Came by for a quick lunch. There is ample parking separate from the Costco lot. Interior is clean and spacious. It was fairly lively on a weekend lunch although not full. The service is very attentive and nice. Our order was taken promptly and all the food came out hot and quickly. Portions were generous and apps came with extra sauce with no charge. Since my number is signed up with Chilis, we also get free chips and salsa every time. The kids menu has a great selection as well (pizza, burgers, Mac n cheese, nuggets and more). Way to go Chili's! I haven't been to a Chili's in a while, but what I saw in the Simi Valley location was outstanding. Clean location, great looking food options, and affordable prices. The service was fast (although the waitress wasn't the friendliest) and the food was very tasty. I got the 6oz Top Sirloin with shrimps, loaded mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli, everything for $19!! The steak and the sides were delicious, but the star of the meal was definitely the shrimp. Oh so tasty shrimp, salty, tender yet crunchy and with a hint of garlic and spices. The only bad thing is that there were only six. I could have eaten at least thirty of those babies! The ambiance was relaxed with very interesting decoration and although busy it wasn't too bad. I would recommend this spot for business lunches since it is not too noisy and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended! So if you are in the area, go pay them a visit and get a side of their delicious shrimp with your meal, believe me you won't regret it. read more

We came to this location to show our friend how good it was here. We were immediately blown away by the service provided by PJ. He was attentive, conversational and just an overall cool guy. He took great care of our table, catering to our every need. He goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. If you come to this location in Simi Valley and get PJ as a waiter, then you are in for an excellent experience and meal. Also the Nashville mozzarella sticks are amazing. I used to be a regular at the location in the Promenade in Westlake Village around 20 years ago and hadn't been to a Chili's in years. I'd forgotten what the food tasted like.
