TLDR; great food, sub-par service. Not the worst, but not the best. We were seated right away, but took a while for someone to come to the table to take drink orders. We were ready to order food by that point as well, didn't order appetizers for the same reason. The food came out hot and delicious. The place wasn't very busy around lunch time, so it was fairly quiet which was nice. It's well kept. The bathrooms were clean. After we got our food, we didn't see our server again. Unable to get refills, or ask for dessert. A total of 3 interactions with the server. (Drink/food orders, drink deliver, food deliver). Thankfully they had the self checkout tablets at the table. When I first arrived at Chili's, I immediately noticed how clean and tidy the restaurant was. There was no wait, and we were seated right away. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. Our server, Emi, was outstanding. He was extremely friendly and took the time to explain a menu item when I had questions. My son and I placed our order, and our food arrived quickly. I ordered the fried mozzarella sticks, and my son ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers meal. Everything came out hot and fresh. Throughout our meal, Emi checked on us consistently, which I really appreciated. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the mozzarella sticks. Although they were fresh, I personally wasn't a fan of the texture of the cheese. What truly impressed me was the manager, Jeff. He came over to ask about my experience and wanted to understand what I didn't like about the mozzarella sticks. He genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied as a customer. He immediately offered to take the item back and asked if there was anything else I would like instead. His professionalism and attentiveness made a great impression on me. When we met some people here for dinner recently, I figured that it would be a decent to good meal. Well, decent is what it was. I had a bowl of their tortilla soup. Taste was good, but soup was tepid at best. I also had the Southwestern Eggrolls, and again, while tasty, the wrapping they were in was soggy (not crispy like I remembered or expected). Two other members of the group I was with ordered the brisket quesadilla. Both commented that the meat was **smothered** in barbecue sauce and had too much of a Jalapeño taste. Neither of them finished it. The children in our group did seem to like what they had, but I personally (as well as a few others) were very unimpressed. Service was adequate. Decided to eat lunch here. I love that Chilis Cajun Pasta and their chips and salsa are always good, also got the chicken, bacon, ranch quesadillas. The food came out hot and tasted good. My family and I just ate there and the food is okay, but this location had a disgusting smell at first. Sorta like a throw up smell, not sure if it was coming from the kitchen as we were close to one of the entrances to the kitchen. My entire family noticed it immediately, but we got used to it I guess. It hit us again when we got up to go to the restroom and walked by the other kitchen entrance. It definitely is in need of a deep clean, just feels so icky in there the last couple times like the floors, seats and tables and now a gross smell. Food and service was as I expected now as it's all declining as well over the years and the prices for it all is ridiculous for what you get. We go to use gift cards or coupons usually. Now the latest visit our molton lava cake was not melted on the inside and just very cold on a super hot plate, this has happened before too. I usually don't leave reviews but I need to for the experience I had tonight. My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate me getting a new job. Our first date was here, so we always come to this location for big milestones. The second we walked in everyone was staring at us like something was wrong. We then were constantly stared at by what we assume to be the manager (slacks & a black button up, not regular Chili's employee attire) & our waiter would constantly just stare at us. We ended up cutting our trip short because we felt weird about how obvious we felt it was, but didn't want to say anything on the off chance we were wrong. After we got Togo boxes and our server gave us a "bye have a good night" very monotone, he immediately went to someone else, and I'm assuming to ask to be sure we paid since they do it all virtually now. Overall, we left just sad. The food was still good as usual. But normally the service is a lot better and we don't feel like we're being watched for stealing. This was a first. Very disappointing. I came to chilis to stop by and get some chicken. Crispers because they're the best here and I asked the waiter to get me a cucumber with a side of ranch but unfortunately he got told by the salad guy to go "f*ck himself" it's honestly so easy to cut the skin off the cucumber and cut it and slice it up. Plus they're dead so I don't understand why he couldn't just do it for a customer. Honestly wtf.... Rubber chicken tenders with sauces that tasted like pure vinegar. "Nachos" i guess. But not really. The menu description says "with skillet queso" and we were brought out these orangey brown yellow triangles with greasy cheddar cheese caked on so thickly that it slid right off the soggy "tortilla chip" and i really can not figure out why the tortilla chips look like dehydrated refried beans shaped into triangles. Waiter took several minutes to come over and greet us. At least let us know you're going to be with us soon or maybe I'm asking for too much ? My son and I ordered meals that had broccoli and when plates were brought out .. NO BROCCOLI. We wanted to ask for our missing food item but the waiter NEVER checked in after bringing out the food. We also didn't have any napkins , my husband had to go to the mens room to get some.. mind you it was about 2 hrs before closing and the place was empty. For some reason we were sat in an isolated area , when we inquired we were told we were accidentally put in a closed section in the corner.... don't want to say it's because of our race .. but certainly interesting. however the food was good. I don't know why it took so long for the waiter to check on us , we eventually had to get up and ask for our waiter. The manager Mike ended up visiting our table and attempted to rectify the situation. He was very nice and offered free refills , or cake but we weren't interested. We just appreciate how prompt he was to address our concerns and to make it right. He did take off our appetizer and the broccoli ( since we never got it) But the customer service definitely needs work. My kids love chili's but we probably won't return and just visit buffalo wild wings across the street next time. read more

We always come here, food and service are both great. If you order to go, it's different kind of service. I got the 6oz steak medium well and it's super rubbery, mango ice tea taste like water, bland, coleslaw taste weird didn't eat it all. The only thing I liked was the house salad. A year ago we ate here only to have the waitress bring us two wilted, pissed off salads! The salads stared us in the face, daring us to eat them! A few weeks ago we decided to roll the dice on this Chili's once again because I had hankering for a chicken fried steak! It's amazing to me how much difference a change in management makes! The steak was perfectly crispy on the outside, thick and fork tender on the inside! Perfectly seasoned! My wife ordered the trio platter and everything was delicious! You have to try their Mexican Street Corn! Their prices have gone up slightly due to Brandon's key sense of economics but well worth the extra $3 because the food was excellent!
