Also, I know it sounds goofy but I was sold after my first bite of salsa! This is by far the best salsa I have had in 20 years. Only comparing to a friends mother's homegrown, home made, salsa, from her familie's recipe from Puerto Rico. I loved it so much I had to get a container to go. Part of being a good business is having accurate information online and on ordering apps so people don't waste gas when it's $5.00+ a gallon to come get food they've ordered from someone's restaurant because they're trying to support a small business. Really disappointed. I hope you fix your inaccurate hours so other patrons don't deal with this.

The fish and chips were good and had a nice crisp breading. The fried were battered and fluffy inside. The sandwich had a good ratio of meat to bread and a nice au jus. I ordered the lamb burger with the mango chutney on the side in case it had chili pepper in it. They had to take an extra minute to fix my burger because they accidentally put the chutney on them, at which point I did clarify that I can't eat chili. It arrived and looked nice with a very fluffy bun. First bite in I could tell there was some kind of chili in the lamb patty (which was unexpected as it's a Mediterranean inspired dish with feta). I couldn't eat the rest of it so I paid $22 bucks for some thick soft onion rings. This place does not offer for you to choose your burger cook temperature either, which is a little odd since their patties are very thick 1/2 pounders. This burger was definitely overcooked and very dry. The mango chutney tasted good but really did not go with the Mediterranean taste of the dish. However, I was not prepared for how much I was going to love it! The cod was cooked perfectly - not dry at all. The bok choy - whoever cooked this clearly likes bok choy. I'm reviewing the truck at Anacortes, not the eatery in Burlington. We find the quality at the food truck is superior to Burlington. However, whether you patronize any of the outlets the one thing that makes them stand out is the large variety of meats available. We chose to partake of shall we say the more exotic selections which adds to the authenticity. The other plus is the value; outstanding food at incredibly low prices. With today's Trump prices you can still afford to feed a family. I can't really say much about the ambiance, it's a food truck. Most people get their orders to go but there is a couple tables under cover for those who prefer to "dine out". Unless the weather is too cold and/or windy we prefer to "eat out" and enjoy the entree's while they are still hot and tasty.
