My experience with China King is usually, outstanding however, this time around this wasn't entirely the case. The service is always great with the staff being very friendly and welcoming along with the ambiance of the location being well lit and always has a nice temperature. My only issue this time around was the beef and curry dish as it tasted very bland and a bit of a musty taste to it. This being said, I would still recommend this place as every business has its off days. read more

We've been ordering from this place for a while, and we'll continue to do so cuz it's the best in the area. Best quality for your $, especially considering the containers are literally bursting with the portions. And tonight i probably just had the best pork egg roll of my life. Food prepared super fast as well read more

We ordered online and picked up at the store. My husband was a little bit early and waited for the food to be done. When he got home (a 6 minute drive) his food was cold. He ordered broccoli in garlic sauce, but received broccoli in beef sauce and it was cold. When I called the restaurant the lady kept telling me I was wrong, that the food was not cold. When I told her it was also the wrong sauce/order she told me all the sauces are the same and I am wrong about my order. Every time I tried to talk she kept talking over me and telling me over and over again that she knows my husband picked it up and it was not cold and that the sauce is all the same. The rice is also horrible. It tasted minute rice from the microwave. I did get tofu in orange sauce and my daughter got lemon chicken, and those were good. My daughter also got crab ragoons and she said they were not good, and she loves crab rangoons. It was a very mixed quality of food. read more

This is our go to Chinese place! Always correct, fast, and delicious. My favorite crab rangoons too - and I'm a critique lol. They're super nice and always make sure to say hi to our babies (our two dogs) when they deliver. read more

Orange chicken and egg rolls are delicious! Family meals are a good deal and have great serving sizes. Will be back for sure.

Great customer service! I came in to pick up a to go order and it was ready as soon as I walked in they had told me 20 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes after I ordered just to check the place out before I picked up my food in case of traffic, and it was already ready for me. They were very prompt and kind. The menu is very large and I guarantee could find anything you like here I always recommend trying one or two dishes because everything is so good. They also offer bottled soda, vess, tea and water. read more

The food is delicious, especially for carryout. The speedy service is what we love the most. The cleanliness brings the place's ambiance to another level. read more

Food is good, if ordering carry out and they say the wait is 20 minutes, you better believe it's gonna be 20 mins or longer.

We ordered from here for years, and it was our favorite. I'm not sure what happened in the last year or so (maybe they have new owners); but all of our favorite dishes taste totally different and are not close to the level of taste as before. We have ordered 3 different times in the last 6 months, hoping it was just an off night the time before...but 3 times in a row with such low quality is enough for us. Maybe we can find a new favorite (or perhaps find the last owners at a new spot...who knows)! read more

Service is amazing. I came in at 9:40 and saw the sign that said they closed at 9:30. They welcomed me so sweetly and asked if I needed anything. I told them it's 9:40 are you still open, they hesitated and said are you hungry? I said yes but if your kitchen is closed I don't want to bother. They said NO, what would you like. Rest is history. Sweetest place, great great great food. Thank you so much for being so kind, I will definitely be back. read more

My wife and I considered this our favorite Chinese restaurant for many years, but no more. We both ordered cashew chicken and the orders had hardly any chicken or cashews. 95% of the food was crisp vegetables. Additionally, my wife ordered hers spicy and it was not. Finally, the my wife ordered fried rice which was a $2 up charge and it was very plain. We were never charged for fried rice before either. Will be looking for a new Chinese restaurant now. read more

Horrible. Ordered to go from Here and it tasted off after eating I got into bed and laid down and then got up and was throwing up the past couple hours. This food was horrible! I've never thrown up so much in my life. I know it was the food because my boyfriend as well was sick after eating it tonight. He never gets sick and was sick in the bathroom as well!!!! STAY FAR AWAY! read more

What can I say? It's your usual Chinese takeout food. After a night of binge drinking, my friend and I were craving something fast, cheap, and greasy. China King hit the spot for us. But like I said, we were hungover and tired so our taste buds were not at 100%. We ordered the Sesame Chicken and Garlic Chicken lunch specials (onree foh tenty fai - $4.25), both with fried rice. My friend didn't want the little pork pieces in the fried rice because she said it makes it too salty, so we requested it plain which they obliged. The lunch specials come with your choice of soup, egg roll, or crab rangoon (aka cream cheese wonton). We got the crab rangoon and ordered a separate wonton soup. We also got a couple of, I think, 32oz sodas. I've never been to the actual restaurant, but my friend told me everything is made to order so it is fresh. The Sesame chicken had a little too much breading for me, but it was decent. The vegetables were fresh, but started to brown about halfway through. Delivery was quick and the food was still hot when we chowed down. For all that including free delivery (for orders over $12) the total was only $12.73. Oh my garsh, so chip! Note: They also accept credit card on delivery orders, just let them know before hand. Food: 2 - 2.5 stars Service and Price: 1 star read more

