My neighbor talked about this place all the time I finally stopped in to check it out. The burgers were good and the wings were phenomenal

I have visited them 3 or 4 times and they never disappoint. The owners are super friendly and personable, but the food is what keeps me coming back. I would honestly visit more if they were closer. The bowl is a must to try and the chicken wings remind me of one the best wing spots back in Bham & Atl. Definitely worth checking out and the price point is fair for the amount of food you receive. Oh yea, they make a lot of their own sauces, their blue cheese, chimac sauce, and houstonlanta sauces are my fave. read more

Just straight up amazing, I got the Half/Half bowl with noodles and half steak half chicken, and a Kbbq steak burrito and let me tell you it's worth every penny and every bite, never thought I'd ever see a place like this with food this amazing, and they also had great customer service, the woman at the window was very nice and was even nice enough to bring out of order, 5/5 would HIGHLY recommend read more

Never come back. The service is bad. The food are not fresh. Feel like they using old oil. My son got tummy ache after eating the food.

Great and a lot of food in a plate. Not a fancy place from outside, but nice inside. Food is great.

Just got food at Chimac for the 4th time. The quality of the food and service is still as good as the rest of the times. Do yourself a favor and go here if you haven't already. read more

Love the food and the owners are always there working and being friendly! The KBBQ sauce is amazing...and addictive!!

I love coming to this place for lunch and they have the best ribeye with rice. They also have Kool-Aid different flavors and must try their homemade salad dressing. read more

I have yet to try anything I didn't like. Obsessed with this place. The wings, bowls, burrito & kbbq philly are my faves. I think I've almost tried the whole menu. My only suggestion for their doordash menu would be to add an extra meat option for the burrito & bowls. The food is always fresh and so flavorful!! I'm embarrassed to admit how much I've been eating here since I discovered it. read more

Their food is great!!!! I love their fries. And i absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a quick stop on the road.

This place it amazing!!!! The food is the best I've ever had! If you never tried it or are kinda weary try it!!!

I came in on a Friday night. I walked up to the counter and asked Blanca if she can take my order . She said ok and looked at me like she was confused. She was not helpful with the menu . seemed like she didn't want to be there . Very poor customer service . I ordered the fish combo ,That was disappointing it had no flavor. First time here and the last time I will be eating from this place! read more

LOVE this place. The KBBQ bowl with either the beef or the chicken are top notch. I always get the fried rice option, and when I bring it home it disappears. I love it, my wife loves it, my kids love it. Simple. Delicious! read more

Great food. Everything was hot & tasty. I ordered the philly steak and cheese sub with fries and lemon pepper wings with fries rice. The drinks aren't very big, actually like a small but it was enough. I'll be back! read more

I usually dont do reviews that much but this place is probably my top 5 food places in houston. Their noodles, kimchi fries, wings, you name it is all perfect. If this place was closer to me, id probably go everyday read more

Very good and spicy! Staff was helpful the first time I visited and have been patient with me since. They have a large selection of food and I have been trying a different part each time. All has been good. It is hard to chose because it all looks good and it doesn't help when your coworkers always tell you to try this or try that. read more

Place is very good, but they recently price increased from their already high prices. $2.25 just to add noodles to a $10 plate. Great Food tho can't Deny that! read more

Love! The fried rice plus Chimac sauce is to die for, and the teriyaki chicken, beef, and wings are amazing! They are always so friendly there, plus always give unlimited amounts of sauce so I really recommend the Chimac sauce! read more

Wonderful people and wonderful food. Service was phenomenal I would eat here everyday if I wasn't broke.

Great food customer service is awesome . Everything we ordered came out fresh the wings awesome the philly beats any one I ever had

I wasn't too sure about the place from the outside, but inside is updated, clean, and a very friendly staff. I was ordering to-go since I had some hungry guests at my house so I went with the 30 wing combo, with fries, lo mein, and fried rice. It also came with a bowl of choice and three drinks, in which I went with the steak bowl. For the wings I went with the Korean BBQ, Lemon pepper, and garlic pepper. The wings were crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The fries were crispy and generous in portions. The lo mein and fried rice was nothing special, but decent to go along with the wings. The steak bowl was pretty good too. Everything taste better with the chimac sauce! The fountain drinks that chimac makes which is their lemonade, a strawberry kiwi, and this mango drink is like crack in a cup. So don't sleep on those drinks! I will definitely be back to this place for more wings. Give this place a try, you won't regret it! read more

