I'd like to make it clear that I understand that my order was already made and it's no longer their problem. The owner on the phone (whom I've interacted with multiple times) was beyond rude. I explained why I couldn't come in and I offered for them to just keep my money since I understood it wasn't their fault. After cutting me off multiple times, she hung up on me. I was obviously charged (again I understand they have to do what they have to do), but I've never felt so belittled by a restaurant, especially one I've supported for years.
