I've always wanted to try this place, so figured since I was out and about shopping small business Saturday, I'd it. 2 stars for the girl working behind the counter, she was friendly and helpful. 0 stars for the food itself. Rice is extremely dry, and not really sure what the flavoring is on the chicken, but it's not a flavor I've ever tasted when eating General Tso's. It taste like ot had BBQ or something on it prior and they've re-purposed. NASTY!

My fave Chinese spot in the Triad always has a long wait and sometime you just don't want to wait too long. If you know, you know. China Garden however is in my backyard and has pretty good reviews so I made my way today. Indecisive as usual, I eventually made my selection. The cashier didn't offer much assistance, but was patient so that's was good. I ordered fried shrimp and house fried rice, general tsos combo (egg roll and pork fried rice), hot and sour soup and shrimp egg roll. She also gave me plenty of sauce packets, which is an unusual yet appreciated occurrence. We enjoyed everything, but the fried shrimp. Definitely will drop in again.

Ordering online saved me time on my lunch break. The portion of the food was a good amount for the price. Food was pretty good, chicken was a little crispy for my liking, but that's just me.

We've had amazing Chinese food in San Francisco Chinatown when we lived there during our post…read moregraduate studies, and have to say this place measures up! Best we've had yet in the Triad area by a long shot. First off, the online ordering process is super easy, and the estimated time for pick up was spot on. Highly recommend ordering online beforehand. The place was slammed, packed in like sardines on a Saturday evening. Everyone waiting for orders, and even if you don't order prior, the wait would still be worth it. This place was a well oiled machine, everyone knowing exactly what to do and how to pump out stellar authentic Chinese food quickly and efficiently. Flavorful dishes, authentic spices and sauces, juicy meat, perfectly cooked noodles and rice...you name it, this place does it right. Crispy scallion chicken is the bomb! Each and every other dish we had was top notch, including the pork egg foo young, chicken lo mein, house special fried rice (chicken pork and shrimp). And can't leave out the perfectly fried pork egg rolls...taste overload. Can't wait to come back and try more of this amazing and truly authentic Chinese joint.

That kitchen is packed with people cooking up the absolute best Chinese food and takeout in the Triad. It doesn't get better than this folks. This is currently, and always has been, the best spot to get your fix. Even my family members from NY who have access to amazing Chinese takeout on every corner agree. Everything is delicious, but make sure you get enough of their scratch made pork egg rolls to have one with you meal, and one for the air fryer to go with your leftovers. They are addicting. Try the crispy scallion chicken, along with your favorites. Golden Wok forever!

I'll start off by saying I appreciate how clean this place is. I walked in on a Sunday evening at almost 8pm and the place was spotless. Food was fresh, service was cheerful. My food was well packaged. By far the best egg roll I've ever had. The fried rice could've used more flavor, but nothing a little soy sauce couldn't fix. And it's right next to my food lion, only 5 mins from the house. This place will surely be a go-to.

Hmmm. Where to start…read more Positives: clean restaurant and friendly service. Price point was decent. Cons: I ordered chicken fried rice that had absolutely no chicken. Or flavor. Enough veggies to say they were in there. I added a couple of eggs and some soy sauce when I got home and tried it to make it taste like something. Again, no chicken in the chicken fried rice. I ordered beef and broccoli and asked if I could pay for extra beef (and was told yes and I DID pay for it.) Things I don't understand: how come it was in the same sized box as a regular order if you added extra beef? How come the extra beef was chicken (?!?!)? The beef was almost soggy the chicken ("extra beef") wasn't beef. Not sure I'm going to go back but thought I would at least tip off other people to check your orders before you leave the building.