Below standards. Not very good. There are other places in the same area that are better. I found the food too greasy, and over cooked. I understand we all have different taste, but I would hope you would agree to try another place to eat. read more

Orange chicken overdone and dry, fried rice overdone and dry, the egg roll I wouldn't feed to my dog. I threw it in the trash where it should go. Maybe the worst Asian food I've ever had. read more

I am not a big fan of Chinese food to begin with because the meat is questionable. With that being said I always get plain fried rice with extra egg and crab rangoon. Ordered about $30+ worth of food last night for the family. Took an hour to get here. Tipped $5. Got everything out ready to eat because we were all starving and was extremely disappointed that my rice was full of meat. I called and they offered a credit for next time. There will be no next time so even though I ordered delivery because I didn't want to leave my house and paid for the service I still had to get my happy ass in my car and drive up there or else I wasn't eating dinner. I wish I would have looked up the yelp reviews before I ordered dinner last night. Very disappointed. read more

Quality Chinese takeout with a very prompt and friendly service. They are definitely a bar above most places in the area.

An hour and 15 minutes ago we order Chinese food from #ChinaKing in at peters (1 mile from us!!) So we still don't have it so I called them and they said oh my goodness were so busy we're still cooking it so we canceled our order .....really disappointed and hungry read more

friendly staff, good food, good vibes!! Gentleman at front desk was very polite and had the food ready to go! the rangoons here are GAS. highly recommend read more

Order my food at 630pm. Tried cancelling at830 would not let me. I have eaten here before wasn't bad. However tonite was the worse food, customer service, from the man who took my order and lied and said it was picked up around 8 so i wouldn't cancel till when it actually was ready at 853pm. I will never order from this store again. In my opinion worse chinese experience I ever had. Wish they let me give negative stars. Wish I could post a picture of their food tonite. Making me select a star my star rating is negative. read more

Only place where I can eat Chinese food and not feel sick the next day. Best chicken low mein any where. Only dislikes are the crab Rangoon that has no crab or onion, and has sugar! And unfortunately the egg rolls are bad. When jack in the box beats you at egg rolls it's a sad thing. read more

If you are looking for authentic unique Chinese food this place isn't for you. If you are looking for a regular tasty local place to get fast hot american Chinese food i would go to china king. Most meals are about $5 and you get large portions. The lo mein is good and so are the eggs rolls, crab rangoon, garlic chicken and fried rice. The ladies that work there are very nice. When we want to just get something and go we get china king. read more

I ate at this place for the first time a while back and that will likely be the last. No problems with service, speed, or the friendliness of the staff, but the food did not taste fresh - it tasted old and like it had been in the freezer too long. My family and I are not picky, but we could not finish our meal. The only good item we had off the menu was the crab rangoon, thus I'm allowing 2 stars instead of just 1. The crab rangoon was good, but when we eat chinese food in the future we will find somewhere else to go. read more

This used to be my go to cheap Chinese joint. For 8 yrs in fact. Close and fast, with OK food. Last two of three visits will be my last. Husband found a crispy cooked fly in his fried rice. Isolated incident I thought.. Tonight, found a chicken feather in the moo shoo beef! No more for us. I'm questioning this place's sanitary practices... guess it's going down hill. read more

Yummy、nice Chinese food，nice price，I like it～nice place

2nd order. Hot & sour soup is fantastic. We really like it

Go to the China King on Wolfrum, the food is better, and the people who run it are friendly. Had more then one bad experience at this location, so I avoid it. read more

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight. First impression, the place has seating, but you can't sit. All of the tables are either dirty or have peoples belongings (coats, backpacks, old food in the metal containers from the kitchen and condiments and bags from other fast food restaurants) on them that didn't belong to other diners, so I'm guessing it belongs to the people who work there. They also had old food sitting out on the dining tables and who knows what else. It looks like the staff lives there and throws their stuff all over the dining room and doesn't clean up after themselves. The food was uneventful and the place was iffy, so we are going to try someplace else next time. read more

I like this place. The place clean and the food was good, very hot and ready quickly. Everyone was friendly and me and my wife and two kids were in and out, fed, in 35min. For a sit down meal I was very happy. I do recommend to others to go here. read more

We've have been having them deliver to us for about a year everything was fine until the last time we ordered, the order was wrong and it took them 11/2 hours to get here! But hey,one bad experience so we give them another shot. The order isn't here i again!(11/2 hours) I call and the women that answers the phone complains because she says we are too far! she then says that they are so busy they haven't cooked our food!Really, there are way too many choices for anyone to put up with this kind of service. read more
