Cookie flights seem to be the new in so why not try a new cookie spot! Eat one cookie by yourself or split with friends; the cookies are big enough so try not to over indulge We got the s'mores, M&M chocolate chip, and the peanut butter blast cookie. The s'mores was my favorite. It came hot out of the oven, so the marshmallows were gooey. The crisp crunchy crust was the perfect dipping pair.

I needed a sweet treat and decided to try this place. It was cute and smells delicious. First off so many delicious treats it was hard to decide. I choose the biscoff cookie butter crookie. Which was a A buttery, flaky croissant stuffed with Biscoff cookie butter cookie dough baked to perfection, drizzled with Biscoff Topping Sauce, and sprinkled with biscoff crumbs. It was the best thing I've ever eaten. After eating that the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie was just okay. Mainly the icing I was not fond of.

This place... ::drool:: I've come here twice now with my daughter and every single time so far it has not disappointed! The shop is located in Blue Back Square but in a less busy part. The moment you walk in it's like walking into your grandma's house. The smell of warm, fresh baked cookies is intoxicating. It's warm and welcoming. The decor is super cute and the staff is always smiling! Each team member I've interacted with is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a couple staple cookies but every week they put out batches of new flavors and every single flavor is just soooooooo good!! No matter the time of day when you get one of their cookies it's always warm. The cookies are HUGE. The outside of each cookie is slightly crunchy and the centers are always nice and gooey. And again, WARM! They serve different types of milk to go along with their delicious cookies as well. Their flavored milks are amazing. They use a strawberry puree instead of syrup for their strawberry milk and they have lactose free options as well. They also serve other drinks and little scoops of ice cream if you'd like! It's a little pricey but SO SO worth it! They offer points as well to go towards future purchases or free products including the cookies! I for one plan on getting and using my points every chance I get!

Hello, Chip City. You don't know me, but I've been waiting for you since I was born. Is that dramatic? Probably. But, does this place even need reviews? If they ship nationwide, there's a good reason for it. And you can't even write a bad review because they are expanding... clearly they are doing something right. If you don't like these cookies, you don't like kittens or babies or sunsets or warm cups of coffee overlooking the ocean. So don't whine about another chain in Blue Back. If it's a chain, then I'm tied down and I will be eating a lot of cookies. At least I'll be happy. But really:, fresh, large cookies, Gooey center, crispy outside. The epitome of a good cookie. Unless you hate happiness, of course. I should add, a banana cookie has no business being this good.

Amazing Warm delicious cookies here! Came here for the first time while In The area and enjoyed a 3 pack of cookies. I got the chocolate chip, peanut butter and s'mores. Staff was friendly and service was super fast!

Warm, thick, chewy, delicious cookies. What more can you ask for? I was a bit skeptical because I thought Chip City would be similar to Crumbl, which I do not like, but I was wrong. These are actual, normal cookies that just happen to be giant and come in a variety of flavors. I enjoyed the s'mores the most, but the cookies and cream and chocolate chip were wonderful, as well. Definitely on the sweeter side, but they are cookies. Parking is street parking, and there is a bathroom inside. There are also a few small tables.

Bought a chocolate chip cookie and dairy-free cookies & cream ice cream for my 14-yr-old. He loved the cookie. It was a very thick cookie, crisp on the outside and soft/chewy on the inside. My son likes cookies & cream ice cream, but it's only offered as dairy-free here. Unfortunately, he discovered that he isn't a fan of dairy-free ice cream. Nonetheless, he enjoyed the cookie. The service was good -- simple, walk-in and order transaction. The place was neat with a few tables and chairs.

Best cookie spot in Connecticut by far. I'm a huge cookie lover and I've never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended!

Welcome to West Hartford!! I've heard good things about Chip City and was so excited to see Hartford County was getting one in Blueback Square! These are the perfect cookie with a crispy outside and softy gooey inside! They were all served warm! These are already being compared to a Crumbl Cookie, but these are much more "classic cookies" than Crumbl! Definitely worth a try and I can't wait to keep track of their weekly menu!

I was excited when a new cookie place was in town, because cookies are the best when done right These cookies were okay, but just not my style. I prefer a cookie that is extremely chocolatey and gooey, with a bit of a crunch on the outside. These were much denser, fluffier cookies with small chocolate chips. The flavor was a bit one-noted. It could used brown butter perhaps? I liked the s'mores more than the traditional-- it seemed to have a deeper flavor because of the graham cracker base. The chunks of chocolate were also bigger. The size of the cookies were decent. A bit pricey. Overall, it was okay :)

SO MUCH better then crumbl. The texture of the cookies were perfect; with a crispy outside and soft inside. Packaging is also super cute. The employee who serves us was really nice with a welcoming attitude.

