He didn't ask me to sign anything and I expected that because I used a credit card. When I got home I looked at the bill and that bartender added in $8.99 tip and an extra drink for me to the bill. I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews. I have been here so many times. I can't remember a bad experience. The prices are great! The food is delicious! The waiters do their best to make sure you have a good experience. It's not easy being a waiter. I read a lot of reviews and most complained about the wait time. Well I don't know if you know this.. BUT IT'S A FUCKING RESTURANT! Of course you're going to wait a couple of minutes. I would rather wait 10-15 even 20 min for my food to be nice and hot, fresh of the grill. If you don't have the patience to wait, then its simple. Go home or to McDonald's. Most of these people that left bad reviews are exaggerating. I have been here countless times and never waited "55" min for anything. The people who left those bad reviews complaining must have had a bad day or mad at their life. Just because you waited 10 min for a drink doesn't make the whole restaurant bad. You arent the only person they are serving. Don't listen to the bad reviews. Had the "ancho salmon" for dinner. Ancho chili sauce was to have been over the salmon according to the menu. After waiting over 25 minutes for my dinner what the server brought to my table was over cooked salmon with a green sauce which was not made out of ancho chili. I guess they figured just put any sauce and no one would be able to tell it wasn't the sauce described on the menu. Also, the size of the salmon was rather small for what they charged. I also noticed their wine selections were limited for being a chain restaurant. Our waiter was very nice. He just took our order and someone else brought it over to our table including the drinks. Not sure why anyone would tip the waiter since all they do is use their pad to take our order while someone else who knew nothing about who ordered anything at our table. read more

I recently visited Chili's and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The biggest issue was seeing roaches running under the table which is extremely concerning for a place that serves food. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any restaurant, and noticing pests really ruined the entire meal for me. It immediately made the environment feel unsanitary and uncomfortable. The food itself was pretty average and didn't do much to make up for the situation. As someone who's worked here for two years when you order a hamburger, sandwich etc and you customize it with no cheese whatever the case is they make sure there isn't what there is with BARE HANDS. Your guys fries are scooped with a spatula tray and to make sure they don't fall off that spatula they hold the end with their hands almost touching the fries. Yes there's gloves but the question is do they wash their hands???. The GM does it all everyone does. Embarrassing. I always feel weird leaving a tip when servers do "just whats in their job description"... shouldn't a tip be for someone who worked harder and went above and beyond.
