First time at this restaurant, the service was excellent, the food was so-so, I'd give it a 7, But what I didn't like was the dirtiness of the restaurant, dust everywhere and the carpet is super dirty. If they make these changes I would definitely return to this restaurant.

The ambience could use some updating here. I was the only person there until, perhaps a half hour later, another single woman came in and sat by the window. The service is good and the food is good as well. I ordered a lunch special, almond chicken. It was exactly what you would expect from any Chinese restaurant. I would love to see this place flourish with a bit more pizzazz or freshening up somehow. The vibe feels tired. So if you're tired, maybe this is a good place to go! Conveniently located on Kentucky Street where there is abundant free parking.

Wow! I never have too high of expectations for Chinese food in Sonoma County, but this place was 10/10! I loved that it's a hole in the wall kind of place. I went on a Sunday night and it was slow, every dish we ordered was so fresh and delicious. We had the crab ragoons, mushu pork, general's chicken, and chow fun. Yummmm, I've been thinking about this place since I went and I need to go back ASAP! The young man that served us was very friendly and we didn't feel rushed at all.

The food: Salt and pepper fish was well seasoned, not greasy, and presented satisfactorily. The vegetable fried rice could have used more seasoning but a little soy sauce fixed it right up. The place: Ambiance was nice, pleasant lighting and spotlessly clean. The service: Friendly enough but not really attentive. Water glasses didn't get refilled and she didn't check in at all until we were obviously done. The price: The fish was reasonably priced but over $8 for rice with maybe a dozen little veggies is a bit much. In conclusion: Not going to be our first choice next time we're hungry but I also wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Food was amazing, priced right and Serving size was perfect for lunch and very nice staff. I would recommend this place and will return in the future.

Unfortunately, they don't have any round tables for big groups, but they can accommodate at least groups of 8-10 because they put tables together for us to fit us in. We made a res because of our group size, and we had no issues being seated right away. They serve water vs hot tea, but the water glasses are big and they are constantly refilling! Super good service. We ordered a lot of dishes because we were a group of 8. We called ahead and special ordered jai (also called Buddha's delight) which is a common dish for Chinese new year. It's clear rice noodles with veggies and tofu skin. It was delicious! We also ordered the seafood platter, beef chow fun (small charge for the wide noodles instead of mein), salt and pepper fish, green onion pancake appetizer, Manchurian beef, another veggie platter (I think it was just a deluxe veggie dish), honey walnut prawns, and basil chicken which was not spicy in my opinion. All of the food was good. The Manchurian beef and salt and pepper fish breading was a little thicker than I like but the flavors were delicious. Support local businesses!

UPDATE mid-May 2026…read more They've reopened a few days a week due to popular demand! They were focused on their catering for a bit. No hot pot until the winter. Only open on weekends. Lunch is takeout only. Yay! Their bbq pork is their specialty along with other roasted meats.

I totally was that weird kid who ate strange food growing up. I would rather eat lobster or…read moreartichokes than chicken or green beans, and given the choice I'd gladly eat my body weight in dim sum over basically any other food. That hasn't changed at all for me as an adult! In Sonoma county there was really just one place with dim sum, and lots of people wanted more options. I tried other restaurants with their dim sum adjacent menus, but they were pretty mediocre and mostly focused on fried pot stickers or the occasional steamed siu mai. Once I heard fantasy was starting a true dim sum menu, I knew we had to try it. The day we arrived I was solidly in my third trimester of pregnancy and getting around was a chore, but that wasn't going to keep me from dim sum. We were the only guests the whole time on the day we went there, which was weird to me given how good the food ended up being! Service was great, super friendly and just lovely folks. The restaurant was clean and we'll organized, and the menu was a good mix of traditional favorites and some trendy BAO for the insta. We ordered a little of everything , which to me is why dim sum is so fun. Food came out super fast, and we tucked right in. Surprisingly to me, my favorite dish is one hubs picked on a whim, the spicy won tons. The flavors and textures were on point, and even with pregnancy heartburn, the spice on these things was well worth it. Super delicious. I felt the pandan and black sesame bao were overly trendy for my taste, but I'm sure those who are new to dim sum could see these options as easy introduction into the food. Really good experience here with very tasty food, nice people and quality dishes. I'm still getting over the idea of expensive dim sum because of growing up eating it in SF with low costs in a humble setting, but for this overall experience I felt the prices were fine. I will definitely be back, and eager to try the rest of the items on their menu.

I'm more a spicy person v spicy/ sweet flavor. The chicken Sandwhich also was a bit sweet. However the fries are really good. I just wish the spicy sauce was actually spicy with no sweet. I will say I am looking to come back to try their bulgogi fries. They looked pretty good. Service was quick, staff were friendly. Recently, we went and had dinner. The food and service were lovely. That in itself isn't a huge issue because we would normally tip 20% anyway. The issue is that none of the staff mentioned the service charge and on the credit card receipt, the suggested tips were still the normal amounts of 15%, 20%, and 25%. If you didn't notice the service charge, you'd leave a normal tip on top of it. This feels a bit disingenuous as most places charging a service charge will reduce the suggested tip options to something like 3%, 5%, and 7%. Please review your receipt carefully if you dine here!
