It's a decent place to get a great tasting big burrito like all other Chipotles, but there were a few complications. First of all the girl didn't seem to like her job as she kept on asking my wife, "anything else?" in a tone that suggested my wife shouldn't get any more toppings, so my wife opted for no sour cream or lettuce like she initially wanted. Also when I paid, the register was acting like it wasn't taking my card when it apparently did. After the receipt was printed, it finally said "Approved", because I was trying to make the computer tell me the sale went okay, but I didn't realize the girl already had a receipt. She didn't seem to be too happy how I was treating things with my card. She just seemed to not be happy about things in general. The Coke Zero was also out in the machine, so I had to wait till they weren't busy to ask. The girl apparently doesn't do anything about it, but the guy, manager?, did. Maybe she was new. I don't often leave reviews, but my family loves Chipotle, so I wanted to share some feedback in hopes that it helps improve our local Anthem location. The staff is consistently friendly and courteous, which we really appreciate. Unfortunately, the food quality and consistency have been disappointing on most of our visits. The main issues we've experienced are food that often tastes as though it has been sitting out for a while, frequent shortages of ingredients, and portion sizes that are much smaller than what we've come to expect from Chipotle. Another ongoing concern has been cleanliness and food preparation. On multiple occasions, we've found hair in our meals. While we understand that mistakes can happen, it has occurred often enough that it has become a significant concern for our family and has made us hesitant to return. I often find myself asking for extra rice and beans just to make the meal feel filling. As regular Chipotle customers, my family was excited when this location opened nearby, but the experience has been inconsistent compared to other locations we've visited. We know how great Chipotle can be when ingredients are fresh, portions are consistent, and food safety standards are maintained, which is why we're leaving this feedback. We genuinely hope management can address these concerns so this location can better reflect the quality and experience that keeps customers coming back. read more

Unlike my last experience, the food was terrible. I ordered 3 bowls - 2 were meat, rice, guacamole,salsa and beans and lettuce, and one vegetarian bowl. If there were 5 small pieces of meat it was a lot. The rice was not fresh and you could count the pieces of rice on both hands. The food was not hot as well. We all felt as though we were eating day old food! All the restaurant could say is : "we will try harder next time". No more stops at Chipotle for us- there are many other Mexican restaurants out there! read more

We ordered two bowls from this location and somehow there was so much liquid from the bowls that is soaked through the bag. It ruined the seat in my car and the bowls completely fell through the bag when I went to pick it up. I had always lived Chipotle, but the one in Anthem is the worst. With 3 teens working/not working with smug faces, no personality or a smile when greeting to walking away before you are barely done with your transaction. This Chipotle location is terrible. The scoop portions are extremely small for what they're charging. When I asked for more sour cream, the server gave me an attitude. I could literally count the pieces of lettuce they added. They also claim 30 grams of protein per serving, but a teaspoon of carnitas is nowhere near 30 grams. I would not recommend this location -- I'd rather drive to the Happy Valley location than come back here. read more
