Update: December 2013 Ordered take-out again because my family loves the food. Much better experience this time. The order was correct except a couple of wrong dip sides. The food was not burnt, squished into the containers and was appropriately sized. Maybe last time was a fluke or maybe this store manager reads these reviews. On Thursday evening roughly around 8pm on October 13th, 2022 the family went to dinner at this chili's in Saint Clouds after 17 year old son's High school Recital. I notice black customers was told to wait for long period of time- while white customers who had no reservations was immediately seated. I could not believe what I was seeing at chili's in 2022. We had a newborn baby with us, and was told that we had a 15-minute wait -while there were tons of empty tables for family. We stood there for 30 minutes watching the white families seated right away with no appointment, so ,we decided to leave, and that's when the host immediately send the alert to our phones that the table was ready when he realize, that I was upset, and started to leave, and all of the sudden the table was some how ready, But we decided to leave anyways, and never turned back, and we will never go back to that place or any chili's restaurant for that matter, and will advise all of our family and friends not to Patronize at Chili's!!! read more

But I have got togo multiple times and it is always wrong or missing something so just be sure to double check your bags before you leave! First bad experience today. Our food was cold, our waitress was SO unorganized. Brought my food home in a doggie bag to heat up and eat later. 3 tables all around us complained to each other. If I thought the manager would have made a difference, I would have complained. Thing is, I asked the manager for a "clean" ketchup bottle ( ours was filthy) she brought a new one but left the old, dirty bottle on the table. It will be a long time before we go back. read more

New in the area this was my first order, take out. This is definitely precooked and re-heated no effort in the preparation or presentation. The chicken was rubbery in texture and very salty, the burger was no better than McDonald's, the Texas style ribs where nasty with a dry strip of lard, they where so unrealistically salty I could actually bite into the salt granules like eating sand, just not eatable. I have been a loyal customer and have waited as everyone else for them to open. On May 10, 2020 Mothers Day my husband decided that we should order. Our order was placed at 4:30 pm and we were informed that it would be 45 minutes to an hour. This would bring us to 5:30 for curbside pick up. I asked if they wanted us to pay for it and was advised to go to the curbside pick up and someone would deliver it to the vehicle. They asked for our phone number and name. My husband left the house by 5:15 to pick up the meals. At 7 pm he called me and informed me that no one had come out and that there were loads of people waiting for their order. I was mortified my Mothers Day meal had not arrived and I had to get something ready for us to eat after 7pm. I called and called and they stated to speak with a representative dial 1, to keep holding dial 1 this lasted for a total of 30 minutes and no response. This was the worse service I had received from any restaurant. No ribs nothing, You want to support local restaurants but they just don't know how to keep their customers satisfied. I will have to think long and hard before attempting to even go there. read more

I've seen some bad reviews here and am a little baffled as to why. I frequent this location quite often and have never had a problem. Service inside is always fast and friendly. First time at this location, and unfortunately we won't be coming back. We usually have a pretty decent experience at Chili's but not this one. We were told (on a Thursday night at 7:30pm) that there would be a 10-15 minute wait for 2 adults and 3 kids. We sat down to wait, and within a minute the hostess offered a small booth for the kids to slide in on one side. We took it as we wanted to get the kids fed quickly. The waitress took 5 minutes+ to come over and at that point she vocalized her frustration of being "triple sat". And said that she would be back after she took care of the other table. As a previous server, be grateful that you're making money, or ask the host to give it to someone else. So when she finally came back to take our drink order, we gave her our whole order which included a 2 for $25 (app, 2 entrees and a dessert). Well "we're out of chips, so you gotta pick something else" is what we were told when we began to order chips and salsa. Please tell me how you have NO chips in a chili's restaurant. Somewhere who offers bottomless chips!? Next thing we know, we've been greeted by another server bringing the adult meals. Wait, where are the cheese fries that we were obligated to order? Oh they're coming. So then we get cheese fries, ice cold and crusty. And still no kids meals. It's Mac n cheese and a small pizza! The whole time the manager was standing by the computer next to our table discussing problems and complaints of other tables or the servers. Not the place my friend. Everyone needs a second chance,right? Although its my second time coming to this location,your order almost never comes how you ordered.I ordered a well-done steak and my steak arrived with traces of pink and just a tad bit red.Your waitress is nowhere to be found and tables aren't completely sanitized.Anyone can wipe a wet piece of cloth across a table.One thing that agitates me is when the bill comes before I am even done eating which happened today on this lovely night.On the positive side,they had TVs where you can view ESPN.I had a decent time not based on their service but by the people I was with.My family and I will make the best of any situation read more

