Service is fast and efficient, both for takeout and dining in. The staff is friendly and accommodating, although there were minor moments during our dine-in visits where the attention to detail could have been slightly better--but, I have been a server for 24 years and probably have a high standard. I'd say the focus is more on the food than the dining experience itself. Overall, New Garden is a solid, less expensive choice when you're craving Chinese food. There were a ton of veggies and meat in both dishes. The veggies could not have been any fresher. They were not soggy and cooked perfectly.
