I felt like Oriental tonight. Buffet would do. I found this location on yelp being that I am only here for one night. The decor was good. Lotsa room and a comfortable environment. Waitresses very nice and attentive. Food selection it was OK. Lack of beef products probably due to the fact they have so many seafood products which is great if you like seafood. Within the regular buffet area the vermicelli noodles were so dried out they were hard and crunchy. Many of the two types of dumplings were over cooked, possibly from the steam tables not removing the older food . I was there at dinner time 5 o'clock so I would expect fresh food. This had to be one of the worse chinese buffets I have ever had the misfortune of going to. We saw that there were a lot of cars in the parking lot so we thought it must not be too bad. We were very disappointed. I do not know what has happened to the chinese buffets in Maryland these past 2 years. I do not know why they even have chinese in the name. If you like Mexican, you might like this restaurant. All the ingrediants and items are something you would find in Mexico. Whole corn on the cob and everything. He wanted nothing to do with the steamed rice that we added to the raw vegetables on the plates we gave him. I told him and pointed to the sauce to be added to the dish and he told me to come back in 5 minutes (well that is what another customer translated to me). My youngest two sons and I went to this establishment for supper. When we walked in the door, we were friendly-greeted by a young lady. I explained I had a lap-band and could not eat the adult portions. Another young woman came up and they took turns explaining their policy. I understood what they were saying and was willing to buy a takeout portion to eat and my sons would then eat the adult portions. My next question was if they honored the military with a discount...NO. The young ladies explained that they do give the senior citizen discount BUT you have to be 65 YEARS OF AGE. By this time, if I had been by myself, I would have walked out. I truly dislike restaurants that charge as much as they do for a buffet but do not feasibly honor our VETERANS. As we did not eat there, I cannot comment on the taste, temperature and variety of food, as I am sure they are well within the health codes of the State of Maryland. I do regret that I will not go to this particular buffet even when I turn 65. read more

Fairly standard Chinese buffet... plenty of normal Americanized Chinese favorites along with kiddie-type buffet fare like fried mozzarella sticks. The sauce on the General Tso's Chicken was a little bit thin, but everything else was pretty good for a buffet. My main complaint is that this place was an absolute zoo. My friends and I decided to stop by this place on our way to Ocean City. The previous Chinese buffet along Route 50 had gone out of business so I thought maybe there wasn't any demand for these in this area. This restaurant was a great find. I tried the various chicken recipes such as black pepper chicken, orange chicken, and barbecue chicken. I also tried pizza, fried rice, and an egg roll. Everything was fantastic. We would've liked to try out more food such as the Hibachi grill. Unfortunately, my stomach wasn't big enough. Service was also good. Our server got us big cups of cold water. It tasted great. After they remodeling, they just perfectly copy the flaming grill's foods. However, foods' name and looks r so similar, but it's not tasty at all. Their crab legs r not easy to consume, their soup also not really taste. Also, the server usually not visit ur seat. Never check ur status and never take out ur empty dishes. Had dinner here over a year ago and it was great, went again last night with a large group and the food quality really has gone down hill. You could tell many items had been reheated from previous day's which dried them out. Absolute garbage owners I ate here every week, and when I sat down and ate a bite one day, I started feeling ill I explained this to the manager (the same woman everyone complains about) and she said I could put my plate in a box... Which is nice but I take small plates to not be wasteful My wife told me that I should talk to the owner because she was sure he'd understand... He had no interest in speaking to me and they suggested I find a new restaurant and even said "put this on help, I don't care" I have a chronic health condition that makes me sick. It took 1 min for me to drive back out... They could tell my wife was very pregnant.... Why drag me around like this? They also used these very cross words wth me in front of other customers. I just feel completely blindsided and it sucks to lose my favorite Chinese restaurant, but I refuse to support assholes. I have read multiple reviews on Facebook from pregnant woman who seem to be treated differently too. Bigger and more complete than any other Chinese buffet I've eaten at. It was easily a third larger than my favorite local buffet. Maybe the population just isn't dense enough in the Midwest to support the high volume a buffet this large must require? This place does seat maybe twice what my local does. The $14.99 weekend buffet included crab legs, blue crabs, and several more kinds of sushi (sashimi and inarizushi, even) than I'd see locally. They even had a raw bar, which is not what I want in a buffet but I was impressed that they had one. Moreover, the food was fresh, with new pans coming out all the time, and everything I tried was good (even the stuffed mushrooms, which are usually a disappointment.) We considered another buffet in a storefront in central Salisbury and walked out after looking at the small and withered-looking selection, I'm so glad we came here instead! read more
