Just glad to see that orders placed in this epidemic are easy to do with the app. Order was exactly what I expected and quantity if food is very similar to when I could sit inside. My only issue is the curbside/pickup signage literally could make you circle the building if you're having a blonde moment. My family and I come her at least twice a month. The food is always good and the service can't be beat. My only issue is that they try and seat us in the bar area and they can see we have kids. I have been here before and I'm never disappointed. This is a casual family friendly restaurant. We have always been seated and waited on quickly. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Servings are sizable. The chips and salsa are brought out first and are refillable. When I asked for a container for my leftover salsa they also provided me with a bag of chips to go with it. Their potato soup is thick and filling. Lots of potatoes and topped with cheese, bacon and scallions. It is a favorite of mine! The chicken crispers are very crispy on the outside but juicy inside. The corn on the cob is delicious. Fries are also well seasoned and very tasty per my grandson. Very good service too. We had another great waitress tonight that come by to make sure our needs are met often, but not hovering. This would also be convenient stop for travelers since it is less than a mile away from NYS Thruway exit 45. read more

My friend and I stopped in for a very light lunch. The ambiance was warm and friendly, helped by our waitress "Sam". My friend had a soup and sandwich special and was very pleased. My boyfriend and I eat at this Chili's several times a month. For some reason, they always try to seat us in the bar area, and we always have to ask to sit in a booth in the dining room. But they always happily seat us in the dining room. We personally love the food at Chili's. We always get chips & salsa (sometimes queso) to start. My favorite thing on the menu is the grilled chicken sandwich, and I always get it with rice. I LOVE their rice. It's my favorite rice anywhere. On Fridays I sometimes get their fish fry, which is very good, but greasy. And on occasion I get their chicken fingers. My boyfriend really likes their burgers, and their bacon ranch quesadillas. When we went on Friday, they have a new upgraded menu. They even have pizzas and flatbreads now. We haven't tried them yet, but they do look good. We always get good service at this Chili's. Last month, we did have our orders screwed up - I specifically ordered NO CHEESE on my grilled chicken, and it came with cheese, and my boyfriend ordered his burger well done, and it was really red inside. So we had to send both back. We were told it had something to do with new equipment they got. The manager did come over to apologize and offered us free desserts if we wanted (which we chose not to get). We rarely have a complaint at Chili's. Overall, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. read more

Garbage restaurant, only gets business from people who can not get a seat at real restaurants near by and do not want to wait

We wanted to take our family & friends out for a nice dinner and decided on Chilis in Victor, NY. We arrived at 6:15pm Saturday July 7th and had a reasonable 15 minute wait. The hostess and server were both very nice. So why are they receiving a ONE START??? Because most of the food we received was ice cold. Both my wife and one of our friends order the ribs and brisket. When I write they were ice cold, I mean we all agreed that they were stored in a refrigerator and went straight to our plates. After sending multiple meals back, half our party was almost done dining. The diners returned somewhat warmed and no where near as hot as they should be. It was a very disappointing experience, especially, when you consider how many options there are for restaurants. It was a bad experience. The prices have gone up by 35% and the quality of the food had dropped by 25%! I mean honestly, who serves ice cold ribs & brisket?? read more