I will say this is usually a good after work spot for margaritas. The service is hit or miss. I think I held on to a menu for 15-20 minutes before anyone asked us if we ready to order. Drinks weren't refilled timely. I even put the drink at the edge of the table so that it was more noticeable. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and the chicken was partly under cooked, however, the pasta taste great. Will I make my way to this restaurant? No. If I'm in the area I might stop by again. We have always had a decent experience here. Service and food is good, atmosphere is as most Chili's are and the wait is usually okay depending on the day you go. I feel for restaurant people. Customers are the worst and spend so much time complaining about the wait on a Friday/ Saturday evening knowing it's going to be busy and about the food being this way or that. Usually these people will leave a trash tip and be back next week to complain again lol. Its a chain restaurant, and the service is up to par with the rest. read more

I am a little torn on if this is a 3 or a 4. Service as nice as they are is always, always slow. No matter if you seat in the restaurant or the bar area it is always Slow. The upside to the bar area is free chips and salsa which I always order anyway but its slow and very loud. Unless you are ordering drinks from the bar area it seems like they never remember to come back and check to see if you need a refill. I guess since a refill is free and something from the bar is not it, makes a difference. The location unless you are going early always has a wait. And they will not seat you until everyone in your party has arrived. It has been nicely remodeled as they are doing now to most Chili's. The bathrooms should be looked after more often. The food is decent. The burgers are always cooked to my liking. Soup is great. Love the fajitas. The rib eye steak is always prepared well. They have a good selection of salads and side dishes for my hubby who is vegan. The problem with the food here is if one persons food is ready they do not bring it out until all is ready so someone is getting cold food 9 times out of 10. Dessert is always good here. But, on our last visit which was my daughter's birthday the waitress said that they no longer sing to the customers which was a downer for her. I am sure I will go back again. We went on a Friday at 6:30pm and had to wait 30 mins. Honestly, the worst chilis I have ever been to. Service was slow and inattentive. I had to resort to eating ice because my food was spicy and refills didn't come. Maybe server was having a bad day, but it seemed like we were bothering her when asking for a refill or box. I asked for more salsa for my fajitas and it took 10 mins and got a teaspoon of salsa. Everyone around us seemed to be experiencing poor service as well. Not at all worth the 30 minute wait. We have had decent experience with to go orders, and that will be the only way they get my business again. read more

We frequent this Chili's often. I have no real complaints about the food. I don't think they've ever gotten our order wrong. The service can be really hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes the server is nonexistent. I would say my biggest complaint is the take-out service. It is... Really bad. The website often goes down forcing you to call your order in. They don't answer the phone. Seriously. I called 6 times one night before they answered. I wish I could say this was the only time I had experienced this. I would recommend them for dine it, but I would not recommend the curbside to go. read more

Party of 9 we waited 45 minutes on a decent weathered Friday night. Dawn our waitress was nice and very responsive. The food was good and fresh. My only complaint is i order 2 for 25 which includes the cookie ice cream dessert so Dawn says wait til after the entrees and then order dessert because we sometimes run out. 20 minutes later we order our dessert and she says we're out of the cookie. I was bother because it seems like she knew and did not just warn me order a different meal. My point is I just ordered the burgers and the ended being more expensive because we taught we were getting the 8 dollar dessert but didnt. I would probably inquire that they have the advertised courses before ordering. read more

The speed of getting a table was great as we were able to sit down quickly for our group. At the Saint Cloud location, our server, Yadira, gave very bad service. I am someone with a lot of patience and empathy and it was just too much. First of all, she walked through each person in our group with attitude and speed trying to rush us and would constantly , throughout the night walk away while we were trying to talk to her. Extremely rude. A lot of us were missing items in our food like one person was missing avocado in their meal and the person with us asked her to speak with a manager and she(Yadira) said and I quote, "The manager doesn't want to speak with anyone right now". She never asked about how the checks were going to split and randomly assumed who was together so all of our orders were mixed up and messed up. We fixed the check situation and then once we gave our tip, which we still felt generous enough to give something, she snatched the receipts in front of all of our faces and stormed off. We had a group of 11 and we ALL are EXTREMELY upset. We come from a big church and many of us come here often and with this server and this experience, we will not come back to this location and will definitely spread this to others until this situation is resolved. read more

The food is so awful at this place. I've given this place several chances. Lets see...ordered Wings and they tasted like rubber. Had a sirloin that tasted like leather. Got a burger to-go and it wasn't cooked all the way and my mom got food poisoning because of it. Maybe drink more margaritas so you don't notice how bad the food is. Also, they take FOREVER in the kitchen. We end up waiting too long for our food and we've gone at different times, even when it wasn't that busy. read more
