My kids liked their food, so that's a plus. Tables were a little small for our size party. My poor hunny had to sit halfway off the end of the table because we just didn't have enough room. The bartender really ruined my experience. I haven't been able to go out with my brother and sister together in a long time and we also went to see my uncle perform there. My brother, sister, and I waited for a few minutes to order food while the bartender had a casual conversation with another customer. As someone who works in customer service I always try my very best to cut a conversation short or come back to it after taking someone's order but she did not seem inclined to do that. As soon as she walked over to us she immediately asked to see all three of our ID's in a rude manner. She made it seem like she just did not want to be bothered with us in the slightest. I spent over $36 on mediocre food.. I wanted them to have a good time and maybe have a cocktail or two but they were so disappointed with the service that they did not buy a drink. We came here as we saw they were having a Veteran's Day deal for vets, with vets receiving 1 free entree. The place was absolutely packed with other people who had the same idea. Luckily, we had put ourselves on the waitlist through Yelp ahead of time which cut down on our wait time. But once we were seated, it still took about another 30 minutes before anyone came by to even offer us drinks or to take our order. The food took another 30-45 minutes to come out. My husband had ordered a chicken sandwich, I got their 3 for 1 combo deal with chips and salsa, cajun shrimp pasta, and a classic margarita, and we got a couple of kids meals as well. The food was all very underwhelming - the ingredients were either processed or canned and you could tell via the taste. The margarita I received was essentially just water with a splash of margarita mix in it. We also were supposed to have 2 milks come with the kids' meals, which never came despite us following up. On top of that, they didn't bring us silverware until we asked them to and then there were no napkins. My husband had to get up and get these himself. At least the chips were warm and nicely cooked, which saved us as we waited for the rest of our food to come out. At the end of the meal, we found out that none of the items we ordered were eligible for the Veteran's Day discount which was the whole reason we came here in the first place. I come to this Chili's all the time with my family and friends, and I usually have nothing but good things to say. Most servers here are normally extremely kind and welcoming, which is why my experience the other night stood out so badly. Our server Liz, was straight up rude the entire time. She sighed constantly, raised her voice at us, and rolled her eyes whenever we asked for anything, even something as simple as refills. At one point, she yelled at a food runner right in front of us, which was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. It was not just our table either. We talked to the booth next to us and they were having the same exact issues with her attitude and behavior. To make things worse, our table payment machine was not working and when we tried to get her help, she said give it a minute... she never came back. We eventually had to ask a host, who was super sweet. She helped us immediately, brought us bags and drinks to go, was genuinely kind, and even held the door open for us and gave a a warm send off when we were leaving. I am really disappointed because this location is usually great, but Liz's behavior completely ruined the experience. I came in with lowered expectations simply because this place was rated 2.5 and it is a chain. The place is big and spacious, but the lighting is a bit dim. There are lots of TVs around to keep you entertained, but not noisy enough where you'd have to scream across the table. We ordered 3 of the 3 for me meals: 2 of the big smasher burger with fries (4/5), and 1 of the cajun shrimp pasta (3.5/5). We ordered one of each of the starters - chips & salsa (3.75/5), cup of soup - loaded baked potato (3/5) and the house side salad (3.5/5). Drinks included Dr. Pepper, regular lemonade and a strawberry arnold palmer. We also ordered the fajita trio with all the fixins' - (3.5/5). The 3 for me with the smasher burger is a steal. Very filling meal at a great price. Everything did taste a bit salty at the end, but otherwise, no complaints. Service was fine and everything came out fast. Small hiccup at the end when we asked for to-go boxes and the waitress initially forgot, but then realized when she noticed we were still sitting there. For the value and the amount of food you get, this place is good. Is it high quality top-notch food, no. But when you're lazy to cook and want to eat out at a cheaper end establishment, I think this place will do its job. I will return to try the other items. read more

My significant other and I both got strawberry lemonade which had unlimited free refills which is very nice.... As for the food the triple dipper is very good but one thing to note that it's high in calories. About 2000-3000 calories depending on what you get and the flavors of it too For the bone in wings. My family and I have been regular guests at this location and have consistently had positive experiences--until today. Unfortunately, our server, Liz, seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing good service. The interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and frankly, unfriendly. The eye rolling and sighing...I was beginning to feel frustrated and even considered speaking with a manager after she took our order. However, before I could, another server approached and introduced herself as Liz's "replacement," informing us that Liz had to leave for the day and that she would take our order(s). I was a bit confused but realized that Liz must've requested the change herself, so I politely informed our new server that we had already placed our entree orders with Liz. Honestly, I was relieved--what could have been a completely