Also their spring rolls are top tier, if I could eat them everyday I would 1000% eat them. The service is always super fast, even when you come with rather large orders; or even lunch rushes. My favorite thing to get from there is a difficult choice between the veggies and fried rice, or just the plain fried rice. Their egg drop soup is good, especially if you're feeling under the weather. I absolutely adore eating the wonton soup. And the egg rolls and spring rolls are definitely something to try for the books. And did I mention that they have fortune cookies? Delicious decadence at its damned finest. When you do go to try Ming Moon, please, take time to understand the menu and the ingredients in each dish. I swear they make their food with passion. But, if you do not take into consideration what ingredients are in a dish/item, and you proceed to get mad at the employees/restaurant for not living up to your expectations/standards, then that solely falls on you as the customer/guest for not taking the time to look at the menu/ingredients and ask questions if you have concerns or are curious. The staff/employees are so sweet. And very efficient when it comes to their food/work. Very clean restaurant as well. What a lovely restaurant and what lovely people who run this restaurant. Don't forget to give yourselves rest, TLC, stay hydrated, and take it easy! I hope/pray that Ming Moon stays around for many, many, many years. We'll definitely be back in the future! Blessings to you and yours to everyone at Ming Moon! Take care!
