Amazing. Lemon was so helpful and kind. Service was fast and food was delicious! I definitely recommend this Chinese restaurant and will definitely be back in the future.

Most Asians I've seen since our visit so this spot is legit chinese food. Parking is in a plaza and accompanies a grocery store. Despite coming from a heavily Asian area, this place offered some pretty unique dishes. The male server is very efficient and observant making sure every need is met and the dishes come out fast. For example, a table was having trouble packing and he swooped in and offered to help, flawlessly packed the soup within minutes. Hes also able to figure out any technical errors. Duck- never had a crispy fried version but the meat was still tender with a nice crackle crust. I loved the side slaw to cut through the oil Stomach tripe cold dish- solid flavor good mix right texture Boiled fish- lots of fish, very authentic numbing spicy l, maybe almost too much peppercorn oil as even soy milk tasted weird after lol. Rice cost per Bowl and the soy milk is a canned version so don't recommend it. Each table also has an electric stove so maybe good for dry/hot pot. Overall great place, id highly recommend to try.

Ok they have never disappointed us yet this is our 3rd visit. This time we tried their Dandan noodles and we have unanimously agree this was the best tasting Dandan noodle we've had. We are eager to come back and try some new dishes as well as we asked other customers what they were eating. Apparently their beef tongue is a popular dish.

    Chilespot fish! 10 stars!

I went back again tonight to have the chili spot fish again... couldn't stop thinking about it from the 1st time. Again, outstanding! I love that in the broth they have a bunch of yummy vegetable ( Napa, lotus root, cauliflower, melon, bean sprout). Everyone there remember us and welcomed use back like we were family.

Located in a strip mall, this place was amongst quite a few places in that area. I personally am a snob with Asian food but this place was pretty decent. Most of the food was spicy on the menu which I can't really eat but we ordered the non spicy dishes such as saute veggies, soup noodles, etc. Food was good and the ambiance pretty casual. Place was full for a Sunday afternoon but we still got a table and good service.

It's authentic szechuan cuisine. Menu well designed. Place was packed with Chinese, a good sign. How spicy a fish is a highly individual preference, but I think this restaurant did well in warning people how spicy a dish is by default. The hot soup with beef was warm hearty and just what I needed. Beef was slightly fatty and savory. Paired well with rice. Got sautéed pork. It was like bacon, slightly slightly sweet but not overtly so, and provided just the right amount of heat. I actually thought it wasn't spicy enough do i got chili oil on the side. So addictingly good. Service: good and reminded me of china. If you needed anything they would provide it. It wasn't like some spots where they serve you food and never come back. Fast. Friendly. Especially if you speak Chinese. Ambiance: busy. Crowded. Slightly cramped feeling. But you get the feeling they are prepared for busy dinner service so it was ok. Would come back.

    Beef with Blackened Pepper

Excellent food, quick service. Spicy popcorn chicken, salted egg yolk shrimp, and beef with blackened pepper were all good. I appreciate that the chicken here was boneless, which I vastly prefer (as some Asian places will do it with chopped pieces of bone-in chicken for better flavor, but you've got to watch out for little pieces of bone). The salted egg yolk shrimp is interesting flavor. The beef was tender and done right, bell peppers and onion cooked but still some crisp to them, and decent flavor on the sauce. I'd be happy to come back again.

This restaurant is such a hidden gem. I tried a sample of their food at a Yelp event over a year ago and I loved it but the restaurant is a far drive for me. When I was staying at the Helios hotel for a work event, I looked the restaurant up and I was so happy to see this location was near by! My daughter and I went for dinner one night. It was a Friday night and it was not too busy. We were seated right away. The waitress let us know that the meals were big enough to split so I ordered the sizzling beef with black pepper. This dish was amazing! It was piping hot, flavorful and filling. The plate of beef and peppers arrived sizzling like fajitas. We had enough to split for dinner that night and enough to take leftovers back to the hotel. I asked for extra white rice for the left overs and the waitress did not even charge us. We got all of this for $20.95! Very rarely you get a big, filling, delicious meal for such a reasonable price. I really wish they had a location near me but anytime I am in this area I will definitely be coming back!

Authentic Sichuan food!! Which is hard to find in America. We got the Sichuan Wontons, Dan Dan Noodles, and Kung Pao Chicken. It was all delicious!!!

We had a large group on 10 and had several signature dishes. Best was the fried noodles with beef, boiled beef, fish in sour soup, and drooling chicken. Also mashed eggplant and old eggs. Tasty. Mapo tofu uses the wrong kind of tofu. Most highly recommended.

This is an authentic Sichuan Chinese restaurant. The spiciness was just right for me, even though I don't usually eat spicy food. The service is excellent, and the vibe is great. If you want to experience authentic spicy Chinese cuisine, definitely check it out!

Authentic, delicious and SPICY I have visited the ChiliSpot in St. Louis and had to try the Florida version. Just as kind of service, just as good of prices and it smells SO good the second you step inside. This is authentic food, so be prepped for very spicy flavor and unique food items. But if this is what you want, you will get it.

