Oh. My. God. I used to order from here when I lived in Appleton 10 years ago. I was back in the area yesterday, so I decided to grab it for lunch. Upon pulling up, it looked deserted. I could see immediately their sign about the buffet so I considered that. I pull open the door & there's no one inside except a worker with her child sitting on a table filled with dolls & playdoh. Kinda gross. I see the buffet area, it's FILLED with toys. The food heating trays - TOYS. WTF. So I am greeted, I hesitantly order my food. Sit down at a table. The little girl comes up and sits next to me screaming, throwing play doh. No is around so I just sit & listen to this until my food is ready. There are toys everyyyyywhere inside and a crib right in the main seating area. It was so bizarre. Now, the food. Awful. Some pieces tasted like straight up chemical cleaning supplies. One of the most filthy places I've ever been to. Not sure how they are up to health code & open frankly. read more

This place is the worst! I cannot believe how gross it was inside. The ceiling tiles were falling apart it smelled bad but I had a pick up order. So I paid for it And took it home It was supposed to be sesame chicken with white rice and beef and mushrooms. The sesame chicken tasted like nasty fish. No chicken flavor at all!! It was old and clearly not fresh. I'm not sure what it was cooked in but I couldn't eat it. I threw all of it away. My husband has allergies to seafood and god only knows what the hell it really was Do not ever go here!!!! I cannot believe they have a valid license to be open! read more

Do NOT do it!!! Placed an order on-line for delivery to a hotel, food arrived (driver had a bloody nose) problem was not only were there no utensils but there was no duck sauce nor soy sauce, WTF! When we called to ask about this we were informed that it was our fault as we didn't ask for utensils nor soy sauce and none would be sent to us!!! I asked if dine in customers were required to ask for soy sauce only to be reminded that we didn't remind them to send soy sauce; of course there is no place on-line to remind them to send soy sauce! The food was really gross, it was cold, old and smelly. They put maple syrup on the barbecue pork as if it were a pancake. Who does that? The shrimp fried rice was old and smelly. The beef broccoli was cold, and the so called meat was chewy and not even my dog would touch it. This place needs to either hire a better cook, change out their food and use fresh products. Or just close down because one day someone is going to get food poison with how bad the food is here. Definitely a huge fail, I do not recommend this place at all. For the price we paid here, it was not worth it. Avoid it or suffer the disgust you will feel after you eat here. read more

Not good. I think they live there. Daughter was running around putting her toys on customers tables as they walked in. Very unprofessional.

At best all of their food is average. The dumplings taste like they were frozen. The hot and sour soup tastes like soy sauce and the singapore noodles are red instead of yellow. Everything was less than desired. I couldn't even get a receipt from the delivery. read more

Outdated, dirty interior so we usually get delivery because there really isn't anything else that isn't worse in our area. The food is inconsistent, sometimes the Lo Mein is great, sometimes dry. Sometimes the teriyaki meat sticks are decent, usually they are burnt, dry and old. The fried rice is edible. read more

So disappointed in the quality. While one of our orders (pot stickers) was enjoyed, two from our group ordered sweet and sour chicken. There is NOTHING sweet or sour. The sauce is a watered down red sauce. No pineapple. No sweet. We basically got deep fried chicken with fried rice. And to top it off, 3 fortune cookies for 4 orders. going downhill! i have ate there occasionally for several years, their pepper chicken was always what brought me back. Lately (2017) they have not been cleaning the establishment, windows fithy, floor sticky, not swept, etc. I did not feel sanitary eating there. also, the pepper chicken was not as tasty as in the past, I did not get sick, but i tasted a couple bites that tasted bad. Terrible. These people are not trustable. The order was done incorrectly, even though it was labeled correctly on the menu they brought me. I immediately called to have the order corrected and to compensate me they offered to bring along the extra spices to make it into the correct order, apparently the cook had forgotten this. After waiting over 15 min. for the additional ingredients required to fulfill my order I asked the manager to please replace it as my food was now cold and the rest of my family had a ready finished eating. Additionally asked him to include napkins with the corrected order and they affirmed napkins would be included. When the order arrived an additional 15 min. later there were no napkins and there was something odd about the flavor of the corrected order. I was concerned and called back for satisfaction. I was met with a barrage of excuses and when I asked to speak to a manager or an owner I was given attitude I was called names and told they simply didn't care (and they were out of napkins)! When I asked for my money back I was told that I needed to give all the food back as well - this seemed odd. I even asked for the tip money back as clearly the delivery person had not confirmed the order either. This again was met with attitude and poor customer service, and a disconnection. Xiong is the name I was quoted for manager and cook. I called the police, but was not in the mood to make this a federal case, so, they simply gave me the number for the Better Business Bureau which I called. read more
