I have been here before and I'm never disappointed. This is a casual family friendly restaurant. We have always been seated and waited on quickly. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Servings are sizable. The chips and salsa are brought out first and are refillable. When I asked for a container for my leftover salsa they also provided me with a bag of chips to go with it. Their potato soup is thick and filling. Lots of potatoes and topped with cheese, bacon and scallions. It is a favorite of mine! The chicken crispers are very crispy on the outside but juicy inside. The corn on the cob is delicious. Fries are also well seasoned and very tasty per my grandson. Very good service too. We had another great waitress tonight that come by to make sure our needs are met often, but not hovering. My friend and I stopped in for a very light lunch. The ambiance was warm and friendly, helped by our waitress "Sam". My friend had a soup and sandwich special and was very pleased. My boyfriend and I eat at this Chili's several times a month. For some reason, they always try to seat us in the bar area, and we always have to ask to sit in a booth in the dining room. But they always happily seat us in the dining room. We personally love the food at Chili's. We always get chips & salsa (sometimes queso) to start. My favorite thing on the menu is the grilled chicken sandwich, and I always get it with rice. I LOVE their rice. It's my favorite rice anywhere. On Fridays I sometimes get their fish fry, which is very good, but greasy. And on occasion I get their chicken fingers. My boyfriend really likes their burgers, and their bacon ranch quesadillas. When we went on Friday, they have a new upgraded menu. They even have pizzas and flatbreads now. We haven't tried them yet, but they do look good. We always get good service at this Chili's. Last month, we did have our orders screwed up - I specifically ordered NO CHEESE on my grilled chicken, and it came with cheese, and my boyfriend ordered his burger well done, and it was really red inside. So we had to send both back. We were told it had something to do with new equipment they got. The manager did come over to apologize and offered us free desserts if we wanted (which we chose not to get). We rarely have a complaint at Chili's. Overall, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. read more

We wanted to take our family & friends out for a nice dinner and decided on Chilis in Victor, NY. We arrived at 6:15pm Saturday July 7th and had a reasonable 15 minute wait. The hostess and server were both very nice. So why are they receiving a ONE START??? Because most of the food we received was ice cold. Both my wife and one of our friends order the ribs and brisket. When I write they were ice cold, I mean we all agreed that they were stored in a refrigerator and went straight to our plates. After sending multiple meals back, half our party was almost done dining. The diners returned somewhat warmed and no where near as hot as they should be. It was a very disappointing experience, especially, when you consider how many options there are for restaurants. It was a bad experience. Floor, seats and table were all sticky, glass partition had fingerprints, and we were seated too close to a neighboring party. Surprisingly tasty Monterey chicken salad, and absolutely delicious and fresh tableside guac, coarsely chopped, and served with warm chips and salsa. Our waitress was a hard worker and a sweetheart. Gave us an entire bag of fresh chips to take home with the rest of our guac, bonus points. Love the table credit card mini kiosk machine to pay my bill when i'm ready, and to give feedback on the service. Very easy to use. One star deduction for no WiFi and lame draft beer selection, but I was otherwise very pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience. Fair prices, good food, great service. My wife and I stopped by this location on the way past one day. Very glad we did. The food was typical Chili's, and that is meant in the best way possible. We've had good luck here, and this visit was no different. When my wife and I dine out, we generally like to have a good time, and engage our server in the fun, unless they show they just aren't interested. We must have caught our server on a day when she wasn't having such a good time. To our surprise, she not only rose to the occasion, she told us that we had made her day. We haven't been to a Chili's in a long, long time. However, we had a gift card and didn't feel like cooking, so we packed up the kids and went to eat on a weekday night. Let me tell you, we will be back to this location. We might have had the best waiter in the history of waiters. Stephen (Steven?) if you read this, bravo! He was great with both us and kids and really went above and beyond. In fact, we heard him tell a table that the 2 entrees they ordered were on the 2 for $20 menu and if they picked out an appetizer off the list, they could get that and save money on their meals. Great service! The food was pretty good. My