We walked in and were quite surprised to see the inside absolutely filled with people in a random Thursday. We ended up having to wait around 15 minutes to be seated. Once we were we claimed our free chips and salsa which were fresh and delicious. However, we ended up having to wait 35 minutes just for our main course which was just 1 triple dipper. However the mozzarella sticks helped make up for it and were delicious, and the chicken crispers and boneless wings weren't half bad either. We ended up having to wait another 20 minutes for our desert which was just a lava cake. However it was incredible. Great experience other than the wait times. read more

The service is insanely slow, tons of staff just standing around, not acknowledging customers, we were told there was a 30 minute wait for two people and to sit at the bar, the next couple behind us, seated immediately. The only time you see servers here is when they do the birthday song every five minutes. Food was standard chilis food so it was decent, but I can't get over the atrocious service. Then to make it worse, we got approached by multiple folks in the parking lot for money. I came to this location on a semi-date. Our food was great, but the service was a little bit of a let down. Our server was quick to get refills out to us; however, she forgot one of our sides and never checked in on us until she came to clear our plates. My date had to ask her to make sure the side wouldn't be included on our bill. I had the 3 for Me with the loaded baked potato soup and one of the cheaper burgers (server recommended this one to me after I originally ordered the oldtimer with cheese plain, so props to her for saving me some money). My date got the chicken quesadilla and asked for a side of fries that they never received. They also got the strawberry lemonade which looked super delicious! For the two of us, including tip, it was $35. If service was better, this would've been a five-star experience because of the speediness of our meals being served and the quick actions of our server (minus the fries). read more

I, along with several other guests, waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us--no greeting, no update on wait times, nothing. Eventually, another guest had to track down an employee, who claimed he didn't realize we were waiting. This was despite at least four separate parties (over 12 people) standing there. Once seated, I ordered chips and queso along with my meal, but the queso never arrived. There were no napkins at the table, and no one checked on me, so I had no opportunity to ask. After finishing my meal, I had to flag down a waiter just to request that the missing queso be removed from my bill. While the food itself was fine, the wait staff desperately needs improvement. There seemed to be no management presence, and the staff appeared more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of customers. No chili pepper, (this is Chili's, isn't it?) no paprika, no spicing whatsoever. Worse, NO pepper/salt shakers at any table. EVERY restaurant in the nation has these on the table... except here. The Management is so terrible, me and my Husband come in every month for one of our simple date nights, not only did we have to wait 2 hours for a table of 2, but the Manager gave us nothing but attitude the entire time. Once we finally got sat by the restrooms, it then took 15 minutes before we were even greeted. We had to speak with Sade who suppose to be the General Manager? I don't know how that is when all we heard the whole night was her screaming, calling other customers rude names, and mocking her team. This is appalling. In all my years, I have never seen such disarray when dining out. Once we finally got service, our lovely server who didn't even get a chance to tell us her name because of how swamped she was with tables, made our visit at least decent. And on top of it all, for the long wait, and poor management, how do you manage to have the food come out cold?! And not to mention, take 30 minutes for just an appetizer. If I could give a zero star review I would. the only good was the host as she was more help than our server.Our server was racist as she continued to ignore us and not listen to what we had to say.She forced my vegetarian wife to get chicken with her pasta. She checked on the table next to us 4 times in between us asking for two boxes and to split the bill. As far as I'm concerned this one is out of business. Service is slow and will take you an hour to get seated even though we came in at like 2:30pm. Hostess was rude when asked for updates (they told us it would be 20 min wait). Two times I've been here where I've actually left because the wait far exceeds what they said. Last minute a group of 20 of us decided to go to Chili's for a going away party, they were able to accommodate us and the manager was very upfront about what their staffing was like that evening. I have to say as someone who has been a patron of Chili's for almost 30 years I'm deeply disappointed. My Husband and I came almost 2 hours before close to get a table. We waited 20 minutes to be sat, which was not a problem at all. I work service as a Manager for a very large privatly owned restaurant and catering company here in Milwaukee and I understand that at times things can get busy so to ensure good service the restaurant needs to put their incoming patrons on a wait. The odd thing was that there was only 4 active tables as the other 4 tables at the restaurant were already closed out and leaving. I don't know if this is a problem with management or with the inability to hire experienced and competed/ experienced staff. Good service would be the last way I would describe my experience. We sat at our table for over 30 minutes without waters or even being greeted by our server. Proceeding this the manager went to a table next to ours that had just walked in, whom was sat immediately to take their order. We decided that the drive there, time spent and terrible experience wasn't worth any more of a wait. Over all a very poor experience. We will for sure never be back and I will for sure be sharing my experience among my friends. Weirdly enough, I have actually never been to a chili's. One of my friends wanted to go and I am so glad we did! We went for a birthday lunch and snagged some $5 margaritas as well as some great apps to get started. Our service was amazing and we had a great time! We tried a bunch of different things and were able to easily share all of the apps. Our entrees were also great, but we definitely had a lot of leftover food. They also gave the birthday girl and ice cream. Definitely a fun place to go for a quick bite! read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a chilis. Ordered take out. Took 40 minutes. Food was sloppily thrown in container and cold. For example: The breading was falling off of the fried mozzarella and there was no cheese pull. Chicken tender didn't feel like real chicken the texture was off. I took my daughter to this Chilis as it is 5 minutes from her house and we really like Chilis (except this one). We ordered an appetizer of cheese fries and each of us a steak. All of our food came out at once, the cheese fries were overcooked and dried out, our medium rare steaks we very well done. The waitress was shocked about the steaks as she wrote down medium rare. She had the manager come over and he did not seem to care about the steaks, we did not even comment about all food arriving at the same time and the cheese fries way overcooked. He did offer us 10% off however the steaks were not edible , so the 10% was nothing. I contacted corporate and they brushed me off with a generic letter stating the will notify the district manager and I have not heard anything from them and it has been over a week. read more

