We were seated in Macy's area. She was an awesome waitress. I ordered a rack of ribs and my wife ordered a salad. Unfortunately her salad was too spicy for her to eat, Macy replaced it with a hamburger at no extra charge. Heather, the manager, came over to check if everything fine. She was very nice... My rack of ribs was some of the best ribs I've had. Definitely in the top three... Delicious! read more

I been goin to Chili's for years now. Food always good, prices fair. Last night me and my wife went, I got the fajitas, she got the burger. Both came out hot and fast. Our waiter was super friendly, kept the drinks full. Place was busy but still felt relaxed. We even had the molten cake for dessert, man that thing is amazing. read more

Chili's is not what it once was. I've been eating Chili's since the late 90s, and I can safely say I will likely not be going to Chili's again, at least by choice. My most recent visit proved to be undesirable. The chips that came with our dip trip were half cooked, with half of the chips in stacked unseparated chunks, and flexible. The guacamole was a cold scoop that I had to cut up with a knife so the thin chips could even penetrate it. The guac also was flavorless even with some added salt. We had to ask for a new batch of chips which our waitress was prompt with. I ordered the old timer cheeseburger which is a staple of Chili's. However, this is the last time I may be ordering it as Chili's has indeed changed how they prepare the burger, it is half "smashed" style so although it has some nice outside browning it is dry and unsavory. Also why are buns always covered in oil/grease/butter? I shouldn't have greasy fingers from just the bun. Chili's has reduced the menu to a shell of what it once was and has changed too many signature items to follow bad trends. It's not just this location, but possibly most. For 60$ (two meals, an app, and 2 beers) you could get food in Tyler that is prepared with better care and probably more appetizing read more

We were one and done on the old Chili's location in Tyler, but having always liked their food in other locations we gave this new one a shot. Service was much improved over the old location (although since they'd only been open a few days I wonder how much corporate oversight was still in place), but the food was just ok. Definitely not expecting gourmet anything, but Chili's usually turns out good burgers and decent salads, we tried both and were underwhelmed. The chicken on the salad was just weird. Didn't taste bad, but the appearance was just not appetizing. The location is convenient so I'm sure we'll be back, but maybe Chili's as a chain has gone downhill. read more

The three of us came in @5. It was pretty full but not Uber busy. The food was hot. If you are cheap, make sure you are specific with your order. Because they will add extra to your items (white queso curly fries and +$1 to add bacon and jalapeños). Servers are really attentive, I'm not sure if it is because it just opened or not- but they are really knowledgeable about their menu. read more

We called ahead and made a reservation well ahead of time and was still forced to wait 20 minutes for a table for 5 even though there was plenty of seats open at the time. They even seated people with the same amount as us before us too. Which made us even more upset. While we kept getting dirty looks from the workers and every time we would ask for the wait time they ignored us and turn their backs to us. We ended waiting for a good hour and just ended up walking out because we were tired of waiting and being ignored. read more

Service Sunday night was terrible. Food was ok but, the young girl was not attentive. She may be new and inexperienced, but she spent a lot of time chatting with the hostess.