buffalo ranch chicken sandwich could have used more sauce, but don't worry, Stephen went ahead and brought that to me. We also ordered the giant chocolate chip cookie. The only downsized to this is that they bring it in the pan they cook it in. Not usually an issue, but my 2 year old didn't understand how to avoid touching it while trying to scope up cookie and ice cream. This is the first time I've been to this chili location. We walked into a not too busy chili's at around 730 pm. There was no one to greet us or to put us on a waiting list. We waited around about 5 minutes until a random server set us in a seat. We were greeted by our server pretty quickly and he seem to have a good personality. We ordered fried pickles for appetizer (I wouldn't order again) WAY too salty. Like extra salted pickles wowzers. We got our drinks etc and put in our order, chicken strips for the wife and youngest girl, Mac n cheese for other child, I put in for their new Bacon Cheesebuger (it looked so good). Finally the food comes!!!! The other three in my party get their food and then mine comes annnnd it's not what I ordered, some lame boring plain Cheesebuger ??? I told him this was not what I ordered I ordered the big bacon cheese burger with all the fixings. So he took it and came back with 2 mins with???? Another wrong burger, this one did have bacon on it BUT wasn't the correct burger, and at this point I wasn't to happy or pleasant. So he leaves again and I guess a manager comes over and delivers the correct burger. He says they have 3 burgers that sound the same ? But no they didn't. Anyways. First of all, Chili's is reasonably priced. That is important when you are dining as a family. The menu is varied, so there is always something for everyone. The chips and salsa are the best! The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. If there ever is a problem, it is dealt with quickly and courteously. The management is very accommodating. I love the fact that they have call ahead seating, because with kids, waiting can be tough. It is also a comfortable place for families with kids of all ages. It's not a zoo, but no one is going to look twice if your kids are not super quiet either. Chili's is our go to place, and we eat out a lot! read more

WORST customer service Ever .Ok so I'm wasn't a current customer . But my husband n I got into a car accident . That was the closest place off the road that the police followed us to. One of the employee's that was shoveling went inside to ask manager if we could stand in doorway. She said it was to early we could go to dennys across the street. We was waiting on the tow truck , That took forever ..after a family member picked us up . I called back. Just to inform them that tow truck was picking up our truck was it ok . Metal debris of some form was in our food! We went into Chili's in Victor, NY for a mid-afternoon meal. This review is to inform people that we found metal in our food. Please be careful when ordering and eating your meals at this location. Had my wife not pointed this out I may have ingested a sharp piece of metal. The manager, who looked to be 18 years old didn't know what to say or what the metal shard was, the only thing she did was offer us gift certificates, really? We paid for our appetizers and drinks and we will not be going back to Chili's after this. We had a horrible experience at this Chili's location last night! An hour passed since we ordered our meals and we continued to see every table around us receive their food. People that sat down AFTER us even received their food before us. Our waitress pretty much ignored us the entire time. Since we had somewhere to be in a short time, we decided we couldn't wait around anymore and went up to the hostess and asked for our check. (All we received at this point were two waters, an iced tea and chips & salsa.) The hostess goes back to speak to a manager. She comes back and STILL gives us NO explanation. My husband had to ask what the problem was with our order. She then tells us, in the most nonchalant way, that our food order was deleted from the computer screen in the back. ??? What appeared to be the manager (no nametag and she didn't introduce herself, so we aren't sure who she was) comes out to talk to us. She obviously has no clue on how to deal with people. She offered us our food to go, then offered us "something" for next time, then offered to cover our drinks and appetizer. No real explanation. No sincere apology. She just wanted us out the door. Now I understand that things happen, but this situation was handled very poorly. Our waitress obviously saw us sitting there waiting for our dinner for an hour. She should have told us what happened and given us a complimentary appetizer while we waited for our meals. The hostess should have been more professional. And the "manager" simply needs more training. We did not want our meals to go because we had somewhere to be, and we certainly did not take whatever it is she offered us for next time because we will NOT be back. read more
