The Property Manager Mary is the type of manager you want running a storage unit property she's very professional and definitely on point when it comes to taking care of what you need from starting with the size of the storage unit you're looking to fit your belongings to going over the property rules and guidelines which is a must. She runs a tight ship which is what every storage unit facility should do. George the Storage Consultant is also on point and professional when it comes to what you're looking for such as the size of the boxes you'll need to also explaining about how the property exterior/interior is kept up on the daily which you can tell. This facility has a rat infestation. The doors to the unit have openings where the mice can get into and through all the units. My rugs. Drapes, clothes and kitchenware were full of rat droppings. There was even a live rat inside a box. I had to spend a lot of money on dry cleaning and a lot of things were just not salvageable. The company said they were not at fault. read more

Great experience here!! I've rented other places and this place by far was super accommodating and extremely helpful. Moving was already a mission for me as a single mom/ full-time worker, let alone finding a place (during covid) to store my things since everywhere I was calling had no unit's available. I was referred here from a very kind gentleman from another "sister site" that had no more units available. A lady at the front desk helped me out right away and she was a blessing in disguise! She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She helped me locate a unit that best worked for me quickly and due to a unit price marked incorrectly she still accommodated the price for me!! She even mentioned you get a free lock for checking into Yelp! They also have a few large dolly's accessible to use if you need help with your large items. The front office and units were so clean too. I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative of her helping me out. You never know what's going on in someone's life and without telling her a word..doing all that for me, made all my worries feel like everything will be okay and was a reminder not to stress out so much.
