A decent amount of people when we walked in. The restaurant was pretty cleaned. Artic drift drink was delicious! My mom's potato soup came lukewarm but they redid the soup for her. Me and my brother and aunt were hoping to end our day with a great time at Chili's and we were met with something truly awful. To begin we all ordered a triple dipper a chili's classic we all ordered the variant of the triple dipper honey chipotle wings, with honey chipotle "crispers", and mozz's. The food came pretty quick when in some circumstances it would be a good thing but not in this instance because as we would come to are unidentifiable from what we asked for because all the items we requested to have honey chipotle were bone dry and once we asked to send it back it took nearly an 1 hour and 30 minutes!!! and after another 20 minutes we simply got up left and treated ourselves to some lovely waffle house and I will never come back to this excuse of a bissnuess. read more

Chili's used to be my favorite place to grab a drink -- especially the frozen strawberry margarita. I loved the two-for-one deal they used to offer, and the drinks came in a generous-sized glass that made it worth it. Unfortunately, things have changed. First, they removed the two-for-one deal but kept the same glass size while raising the price. Now, on my most recent visit, the price went up again to $10, and the glass is noticeably smaller. It just doesn't feel like a good value anymore. I really hope they bring back the old two-for-one deal because that's what kept me coming back. We were given a gift card so we took this opportunity to try out our local chilis. We ordered online, which was an easy process, and placed our to-go order. Within 10 minutes our food was done so we went to pick it up. Picking up our food was easy! There were designated to-go spots, and our food was bagged and waiting for us when we went in. The quality of the food was okay. I do feel like for what we paid, I'm unsure if the quality was worth that. The food was packaged in a way that looked like it got slightly tossed around, as both containers the sauces were spilling a bit. Had we not had the gift card, we probably wouldn't have come here, which is probably how it will continue. It was the best food we've ever had, but also wasn't the worst. It's possible that their dine-in is better quality compared to what you can when you get it to-go too. OK, I didn't go Chili's because I eat clean, but I was so tired of my other place that I go with My Husband so I said let's go to Chili's see if there's something new in the menu that I can eat well low and behold the salmon ancho chili meal with the most amazing mashed potatoes. They taste like your grandma made them and steamed broccoli game changer for me. Ancho chili salmon has a a tad with a kick but nothing that if ketchup is spicy to you you could still eat it the flavors I like chimichurri mixed with ancho sauce. It is so delicious and yummy and it kicks up the salmon up a couple of notches in a different direction. The steamed broccoli steamed perfectly, and I don't know what they put in those mashed potatoes. I would've never ordered it, but they accidentally put it on my plate and I'm a fan.. and if you sign up for the reward program every time you go you will get chips and salsa free. They will ask you if you are part of their reward program when they seat you. . Service is amazing. Everybody is welcoming. The place is always clean and inviting. We normally go early, so it's not loud in the restaurant and they give you huge glasses so they don't have to be at your table refilling your glass all the time. We ate here to celebrate my sister's birthday. The food was plenty. We all enjoyed what we had. Sizzling steak fajitas , etc. The only thing was, steaks were chewy. But, it's flavorful. I went to eat here on a Friday and waited about 20 minutes to be sat. It was busy and loud, but that's normal for a Friday night. They were out of two things that we asked for which was disappointing which was the chili soup and nachos - they didn't have the skillet queso for it. This was the reason we came and for it to not be available on a Friday at 7pm and being right in front of a Walmart. I would think they could make it from scratch if they run out but I guess not. read more

This Chili's location is nice enough. The space is clean and well decorated. Our server was nice and checked on us as needed. Unfortunately, the food is just not very good. I haven't been to a Chili's in a long time and ordered skillet queso since I remember liking it and chicken ranchero tacos. The chips that came with the skillet queso were very salty and greasy. The skillet queso itself was also overly salty which overpowered any other flavor it had. The chicken ranchero tacos and rice were just okay. The chicken itself is not as flavorful so you have to rely on the sauce which wasn't very prominent. Other members of my party seemed to have similar feelings about their meals. I'm not sure if Chili's has changed their recipes over the years or perhaps my tastebuds have changed, but I definitely don't care for their food much anymore. read more

We were a party of 8, we waited 30 minutes to be seated today. Once our turn to be seated they escorted us to two table that were kiddy corner. We asked to put the table together and they said they could not that we had to wait another 15 -20 minutes more for a table to be available. They would not join the tables together despite both tables were kiddy corner to each other.. so they would not accomodate this SIMPLE request.. I said why if we are a group of 8 would they sit us apart or at least give us the option. Bless them! Chili's was my favorite restaurant growing up in Seattle. Such a classic! However, all of their locations closed down in the early 2010s. I'm so glad they still are around in the south! If you're going to come here for dinner, make sure you sit in the bar area, where it is self seating first come first serve. Our food took FOREVER to come. We had 5 people in our party. 4 of us ordered off the 3 for $10 and other person got little bites. My son's order of bacon ranch quesadilla's came out wrong and smothered in sour cream. As I'm ordering I see this great deal for 8 people so I order it assuming it will be more than enough for 2 teenagers, 2 seniors and 2 adults. I was very wrong. We called to speak to the manager and the staff said someone would call back that night or the next day.. no one called. Terrible service! I didn't even make it in let the door! We waited about 5 minutes before we were greeted at the door. Then the hostess proceeded to tell us it would be ten minutes until somebody would clean off an empty table for us. She then walked away. Was on my way to Miami from Orlando, and needed to find 1) Gas, 2) Lunch, and 3) WiFi access. I got off at the St. Cloud exit as my low fuel light was on and found a gas station a few miles from the exit, but finding a restaurant wasn't as easy, even with the Yelp app. I started driving north and came across this Chili's and decided to stop. I had a seat at the bar, the server was there right away and was fast, friendly and attentive throughout my time there. Most everyone here seemed to be locals, including a few at the bar who knew the server by name, and asked for the TVs to be switched to their preferred programming. I had a steak which came with broccoli and also ordered the fries and a Sprite. It came out in good time, and the quality of the meal was good, but not great or better. As I was leaving, I asked the server where I could find a Starbucks or a place with free WiFi. She struggled a bit, as I guess St. Cloud is a bit far off the beaten path and there's not a huge demand for WiFi here, but she did direct me to Kissimmee where she said they'd just recently built a new Starbucks location.
