I also learned how much the Qigong studies and movement have positively supported my journey with Bipolar. The movement, in particular, calms my mind and body, provides a grounded space, and improved my overall physical and emotional balance in life. Over time, for me, I learned once a week Qigong movement practice is exactly what I need. Deb was instrumental in my discovery of this and has supported me, without judgement or expectations, along my life and spiritual journey.
