I decided to stop here for a quick lunch and Chili's did not disappoint. No wait time when entering, sat down and plenty of variety on this menu. I'm impressed. Choices range from appetizers , to samplers, to salads, chicken options, sizzling skillets etc. Drinks specials were plentiful as well. Building was dimly lit, plenty of seating. Restroom was clean as well. I ordered the brisket quesadillas and they came out hot ,fresh and pretty quickly. My mom ordered the steak and shrimp sizzling skillet. She swapped out the beans stating they were too sweet for extra rice that came out piping hot as well. The peach margarita was $6 and really cute. This is my first ever visit to a Chili's and I must admit that I was "influenced" to try it by the TV commercials and many TikTok's showcasing the Triple Dipper appetizer with "big mouth bites," which are cheeseburger sliders, Nashville hot giant mozzarella sticks, and honey chipotle chicken crispers (fingers). Everything was absolutely delicious and crave-able! My only note is that the spice level on the Nashville "hot" mozzarella sticks was nowhere close to delivering any heat. I would have loved for them to be spicy, but they were very savory. I took 1/2 of the order home to have another day, and full disclosure, I did pay the price for eating all that rich, fried food. My stomach was angry all night. :/. Service was excellent. I was seated immediately and greeted by me server promptly and the service was great the entire visit. Our family consistently has an excellent experience every time we visit this Chili's location. From the moment we're seated, the service is impressively quick and friendly. Our chips and salsa and drinks always arrive almost immediately, which sets the tone for a smooth and enjoyable meal. The staff here truly knows how to keep things moving without ever making us feel rushed. The ambiance is another reason we keep coming back. It has the energy and feel of a true sports bar, with plenty of screens showing live games. My boys absolutely love it--they get so excited to watch their favorite teams while we enjoy our meal together. It creates such a fun, lively atmosphere for families. As for the food, I always find myself going back to my favorite: the crispy chicken crispers. They're consistently fresh, perfectly cooked, and the sauce is delicious every single time. I also appreciate how flexible the kitchen is with substitutions. I usually swap out the mac and cheese for the buttery mushrooms, which are amazing on their own but also perfect for topping the burgers and sliders my sons order. I usually don't do reviews when I get the food delivered--but I was just SO disappointed that I feel like I have to. I ordered a steak (rare), loaded potatoes, and asparagus, as well as a skillet cookie. I will admit that I ordered on the later side, but it was still over an hour before they closed. What I received was pretty... gross. First of all my steak was extremely overcooked--closer to medium well. Which for me is inedible. The asparagus was slimy. And the potatoes were just a congealed mass of I don't know even know. The skillet cookie was ice cold, I would doubt if they even warmed it up at all before delivery. Another great location, well deserving of a great review. Our server was attentive, warm and our meals (which were delicious), were brought out in a fresh and timely manner. It's always fun dining in because of the great lighting, decors and music. They also, usually have a game on so if you wish, you can catch a game and have a cold one whilst you eat. The only thing that confuses me is that when I once asked for a side chili peppers, I was told that they didn't serve them. My family and I came to Chili's tonight for dinner, and they did not disappoint. The wait time was minimal as they were pretty busy and we had a party of 7. We waited about 10 minutes before being seated. Our server was on break but came off break early to tend to our table. She was very polite and made sure our experience was a 10/10. She deserved every tip and more. ( I apologize I can't remember her name, but she was a middle aged woman with a star tattoo near her wrist). We love going here for their 3 for me combos at lunch. Their burger deal is around 10-11 bucks and includes soup/burger/fries along with your drink! Crazy good deal. Plus their service is always on/above par. The place is super clean with TVs to watch any events going on. Their chicken enchilada soup was great as a starter. Their smasher burger with 1000 island dressing is amazingly large and tastes even better. Plus, their fries come out fresh and hot every-time! Horrible Service at this location. My husband and i were just disgusted with the service. We were seated and never greeted or even offered a drink, water nothing !!!!!!! They literally filled every table around us and still never came and said two words to us. We sat watching every table on the sides of us get drinks and chips and salsa and not one waitress spoke or assisted us. I even got up and asked for a manager and the girls at the hostess desk laughed and said she didn't know what i was asking for. It's been several years since I've been to Chili's. I guess I haven't missed much. The place was practically empty when we arrived and yet the service was slow. Our server was friendly. When I asked about GF items, he said he was new and had to check. Another server came over, grabbed the little electronic kiosk on the table, and started tapping. She had pulled up the allergen table so I could scroll through menu items. I don't know how she got there; neither does our server because she didn't tell him. After I ordered, we found that the kiosk actually has a GF MENU if you keep looking. Chili's says it has a rewards program that gives you a free non-alcoholic drink or chips and salsa if you're part of the program. I signed up for the program but couldn't figure out how to connect it with my table. I was waiting for the server to bring it up since they often do, but he didn't. After his trainer's brusque visit, I didn't want to ask. If he didn't know, I didn't want to bother her; she seemed to have her hands full. Besides, I just had water. I had the Ancho Salmon, from the Guiltless Grill section of the menu. The salmon was perfectly crispy on the bottom, but quite greasy. The sauce on top was a drizzled cream that looked nothing like the menu photo of piled goodness. Steamed broccoli was way overseasoned with a salt/pepper blend, and I love salt. The Mexican rice carried some heat and salt, too much for me but some folks would like it. I wouldn't order this again. My husband had one of the specialty burgers and fries. The burger was thick, juicy, and tasted good. He wasn't asked how he wanted the burger done, so it was well done. The fries were golden brown and crispy. It was a good burger but not a great one. I personally disliked the background Christmas music, because some of the songs were so grating and just not great for such a setting. I know I'm a bit old school but so was everyone I saw in there. Play something more low key. Music aside, Chili's was a disappointment. The slow service and the mediocre meal left us wishing we had gone elsewhere. We like like going to Chili's for lunch on the weekends when we are out shopping. The Cadillac margaritas come in a shaker so you can refill your glass as you go. They pair well with the chips and salsa and you could make a satisfying lunch in that alone! I have the buffalo chicken sandwich and fries while my wife enjoyed the 1/2 sandwich and soup.
