In fact, we have been back several times since then. To this day, I don't know what was going on in the kitchen, and I am not sure if they got a new cook or not, but whatever it was, it worked. I even got another order of fried rice (I was a cook on a navy destroyer for three years and we made a lot of fried rice, so I know good from bad on that one!) and, lo and behold, it was good. The other dishes we got were also good, so I am thinking all is well now. Looks like we got our Chinese restaurant back again. To the staff at Ming Moon, keep up the good work, and keep the deep fat oil in the deep fat fryer. I can now, honestly, recommend this restaurant as a go to place.

He mentioned the orange flavor was perfect. Either Jack asked if we wanted dessert and I missed it or he didn't ask. Our friend thought maybe he did and she said no, but she couldn't be sure.