Newly renovated chili's! I went here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The place was busy but we were seated quickly. I ordered the 3 for $10 with a blackberry ice tea, chips and salsa, and the chicken bacon quesadilla. My chips were nice and toasty warm, and the quesadillas did not disappoint. Our service was also good and our waitress Lili was really nice. I would have to consider this a nicer/ newer chili's restaurant compared to the others ones I've been to. read more

I have a bunch of chain restaurant gift cards that have been in my wallet for a while and today I would use this one. I chose to do the to go menu because I have no interest in dining at Chillis. The to go items I ordered took a half hour to fill and if I dined in I would have took a star away because I feel a half hour is a bit long for food to hit the table at a chain restaurant. I ordered the the half rack original ribs and the spicy loaded boneless chicken wings. First off if you order the ribs on line there is about 10 side options with some having an up charge and I was never given an option and frys were given to me, I rarely order frys when I have other options so that blew. Just a note, the frys were skin on and seasoned so they were not terrible. The spicy loaded boneless chicken wings were not even spicy, could they have given me the regular ones. They were all white meat with way too much breeding and very dry so I used the dipping sauce. The white dipping sauce was very tasty and brought the boring chicken to life. The white sauce was a creamy garlic that was watery and would have been better if it had a a thicker sauce like texture. The ribs are advertised as slow smoked fall off the bone. The ribs were moist fall off the bone and the meat had a steamed/boiled texture with no smoke taste in them, the smoke taste was all in the sauce. See my picture of the ribs and you will notice that there is no smoke ring at all, how could they be smoked with no pinkish red smoke ring. If you don't know what a smoke ring on smoked ribs is than do a web picture search to see what I'm talking about. The ribs reminded me of the pre packaged lloyds product that you find in the grocery store. Overall the food was very average and I feel like I was miss lead on there ribs and had I known I would have ordered something different and maybe the stars and review would have been different. read more

Tried this location cause the 27th street location thought it was funny to have their customers sit in parking lot for 20mins to open per sign, then change their minds and move open time back another hour. Got there to have a single gentleman ahead of us in line. Restaurant not full and wait time was 25-30 mins for a single seat so couldn't imagine my party of 3 was going to get seated anytime soon. Girl at check in desk seemed to have "don't care attitude" that customers had to wait so long and when asked if we checked in online we explained that the feature wasn't working. Not sure what happened to Chili's but this was our go to place back in the day, now it's a inconvenience to get into and the service isn't even that great. Time to close your doors Chili's read more

This chilis was not an amazing visit. Being a big fan of chilis I was excited to take my loved ones here. I came in to the worst experience I've had in Wisconsin. After sitting down we had a waiter who was new to the restaurant she did her best and a spectacular job for being a new employee. My order took 2 hours to get to our table it took so long because the waitress never confirmed the order to the kitchen. And as the food came my food came wrong I got a well done steak asking medium rare my wings were boneless when asked for bone in, someone at our table got the shrimp pasta but got chicken. And at the end after waiting so long for our order having to get it redone twice. I blame it on the management the waitress who was having a rough day on the verge of tears from the mistakes she was making was hard to see. our table was full of nice comforting individuals who cheered her up more then her own peers at the restaurant. They should've taken less tables with only have two servers. The manager was rude and did not take blame for any of the mistakes and blamed it on the new waitress.
