The chicken had the consistency of rubber, and had a weird, reddish hue to the meat (see my pic). It was several months before I dropped back in for my 2nd visit, that time, I tried their General Tso's chicken. The flavor for the General Tso's was off, compared to other Chinese takeout places I've had that dish at before, it was just not appealing at all. Outside is very much a busy shopping plaza in not the best part of town. Inside is a completely different story. Very clean and spacious, lots of booths and tables. Decorated well and a lot to see. The staff were friendly but there was a slight language barrier. We fumbled through the menu and found some bites to try. Food came out relatively quick, and that was a bit to manage because there were a lot of plates brought rather quickly. We got pics and dug in. The bites were flavored well. Nothing felt too greasy or under seasoned. The white pepper chicken was very crispy. But not a lot of chicken on each bite. The sweet and sour soup was both sweet and sour, but balanced enough that you could keep on eating it. The dumplings were fresh noodles and the filling was spiced well.