I have been to this restaurant twice this week and received the same great service and quality of food! Don't let the outside of the building fool you as this is an older building because the inside is very clean and the staff is friendly. The wings and fried rice are amazing as I recently had that last night. I ordered the #6 family combo and it came with 30 wings, kbbq bowl (chicken or steak), two large sides (onion rings and fried rice were my selection), and 4 large (32 oz.) cups for soda. That meal was only $26.xx and well worth it as it fed a family of four plus we had leftovers for the next day. Since my order was a lot to carry, the friendly employee at the front counter helped carry my food while I carried the four large drinks to my car. Definitely outstanding customer service! I plan to go back as every item on the menu is very affordable and the quality of the food is excellent. Chimac, keep up the great work as my family and I are now loyal customers! Thank you! read more

I had the day off and was running around town doing errands. Drove past this place and remembered the awesome write up they had in the chronicle. Turned myself around and came in. Everybody was so nice and made recommendations. Got my order to go and opened that bag to the delicious combo of the spicy steak bowl with fried rice and some hot wings. Here I am five days later back for more! You have to try this place there's so much to try! read more

Spicy Kbbq Bowl this bowl is perfect! Great flavor! Enough food for price! I have been three times! The steak is the best and the kbbq wings are good! read more

Placed the order on Yelp and it was ready to go by the time I got there to pick it up! We ordered the philly combo with fries and six wings, while my wife got the kbbq philly with onion rings. Our only complaint was that while the philly had plenty of meat veggies and cheese, the KBBq philly's amount of meat seemed much less. Other than that, the flavor was Ah-mahzing! read more

Not only do you get a bang for your buck, but the customer service there is the best you'll ever get. The best wing flavors in my opinion is honey garlic and the deep fried fish there is so cheap and good! read more

A friend of mine told me about Chimac about a month ago and I've been dying to try it. I love supporting local business. Today, I visited them on Yelp and ordered online. It was fast and simple. I ordered pick up for me and a co-worker. When I arrived, my food was already bagged and ready to go. When I got the the office, I discovered that they had only placed one of my orders in the bag. I called the restaurant immediately and they were quick to resolve the issue. Someone (I believe he was the owner) arrived at my office within 15 minutes with my missing order with additional items thrown in. WOW! Talk about customer service......other restaurants can learn from these guys! They mean business. And the beef BBQ was AMAZING. The servings are generous and the prices very reasonable. I cannot wait to try the other items on the menu. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed, I can promise you that! read more

I've always passed this place up when commuting to and from work and home. Today, my spouse and I finally decided to give it a try. We both got bowls and actually enjoyed them. The chicken, shrimp, and steak were really good. There is a wide variety of meals to try here and the prices are not too expensive at all. My only concern was that we sat at a table that was open, and the table behind us was supposed to be closed due to social distancing and no one enforced social distancing once someone sat at the table less than 6 ft away. Other than that, Great Job. I will definitely return read more

The interior was so uniquely decorated and the staff was very friendly and always so accommodating. Service matters in my dinning experience. I liked the hot wings and fried rice. It's got a hip but korean feel. Definitely will be back. It's just a great place to socialize. read more

Wings come out out hot and I haven't had a sauce that I don't like yet. I go here once a week so you no it's good.

This place was awesome! My family and I are new to Houston and decided to stop in after reading online reviews and boy were they right! As fellow New Yorkers, we can appreciate variety and distinct flavors that met our tastebuds from the moment we ate our food. I ordered the spicy version of the Philly cheesesteak and my husband ordered the spicy beef bowl with rice. We both were very satisfied with our orders and our kids loved their food too. My daughter loved her wings and I snuck a few bites of my sons lo mein and it was epic! Nothing like a taste of home when you're far away. If you're in the area, definitely give them a try, you won't be disappointed! The owner even struck up a nice conversation and brought out our food to us in our vehicles-wait time was quick and the food was fresh and hot! Would definitely recommend! read more

Loved it! Great portion size for prize. Very friendly staff. The bbq steak spicy was Delicious! I would recommend this place to those who do not want to sacrifice quality in exchange for price. Fast prep time too read more

This review is based on what I had on the menu. (My husband and son both enjoyed their meals.) I ordered the Chicken Sandwich and as soon as I took my first bite, I knew it wasn't made with chicken breast, but with thigh meat. It does not state on the menu that it's thigh meat and I mistakenly assumed for the price of $7.50 for the sandwich alone, that it was a chicken breast. Looking at the photos on Yelp by the owner, it seems to be chicken breast by its thickness. When I told the cashier it was our first time there and then ordered the Chicken Sandwich, it may have been a good time to point that out. When a young man came to the table to drop off another dish, I asked him if it was made with chicken thigh and he said he didn't know, but could check. At that point it didn't matter. I wasn't going to order something else. I ended up only eating half. If you love chicken thighs, you'll probably love this sandwich. But if you don't, you won't. read more
