close", but when I order ahead 45 minutes, I'm the one being an asshole expecting the restaurant to work until their designated hours (which they did not to be clear, I am typing this review before they've even closed). This is probably the longest review I will ever write because I'm that pissed at how I was treated, being someone who has been in their shoes. I am appalled at how quickly the escalated for no apparent reason. Someone was having a bad day. I'm glad I got my refund and I will be driving to the next Taco Bell down that's open until 4am and has infinitely better service every single time. Never coming back to this one unless I absolutely have to and it's the middle of the day where they can't possibly have closed early. Overall, horrible location. Any other Taco Bell is great. I slid to this establishment in my 2004 Toyota Corolla with a rumbly tummy. I asked for a Chicken Quesadilla with no guacamole, no fries, no fish, no eggs, no vegetables, no fruit, and no fire sauce. The person working took a second to respond and said "Will that be all?" I then responded with "Can I get another one of those with no tortilla?". They said yes and I pulled up to the window. The transaction went smoothly, fortunately I still had not payed my ex wife child support so I had a few racks in the checking account. I got my meal and realized there was NO FIRE SAUCE! This almost made me crash out like Duke Dennis in Ohio with skibidi Baby Gronk rizzing up Livvy Dunne! They apologized profusely and gave me a gargantuan amount of fire sauce. This review is for my experience this evening. We waited in the lobby without acknowledgement for 10 minutes. There is a new manager or MIC (short Hispanic dude). He came out and told us that he could not take our order at the register, we had to use the kiosk (which already failed us as it would not allow for substitutions etc). We also mentioned that we wanted to pay with cash, not card. He said the only way that we would be able to pay with cash is if we got in our car and went through the drive thru. He said his registers inside the establishment were closed. It's 6:30pm. He clearly did not want to service us, or anyone else. I get it, it's Taco Bell...I don't expect much but it would be nice to be acknowledged and at least be able to order food. The dishonestly and song-and-dance was ridiculous. On their sign they say the drive through is open until 1:00AM. I arrived at 12:41. No one greeted me on the drive through. I left and then parked in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do next because not many places are open that late unless you want to drive all the way to Medford. I then saw a pickup truck pull in to the drive through. Hoping they'd notice him and I'd get my tacos next. There where two employees there. Their cars where there and I saw them working inside. After the truck left he sat for a while confused on what to do next because again not many places are open. I pulled forward to make sure I didn't miss their closing time or whatever and this guy who I presume to be a manager did a gesture at me. Like closed. He couldn't even open the window and be polite and "like oh sorry we closed early for this reason". But nope. When you say you'll be open until a certain time YOU NEED TO BE OPEN UNTIL THAT TIME. Doing otherwise is a HUGE disservice to your business and its reputation, because then people who like to come in later will stop coming in later because people don't TRUST you'll be open. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. We waited over 20 minutes to receive our food, even though we were literally the only customers there. We were totally overcharged, and we were missing nearly half of our order. This taco bell is one that operates efficiently and quick in comparison to other tb's. Their drive through microphone is pretty good they're aren't any issues with communication.
