Worst customer service ever! Amber needs to rethink her role as a manager. Ordered chips and guac and the avocado was hard, asked for new guac because the avocado was still green and we couldn't dip our chips. Waitress brought a new guac and wanted us to visibly check if it was ok before she put it down on the table because her manager told her she couldn't just replace it because guac is "Expensive"! At first we all laughed thinking she was being funny, but no manager came with a hostile attitude and doubled down on the expensive comment. We decided to leave and she then proceeded to let us know she would be calling the police over a $250 check, because the waitress told her we had ate the food. Granted we were barely on the appetizer and had not received not one entree. We offered to pay for the drinks and she said it was not needed but we were no longer welcomed in the establishment. I ordered my usual meal, and the waitress brought out the wrong mozzarella flavor. They took it back, but when they remade it they completely messed up the order again. I had asked for no flavor and my specific meal the way I always get it, but they brought out something totally different with double mozzarella. What really threw me off was when the waitress came back after we had already started eating and took the extra mozzarella back to the kitchen. It was their mistake to begin with. It was embarrassing and honestly just unprofessional especially because she waited about ten minutes before deciding to grab it out of our plates in front of a packed dining area. On top of that, she kept forgetting things throughout the service, and when the male manager finally came over to ask if everything was OK, I explained what happened. He didn't offer any solution,, or even basic acknowledgment. The customer service from both the waitress and management was just not it today. I usually tip generously, but this time I genuinely couldn't. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant, and I've never had a place mishandle a simple order and then take back food in such an awkward and unnecessary way.