disappointing visit quickly turned around. I didn't catch the name of our new server, but our receipt says "Frankie," and I want to extend a big thank-you to Frankie for stepping in and turning things around with warmth AND professionalism. Frankie was working our whole section with ease and grace. We didn't have to wait and ask for refills, she was ON IT! This was my 7yr old daughter's choice for her birthday weekend, and while we used to always request Melody (whom we haven't seen in a few months), we're now hoping to have Frankie next time. Came here for the first time ever to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was a Thursday night and we were able to get seated right away. Our server was really nice and attentive but because his section was pretty packed, we struggled getting his attention at times. So we decided to go to Chili's (my gf loves this place) and wow, was this a disappointment. We kept seeing the 3 for me for $10.99 on commercials, and didn't even end up ordering that. On Mondays is happy hour from 3-close at the bar. The happy hour menu has food on it but turns out not all the food is happy hour pricing, no biggie. For food We went with the triple dipper which had mozzarella sticks, southwestern egg rolls, and honey chipotle crispers. These were all really good, the southwestern egg rolls still hit for sure, and the mozzarella sticks were huge and cheesy. For our main dish, we went with their classic Cajun chicken pasta, and my word....this was a sad and disappointing. We got the pasta delivered to the table and it was cold. They offered to redo it, and someone how came back cold again. We came up with the conclusion that the Alfredo pasta sauce , tasted like they took it out of a Classico jar, and poured it right on top of the pasta. That flavor profile was familiar bc I used the same sauce last week at home. To charge $22, yikes. Lesson learned, stick to the fried foods. If we did it would've been a better experience. For the drinks we went with the Presidente Margs, and I think there was a full cup of sugar in each of these. I never met a margarita I didn't want to finish but this one I was cool leaving on the table. On the HH menu, they have a shot list with $5 teramana blanco tequila. Except it's not a shot, it's another sugary cocktail with a hint of tequila. If it's on the shot list, why wouldn't it just come in a shot glass? Mind blown. I hadn't been to these chilis in over a decade, and going back brought some cool memories from yesteryear. It actually was a very good offer. Most of us choose the special. You get a beverage drink, appetizer and your entree. I had the chips/salsa; which was bottomless and they kept refilling it so the whole table was able to enjoy my appetizer. Chips were thin and fresh. The diet beverage I ordered I had to return because it had a "bad" chlorine smell and taste! They brought me a raspberry tea to replace the diet drink but I'm not a ice tea drinker! My entree choice was the Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich with extra crispy fries. The fries came out extra crispy and the chicken sandwich was very good (forgot to take pic of chips/salsa). It was not crowded in Chili considering it was lunch hour and the service was good. The ambiance was decent; nothing special, typical Chili's from what I remember probably from at least 15 years ago? Um, WOW, TikTok was not lying when it said that the chilis tripple dipper slaps hard! I was so impressed by this, we ordered two nights in the same week. On the tripple dipper, I got the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks (5/5), the honey chipotle chicken crispers (5/5), and the sliders (4/5). Can we talk about the mozzarella sticks!!? What is this sorcery?? These were definitely the best I've ever had and the Nashville hot on them was absolutely genius! Home run item The chicken crispers also were top tier, with a sweet and spicy and sticky sauce that coated fresh and very crunchy tenders. I was shocked by how well cooked the meat was -- they were genuinely perfect and a huge serving. I liked the sliders too, but the patties were a bit overdone for my liking. No shade, some people like them well done! These were still good and I would probably get them again if I want a cute little burger. This Chili's location has been around for at least 3 decades. It's a bit overdue for a renovation, very dark, grimy and sticky with a lurky bar area. That aside, just go in for their 3 for me $10.99 lunch menu, pick a main, side, and drink. Not a bad deal. We picked The Big Smasher burger, side salad, and iced tea. The burger came before the salad, but the server apologized and found our salad quickly. We also redeemed our free chips and salsa reward. Chips were nice and crispy, salsa not bad--tastes just like Pace! Fries were very good as well, not too salty. Going to rave about the smashed burger. Its a Beast and definitely best to split it to avoid lunch coma. Great patty, nicely melted Swiss, piles of shredded lettuce, bits of chopped red onion, and pickles. A joy to eat, super satisfying. It's nice that they didn't include tomato as it would've been a mess. Pleasantly surprised about going to Chili's for a good lunch. 8 out of 10, will definitely come back. It's been almost 5 years since we were last here. I wasn't sure if we'd ever be back at the time and this visit settled it. We won't be back. Service was fine, our waitress was very nice. Food was ok but could be better. My husband complained that there was hardly any meat on his ribs and the corn and fries were not fresh. What really sealed the deal were our drinks. I ordered decaf coffee, and she said they were out, so I asked for hot tea. Again, I'm told they are out, so I settled for hot water with lemon. I should have asked for honey to go with that but I thought they'd charge me for it. My husband asked for regular coffee and when he took a sip, asked me to taste it. I could smell it when it lifted it to drink it and took a small sip. OK, I've never drank dishwater but that's what it reminded me of. It was sent back.
