This restaurant decided to add a 8.00 tip them selves on to m 27.00 bill I didn't authorize it. This was a stolen tip. The lady only brought me a glass of ice water and never saw her again. I will be up there today. Demanding not only the eight dollars back but the 27.00for the meals. I encourage everybody to check your card as soon as you leave there because if they're doing it to one person, they're doing it to everybody stealing their tips or more from you. This place has gone down hill ALOT!! It use to be really good, but it's not anymore. The last time I went the food tasted spoiled. I decided to give them another shot and the chicken was pretty much raw and my fried rice had a funny taste. Might need a visit from the health department. They are also really rude, which I use to overlook because I liked the food, but now it's just bad all the way around. Fried rice looked like it was fried in a dirty bucket, General Tso's chicken was doe balls, bourbon chicken was so dry it was nearing a jerky state, Lo Mein had so many bean sprouts in it, that's exactly what it tasted like. A total waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

First time here I'm from Florida and I have tried many Chinese food places and this one was honestly delicious I ordered the bourbon chicken combo that came with rice. The bourbon chicken was sweet like it should it be. It was delicious I would definitely buy it again. I also ordered beef lo mein and it was okay. A little too savory then I like. Ordered carry out from here. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up 26 minutes after the phone call and paid. Then they started cooking my order, which took 20 minutes to make...for one person (orange chicken and crab Rangoon). So 46+ minutes for a "15 minute " carry out order. Never had an issue until today, staff was VERY rude! I assumed I was given the wrong order because everything in my bag was completely wrong! I called to get things fixed and basically was told that they didn't mess anything up and they weren't going to fix it! This place has awesome lunch specials! The price is less than $5 for a variety of items. Comes with either white rice or pork fried rice and a choice of wonton, egg drop, hot and sour soup, egg roll or soda! Can't beat this price! Service is good and workers are really friendly! read more

I am attempting to try everything on the menu, so far my favorite is the Moo Goo Gai Pan. The brown sauce reminds me of the Chinese food that I am used to back home (Hawaii). The Sesame Chicken was also really yummy. I'm not a fan of the Sweet and Sour Chicken, it seemed too plain to me. This is my favorite place to eat in Mt. Sterling. The food is always excellent and so is the service!! Their egg drop soup is the best!! Highly recommended!! I have been a customer here since the place opened. It was never "the best" Chinese food, but it was what Mt. Sterling had for take out, I always enjoyed it. Over the years, certain menu items have been great, then not great, then great again. Again, no biggie, it's what we had. I always knew that at least one part of my order was going to be excellent... The steamed dumplings! So many Chinese places steam up frozen store bought dumplings. Not China Wall. For years, they had these perfect, hand made, thick and juicy morsels of awesomeness that always made me happy. As of today, no more... I got frozen, store bought, limp, gross dumplings that don't even come close to the originals. I am beyond disappointed... Every bite tastes like I'm downing a shot glass of sesame oil... Even after the severe increase in prices over the last few months, I told myself, "at least I can still afford dumplings..." NO MORE. Bring em back, and I'll come back. The address and phone number is for China Wall not Wok, there isn't a China Wok in town. I order here 3-4 times a month. My order has only been messed up once but it was taken by a new employee (about a year ago). Service is always friendly. They always say it will be 10 or 15 minutes but it's always longer, no big deal.