Floor, seats and table were all sticky, glass partition had fingerprints, and we were seated too close to a neighboring party. We were told they could only give us one menu for every two people - not the practice at other Chili's we've visited recently, and not at other restaurants in the county. The experience was 100% worth it. The service was prompt and enthusiastic, the food was great, and much more. I had the ultimate bacon burger, and it did not disappoint. Personally, I think that if a burger is too big to stand on its own than its a great burger. And this burger did not disappoint. Surprisingly tasty Monterey chicken salad, and absolutely delicious and fresh tableside guac, coarsely chopped, and served with warm chips and salsa. Our waitress was a hard worker and a sweetheart. Gave us an entire bag of fresh chips to take home with the rest of our guac, bonus points. Love the table credit card mini kiosk machine to pay my bill when i'm ready, and to give feedback on the service. Very easy to use. One star deduction for no WiFi and lame draft beer selection, but I was otherwise very pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the experience. Fair prices, good food, great service. My wife and I stopped by this location on the way past one day. Very glad we did. The food was typical Chili's, and that is meant in the best way possible. We've had good luck here, and this visit was no different. When my wife and I dine out, we generally like to have a good time, and engage our server in the fun, unless they show they just aren't interested. We must have caught our server on a day when she wasn't having such a good time. To our surprise, she not only rose to the occasion, she told us that we had made her day. Good food. Sit in the lounge (bar area) for happy hour deals and half off appetizers. No budweiser draft was a little disappointing so I ordered a bud light draft and they were out. We took our food to go. I ordered a burger off the menu and substituted for the black bean burger. Got home and almost took a bite out of a regular beef patty which could have made me very sick. We haven't been to a Chili's in a long, long time. However, we had a gift card and didn't feel like cooking, so we packed up the kids and went to eat on a weekday night. Let me tell you, we will be back to this location. We might have had the best waiter in the history of waiters. Stephen (Steven?) if you read this, bravo! He was great with both us and kids and really went above and beyond. In fact, we heard him tell a table that the 2 entrees they ordered were on the 2 for $20 menu and if they picked out an appetizer off the list, they could get that and save money on their meals. Great service! The food was pretty good. My buffalo ranch chicken sandwich could have used more sauce, but don't worry, Stephen went ahead and brought that to me. We also ordered the giant chocolate chip cookie. The only downsized to this is that they bring it in the pan they cook it in. Not usually an issue, but my 2 year old didn't understand how to avoid touching it while trying to scope up cookie and ice cream. We had an extra plate on the table, but it would be nice if they could child proof those pans somehow. Overall though, a great experience that we will be happy to repeat. read more

While the food was consistent from what I have eaten at other Chilis restaurants, I have to say that the service was particularly slow. My husband and I brought our 4 grandchildren for lunch and the wait was ridiculously long. This is the first time I've been to this chili location. We walked into a not too busy chili's at around 730 pm. There was no one to greet us or to put us on a waiting list. We waited around about 5 minutes until a random server set us in a seat. We were greeted by our server pretty quickly and he seem to have a good personality. We ordered fried pickles for appetizer (I wouldn't order again) WAY too salty. Like extra salted pickles wowzers. We got our drinks etc and put in our order, chicken strips for the wife and youngest girl, Mac n cheese for other child, I put in for their new Bacon Cheesebuger (it looked so good). Finally the food comes!!!! The other three in my party get their food and then mine comes annnnd it's not what I ordered, some lame boring plain Cheesebuger ??? I told him this was not what I ordered I ordered the big bacon cheese burger with all the fixings. So he took it and came back with 2 mins with???? Another wrong burger, this one did have bacon on it BUT wasn't the correct burger, and at this point I wasn't to happy or pleasant. So he leaves again and I guess a manager comes over and delivers the correct burger. He says they have 3 burgers that sound the same ? But no they didn't. Anyways. When I bit into my correct burger the bun was stale. And so the horrible experience continued. You won't see me wasting my money here anytime soon. read more

What has happened to this place it used to be a little home style restaurant where you felt at home now I feel as if I'm eating at a lunch room table in a school they give you a lunch tray with few Fry's the frys were not what they used to be they seem like a fry you get out of your frozen food section at Walmart they used to be black peppered. First of all, Chili's is reasonably priced. That is important when you are dining as a family. The menu is varied, so there is always something for everyone. The chips and salsa are the best! The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. If there ever is a problem, it is dealt with quickly and courteously. The management is very accommodating. I love the fact that they have call ahead seating, because with kids, waiting can be tough. It is also a comfortable place for families with kids of all ages. It's not a zoo, but no one is going to look twice if your kids are not super quiet either. Chili's is our go to place, and we eat out a lot! read more

WORST customer service Ever .Ok so I'm wasn't a current customer . But my husband n I got into a car accident . That was the closest place off the road that the police followed us to. One of the employee's that was shoveling went inside to ask manager if we could stand in doorway. She said it was to early we could go to dennys across the street. We was waiting on the tow truck , That took forever ..after a family member picked us up . I called back. Just to inform them that tow truck was picking up our truck was it ok . She no it really isn't ok. That. Her customers couldn't get around .. Come on first of all we pushed the truck out the way. The police wouldn't allow us to block a parking lot .