This may finally be the oversized cookie shop to put all other oversized cookie shops to shame! Like another reviewer below, I was hesitant to try it when it first opened because the sheer size of the cookies conjured disappointing memories of Crumbl - which I find far too sweet and artificial tasting. But boy am I glad I gave chip city a chance! I've tried a handful of flavors so far (recommendations coming below) and there is a surprising consistency with the quality. Each cookie is somehow perfectly warm every time, as if it had freshly come out of the oven. The consistency is impressive given the size and thickness of the cookies - not at all cakey, they have a nice crunch on the exterior, the inside is chewy, and every bite is packed with flavor. The base of the cookies, despite the flavor, is simple yet not boring. Forget about your average sugar cookie base. Now let's get into the flavors. Unexpectedly, my favorite so far has been the white chocolate macadamia nut. It's on the sweeter side because of the white chocolate but not over the top and balanced well with the subtle nutty flavor. The brookie has to be a close runner up. That one is dairy free, which makes the outside a bit crunchier than the others, yet still so melty and chewy in the middle. It's like eating a brownie fresh out of the oven with a delicious brown butter cookie smushed right into it. S'mores was another pleasant surprise - I usually find s'mores flavoured treats overly sweet and unbalanced. This one was just right - a delicate blend of melty marshmallow, just enough graham cracker flavor, and lots of chocolate chips. Cookies n cream is also not too sweet and offers a mouth watering mix of sweet, smooth, gooeyness and chocolate cookie crunch. Even the plain chocolate chip will turn you into a fan. Loaded with chocolate, the crunchy exterior and warm chewy goodness just melts in your mouth. The only flavor I haven't been a huge fan of is cannoli. It was impressive that the frosting on top truly tasted like cannoli cream, and it's not like I didn't eat the whole thing, but it's the only flavor I've had that I wouldn't order again. Service has always been friendly and helpful. There's a rewards program so you earn points each time you buy cookies, allowing you to earn free future cookies. Which is great because once you try them, you'll have a hard time limiting your visits...

I say some of the best because I tried all of my family members' flavors and they were all winners. Also, we live in Connecticut, where there is a lot of great ice cream. Anyway, go to Milkcraft. There were a handful of seats. We went on a weekend so there was a short line. There was a couple in front of us taking forever to sample all the ice cream, which I won't fault the workers for the long wait. I decided to get a bubble cone Vietnamnese ice cream. It was good but the bubble cone was too much for me. It would have been better in a cup or small cone. I like the artwork on the walls and it's in a good location. Overall, a decent spot to get ice cream.

The cones are made fresh in-house and smell divine. Beyond ice cream, there's a whole lineup of treats dipped in chocolate: pretzels, Oreos, marshmallows, you name it. Sweet tooth? Handled. Diet? Not. Service: Everyone was super friendly and patient, even with a line. You can tell they actually enjoy working there, which makes the whole experience feel even sweeter. Atmosphere: It's more of a grab-and-go setup, like just a candy store that sells ice cream not an ice cream shop, so there's no indoor seating but right outside there are plenty of benches in downtown West Hartford. The area is busy, walkable, and perfect for a side of people-watching. The quality is top-tier, the flavors are spot-on, and everything feels like a treat because it is. Worth every penny. 10/10 recommend for locals and visitors too.

Sno 'N Dough sells a slew of carnival or country fair foods, like sweet or savory fried dough, fried Oreos, Fried Cookie Dough, 22 flavors of Snoballs, cotton candy, churros, and popcorn. We chatted with Dylan, their super friendly counterperson who whipped us up an 8-oz banana Snoball ($2.99) and a Marinara Parmesan Fried Dough ($7.99). The banana Snoball was great -light and airy and fluffy as a cloud without the course hunks of ice you sometimes find in a traditional Snow Cone. The Marinara Fried Dough was terrific -we shared some for dinner (it re-heated beautifully) and the dough came out soft and just about perfect. The sauce and cheese were also excellent, and I have to say we really loved it. Dylan told me a funny story about a customer he served a week aqo, A woman was walking by his stand, and she stopped dead in her tracks, cried out "OMG you have Snoballs", and almost started weeping. Turns out she was a Louisiana native and hadn't seen them sold anywhere besides her home state. Needless to say she was thrilled. We were pretty happy with our visit too!