I was so impressed by the high quality dishes I tried at Chilispot. I cannot recommend this place enough for authentic Chinese dishes. I arrived on a Thursday night at 9:30pm. Even though the restaurant closes at 10pm, the waiters were incredibly kind and still let me order and take a seat. The service itself was commendable throughout my experience - the waiters were quick and kept checking in with my party to make sure we were enjoying the food. The restaurant interior is comfortable, and even though it was late, the restaurant was packed. The food was so good! As someone who eats Chinese food often, I was blown away by this spot's unique dishes. My absolute favorite dish was the deep fried egg tofu with salted egg yolk. The egg tofu was so silky, a contrast with the salted egg yolk batter on the outside. It was the perfect bite of savory flavors. I've never seen this dish at other Chinese restaurants, and I was a fan of how unique and delicious it was. The dry fried string beans were crispy and salty, stir fried with an umami minced pork. I could not stop eating them, and the string beans were delicious paired with rice. Lastly, the Szechuan style short rib had a mala spice that was decadent. It was just enough spice and was balanced with a generous topping of fresh cilantro. Every single dish was delicious, the waiters were on top of it, and I loved my visit! I will definitely be coming back.

But then again, the restaurant isn't too big so I feel like they usually don't do the carts. But this is a way to ensure all the food you're getting is fresh though! Mandarin Egg Tofu - Egg tofu is very delicious and is similar to silken tofu consistency and this dish is delicious. It has pork strips, enoki mushrooms , mini corn, snap peas, green onions. The egg tofu is fried first and once you bite into it its very tender and silky smooth texture and kind of creamy. This is my favorite tofu. The house sauce is a big brown based sauce. The snap peas seemed a little overcooked losing its bite and crunchy texture nonetheless still a memorable delicious dish. This would be a great vegetarian dish if you opt out the pork strips, Fish Filet with Black Bean Sauce - This is usually served or listed on the menu as a rice plate dish. I usually eat this dining in and its a delicious plate entree. They use Swai filets for this dish. For $1 extra you can order it as a dish with rice on the side and you get more fish filets etc separate. This is a lightly battered fish filets fried and topped with house brown sauce with slithers of onions and red / green bell peppers. Of course the brown sauce is black bean sauce so you will see speckles of black beans with the sauce. There are ginger notes as well when you devour this dish. The fish filets are cooked perfectly so soft and tender. The rice served here can be better imo. Perhaps better brand or grain rice? Also ordered my regulars ; Walnut Shrimp, Beef Chow Fun. Walnut Shrimp - Request ordering this (take out only) having the broccoli stored separately. This provides the shrimp dish to not be soggy. I think you get more shrimps this way too. Tasty Wok's walnut shrimp is by far the best in orlando imo - they really seasoned the shrimp itself prior to dressing it with their creamy sauce. The sauce has a tad sweetness to it & some sort of umami. The shrimps are jumbo large sized. You get about 10-12? Shrimps in this dish. I have had my share of tasting this dish at different restaurants and by far Tasty Wok's is by far my favorite. Beef Chow Fun - Another favorite from Tasty Wok. Wok Hei present, Tender seasoned beef thinly sliced, and Tender wide noodles. It was under seasoned salt wise but eating it with their creamy sauce seasoned beef makes up for it. Again, ate my share of Beef Chow Fun at many restaurants and by far Tasty Wok's have been my favorite thus far. They offer free mini tubs of chili oil upon request. Also chopsticks. Tasty wok do not seem busy dining in but they are busy with take out orders.

The staff were friendly and prompt. We came around late lunch and it was picking up after we were seated. The space is wide and has the old traditional Chinese restaurant aesthetics with a slight modernization. You can see all the crispy meats hanging at the front counter like a traditional shop. We ordered the Shrimp Wonton Soup with Egg Noodles. My go-to for comfort food. I've been a customer since college days and they make one of the best shrimp wontons. I know they've tweaked the recipe a little since the shrimp filling used to be ground up, which was better, but it didn't take away from the freshness. The broth is consistently flavorful with fresh greens and egg noodles. I somehow like the texture of the noodles more than the spaghetti size ones. We ordered the Crispy pork Belly and Duck combo which is really well seasoned. Some bites may be a little salty but it balances out with the rice. You can hear the crunch on the pork belly which is my favorite. We also got the Beef Chow Fun. It's wide noodles and cooked with scallions, beansprouts, and white onions. It was cooked over a flame so you can taste a hint of a char which is not overwhelming or greasy. It's the perfect balance to all the items. What I didn't order was the Water Spinach but it is one of my favorite vegetable dishes. You have to try it when it's available! I had hot tea with it and lots of hot chili oil in my dishes! I am happy they have remained pretty consistent in the dishes. Only on a couple occasions it was off but not many times. There's a small parking lot and plenty of street parking. They share it with other popular spots like Haan Coffee, Sampaguita, etc.

Prices are really good for the portion and all entrees come with rice. Can't beat that. I didn't see any noodle soups on the menu but I saw on Yelp someone had a duck noodle soup so we asked if this was offered. They said they could do it. The broth and noodles were good but the duck tasted a little old. We eat a lot of duck so we're kind of picky, but I think for most people, this would be just fine. We also ordered the honey walnut shrimp, mongolian beef, and beef chow fun. The shrimps were really big, lightly battered, but they smothered the dish in that mayo sauce lol Once you wipe off some of the mayo, it's pretty good though. I loved that they served this with steamed broccoli cause greens ya know? And they offered a good amount of walnuts for that crunch. The mongolian beef was delicious and while there were a lot of onions, there was also a lot of tender beef. The flavor was good, not too sweet, not too salty, and not spicy either, despite all the dried peppers. Beef chow fun was a hit. You can really taste the smoky wok hei flavor which makes it authentic. The beef was tender, the ho fun noodles whole and intact. Paired with their chili oil, so good! The chili oil is upon request only, they don't leave it on the table. Be warned, it does have a nice heat to it!. Service was prompt and courteous. For $71, we were able to have a quick, tasty dinner for 3.5 people (3 adults, one 5 year old). Can't beat that.
